Who knew that a cheap and cheerful hotel could be so good! This was our 3rd hotel in Samui(we enjoy beach hopping), and probably our favourite, better than the 5 stars we previously stayed in. The hotel's staff are so friendly, attentive and courteous and their service was at par with 5 star hotels. Hotel is located within a 5-10 mins walk to Lamai beach. The hotel's staff are so friendly, attentive and courteous and their service was at par with 5 star hotels. Hotel is located within a 5-10 mins walk to Lamai beach. The rooms were very big and super clean. The pool was small but very clean. Will definitely return. Kudos!

Hotel was really close to beach (2min walk?), and it was near to many restaurants and bars, but it was really quiet at night. Every sunday there is really nice night market near. Hotel room was big and clean. Staff was really nice and knew everything, you can book trips or ferry tickets straight from the hotel, or rent a motorbike. Only ''bad'' thing to say that t...Hotel was really close to beach (2min walk?), and it was near to many restaurants and bars, but it was really quiet at night. Staff was really nice and knew everything, you can book trips or ferry tickets straight from the hotel, or rent a motorbike. Only ''bad'' thing to say that there wasn't breakfast (we knew it when we booked it) and you have to walk littlebit to get something to eat. Best breakfast was near at Brown Sugar restaurant. ...But there was free coffee and tea at reception :)

This place is magic! Rooms are cozy with love. The food is amazing: all fresh, organic, healthy and so so delicious!!! The garden is so nice with a big beautiful pool and yoga Studio with a gym! The place is located in Lamai! Which is the best place to stay on a he whole island. You have everything around, but it’s not to busy. And last but not least the owner is ...This place is magic! This is a cosy place to stay. Although it is not directly at the beach we found it great as it was calm. Only six rooms available so it’s very personally. The breakfast is served in the terrace with coffee or tea, juice (100% juice), croissant, eggs (fried or scrambled) with bacon, jam, coffee and a plate of fresh fruits. Francois and his wife were very helpful when booking taxi from the airport to their premises and as well pick up and ferry to Koh Phangan. For vositors we would recommend to walk to Crystal Beach. Lamai Beach is not so nice. Try New Hut at Lamai Beach for lunch or dinner. Good prices and nice place. Also nice dinner at seventy fahrenheit restaurant in Haad Lamai road. This hotel is great value for money and is in really good location in the centre of Lamai - 5 minutes to the beach. We were in Thailand for 4 week and this was one of the best value hotels we stayed in - the room was spacious, spotless and had a comfy bed. The pool area is nice but lacking sunbeds. The ladies who run the hotel are very friendly. The don't serve food...This hotel is great value for money and is in really good location in the centre of Lamai - 5 minutes to the beach. The ladies who run the hotel are very friendly. The don't serve food or breakfast but in the morning they do put out tea and coffee and toast in reception every morning. We moved on to Chaweng after Lamai - big mistake its a dump - if we had have realised we would defintely extended out stay at the holiday park.

Her English is quite good - and that's rare in Thailand at least based on our experience. The hotel is located rather close to the main night activities (bars, etc) but it's a bit off the road and the rooms face the opposite direction, so you don't hear much noise from the bars. On the other hand, the electricity wires are so close to some of the rooms and they sing all the time like cicadas. Not very good, but ok. The beach is around 10 minutes walking. There are many cafes and restaurants, a street food market, supermarkets are everywhere. If you walk 5-10 minutes South via the main road you'll find cheaper cafes with good food (one of them is "Kangaroo"). Nong has bikes for rent, and the big supermarket (Tesco Lotus) is around 1.2km from the hotel. Overall, we're very happy about our stay here.

I had a good time at the K.T Samui Residence. The room was clean and bright, food was tasty and had good value for the money. I used some of the services the hotel is offering like the laundry service, airport transfer or scooter rental. The distance to the beach is not too far and the part of the beach at the hotel is nice and not too crowded. The pool is not really a pool, though. It is very small and might be interesting for kids, but adults will probably not go in there at all. Not a must have in my point of view, as I like to go for a swim in the sea anyway.
