Location is very ideal for families with kids. The rooms are clean. For some weird reason the vending machine doesn’t accept Visa card and bank notes. I asked help from the housekeeper named Truc and she was very helpful. She paid in coins for the Coke I was trying to buy. I offered my S$10 as payment but she said that it is okay and I do not have to pay for it. Hotel Jen must reward employees like her.

I stay at Jen 3 night and had very good experience with this hotel. Location good, near MRT , bus and u can shopping ever things with this place. Room was comfortable and my Mom like it a lot. Have ice machine for clients and u can take it every time u want. Just a bit problem when checkin ^^! Long time to wait, so i hope, next time when i come again, i don’t need wait very long time same before ^^.

best staycation ever for couple!!”

had an awesome time with my partner in this hotel, somerset 313 is just right below and at night able to go down 7-11 to buy snacks, the pool at the top was amazing too. would definitely go back again!!

Hotel staff is very helpful. Very convenient to travel around as mrt is jus within a minute walk from hotel.

Location is 100%. Very near to food shops and transport Room 90%. Every detail in our room are very helpful for travellers who wants to be organised even on vacation. Storage ia good. On suggestions would be a bath tub or a rain shower. Staff 100%. Very approachable. They also quick on responding when u need something from the housekeeping. Sent us gifts too for our anniversary. Facilities. We love the pool! Very safe for our toddler cause there is a clear barrier for kida pool and adults pool. View is amazing. Overall, we would like to stay there again. My son ask us to come back and stay there for 10 days. Haha told him we prob save first before we can do that. Thanms Jen hotel.

Amazing location with infinity pool.”

Excellent location with access to central Singapore and all big shopping malls around. Staff was courteous and hotel is well maintained, the infinity pool has amazing view. However Room was smaller in size than expected. We had booked rooms with breakfast with Agoda however breakfast was not included when the room were finally booked. Also would suggest including more vegetarian options in their restaurant menu.

Had a great experience at Jen, staff is amazing and the hotel is too. The star of the show is the pool, but the entire hotel was great.

The room is very clean. Full facility for business traveler, including steam iron and ironing board, and very fast wifi. Location is super great. Staff at the lobby is also nice. A little inconvenience is that you have to take a lift from G floor to 10th floor (which lobby is located) and then take another lift to your room floor. But it doesn't take too long for each lift so it doesn't matter. No comment for breakfast because I didn't have one.

Clean and convenient”

Same as what others are saying. Location is great! Near Bus and MRT stations. Very clean and the staff are friendly. Pool is amazing also! Bed is super comfy! No line during check in so it was fast and easy for us. You will also notice air purifier, sanitizer in every corner. Thanks for the awesome stay, we’ll definitely come back!
