“I like it with my parents!”
I visited with my parents! The station is a bit far, so we took a taxi to get there - upon arrival, they opened the door for us and helped with our luggage..!! (When I greeted them, the staff member who spoke Korean responded to me in Korean!) The room was pleasant, and the bed mattress was Simmons, so it was very comfortable 🙂 However, the station is somewhat far, and the nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk? So it would be good to keep this in mind! Still, there were buses in front of the hotel, which was nice!!

“Amazing hotel”
The staff was super helpful checking in, grabbing taxis and letting them know where to take us. The restaurant is very delicious and the room service was good too. They tidied up super well and always refreshed the items they provided. Very attentive , beautiful and quiet.

“Amazing stay, highly recommended!”
Love love love Hyatt Regency! Very nice and friendly staffs, delicious breakfast, and very nice, modern room. We got a room with a beautiful Japanese garden view, and the room service surprised our children by tucking their plush toy animal to their bed. They were so happy. We watched the Maiko performance in the hotel as well (complimentary) and the hotel provided complimentary drinks, which is very thoughtful. There were a Christmas choir in the hotel lobby and charity program which were so nice as well. The hotel location is SUPERB! Will stay again in Hyatt Regency for sure next time we are coming back to Kyoto. Thank you for the hospitality!
