The view is really beautiful and amazing. When I was sleeping, it is quite and the bed has the best quality. The staff is so friendly. If we have some problem, they will help you as fast as possible. The bath tub, shower, and walkin closet are in an open area connected to the bedroom. The Bath products are really nice quality aroma therapy type. Breakfast is superp! Pool is a bit Tiny, but very nice view of the beach."

Chaweng Noi,Chaweng Noi Beach - View on map"When I booked this hotel, I was looking for something with a relaxing atmosphere & Baan Hin Sai Chaweng Noi Boutique Resort did not disappoint. The resort is located on a cliff edge with beautiful views of the ocean. Also, there are tall trees, flowers and plenty of bushes surrounding the resort, so you really feel like you are amongst nature. The spa located at the resort is fantastic. It is a little expensive when you compare costs, but I feel well worth it. I had a 3 hour detox massage one afternoon outdoors, lying on a beautiful canape bed and could hear the waves crashing against the rocks. It was extremely relaxing... perfect! "

Chaweng Noi,Chaweng Noi Beach - View on map"Very spacious pool vllla. Very clean and welcoming. Staff at front desk were very welcoming and helpful but lack a bit of confidence. Large king size bed was a bit too firm and I found it uncomfortable. I did not complain since my wife was happy with the bed. Breakfast was more than adequate but could do with a change in variety available. Shuttle to Chaweng was free in the evening. Taxi charges could be a drain on your budget. Location was good for us but be aware that you need to cross a busy road to get to the beautiful Chaweng noi beach about 5 minutes walk away. Main resort pool is large and in mint condition. Restaurant staff were very polite and meals were served promptly. Certainly would return here again."

Chaweng Noi,Chaweng Noi Beach - View on map"We booked the sarann for our honeymoon the staff were welcoming and friendly, a few special touches to the room for our honeymoon.
The villa was perfect, large bed, clean. The bathroom had a rain head shower and a large bath. Private pool was awesome with great views, very private as the rocky end of the beach so nobody was walking past the villa.
Good selection at breakfast and yummy food from the restaurant/ room service.
We will be back and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you too all the staff at the resort :) "

Chaweng Noi,Chaweng Noi Beach - View on map"Two of us stayed here in a deluxe seaview for three nights. I would rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in (including much more expensive 5 star places). The rooms are large and comfortable with an excellent balcony / terrace offering a fantasic view. It really is something to wake up each morning to such a view. Staff were very good and efficient (aside from the very annoying Bangladeshi tailor - what is he doing up there?).
Food in the vening is good and value for money and breakfasts are quite varied in spite of the small number of diners.
I would say this hotel is far better than a stay in Lamai or Chaweng as they are both over developed noisy places, which have lost the magic of Samui, while the Best Western still retains it.
One area that could be improved is the supposed shuttle bus to Lamai. If you want to go to Lamai on the hour, they will take you. However, if there are no guests going on an hour, the bus won't leave, which means if you're waiting in Lamai for the bus at a quarter past the hour, you won't get picked up. This is something the hotel should improve."
