This is renovation from apartment but is good condition. So close from NAN walking street you can walk only 2 minutes even the night time is dark but is safe. The wall is not thick enough to keep the silent and private. We can hear many sound from other rooms.

Stay here was ok, the sign out the front is in thai which made it hard to find. If I employed teens to run the reception I would take their phones off them at the start of their shift, very annoying trying to get their attention to check in or ask anything.
