A great place to stay in Cha Am”

We stayed on Cha Am in 2 hotels including this one. The other one was 2-times more expensive and was 4-stars, but, frankly, I'd stay at I Calm. They really should be a 4 stars hotel (and I don't know why they are not). Very polite and helpful staff, nice clear rooms, good swimming pool, not very high prices. A very lovely place in Cha Am. We would definitely stay there again if I we go to Hua Hin and will decide to stay in Cha Am for several days. Totally worth it's price.

Nice location, nice pool, clean rooms, hard beds”

The location is about as close to the beach as you can get in Cha-am. The beach is just across the street with plenty of beach chairs there too. They will give you towels if you want to go to the beach. Also the pool is beautiful and you can look out toward the beach from the pool. The rooms were clean and well maintained, but like many hotels in Thailand, the beds are super hard. I'm not a fan of hard beds but I'm not sure if it would have been different at any other property. Some but not all of the front desk staff could speak English, but they were always willing to get an English-speaker for questions. I like how quiet Cha-am is in comparison to Hua Hin. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay”

Though we were at first put off a bit by the unusual design of the building, we found this hotel to be excellent. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the infinity pool and the beachfront (across the street). Stunning sunrises between the casuarina pines, sipping coffee and listening to the birds: worth every penny. The restaurant, where we only had breakfast, has limited options, but everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Even the coffee was very good! (And if you know Thai hotels, you get my point.) The staff were generally cheerful and helpful. When I called downstairs for a bucket of ice, it arrived almost instantaneously. The price is very fair. The reason we only took breakfast here had nothing to do with the hotel restaurant. We had come in search of the outdoor seafood restaurants (and were not disappointed). Cha Am is a lovely location, with lots of fun at the excellent, clean beach. We will be back!

A good looking hotel”

The decoration was good, but the cleanliness was not satisfying. I saw dirt on the floor and inside the wardrobe. Because the hotel was too close the the seashore, I was woken up by the loud noise of wind and the waves. Moreover, this hotel locates in Cha Am, not in Hua Hin. The Sentorini Park is also in Cha Am.

Away from the crowds...”

If you want quiet in Cha-Am then I-Calm is the place to go. The staff are fantastic, the restaurant serves a fabulous breakfast and the entire property is clean and tidy. Not much to do in this part of town, so only consider I-Calm if you plan to do nothing but relax or if you have transport so you can easily get to Cha-Am town. I'd return to I-Calm simply for the relaxation value.

Beautiful sea view ”

Very comfortable room. Excellent bathroom, large bed, comfortable seating and wonderful balcony with easy chairs overlooking the beach and sea. Shame about building site next door but did not spoil my fourth floor views. Excellent swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good parking. Breakfast only OK. Nice enough but limited choices. Hotel is a little way from the centre of the Cha Am resort and from the best beaches. But I liked the hotel and would recommend it.

Perfect!”

The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is extremely helpful at every turn. Breakfast is cooked to order, quickly, and is always fresh and well presented. The hotel is right across from the sea, so you can lay on your bed and listen to the waves roll in. There is a beautiful infinity pool, which also faces the sea and is always immaculate. Cha Am beach is lined with casuarina pines, and has the freshest seafood at the best prices. The beds are a bit hard and the closets are small, but I can easily accept those little downsides for all the big pluses of this hotel.

Modern and clean”

New and modern hotel was a positive surprise on the Cha Am Beach where most of the hotels are planned for tourist. Location was peaceful and the garage was excellent including the shower if you wanted to rinse your feet after walking on the beach. Rooms were Thai style elegant and big, also the beds were big,and every room had a balcony facing to the sea. The only negative point was that in the room next to the lift you could hear very clearly the loud noise of the lift engine. The staff was very friendly and committed and could give good advise about the local facilities.

Wow ”

Where do you start ! Booked a jacuzzi suite , room was immaculate , extremely large , modern , more than could have hoped for . Pool was great , Mai on front desk so helpful and lovely . Didn't want to leave loved it so much ! If I was going to be really picky , id say the pool doesn't have enough beds , luckily not many seem to use it and it's a fair walk to the busier part of Cha am where more restarants and bars are , we hired bikes for our stay . All in all tho , says its 3 star , feels like 5 , would definitely go back and stay again .

Great Place”

This place located in south Cha-am and the hotel has only 23 rooms which make it very quite and feel the privacy. Even the beach is opposite to the hotel, it's still easy to cross the road because there are few car drive around here ( I'm not sure is it because of i went there on weekday or not?) The breakfast is not bad, it's not buffet but it can make you full. If you wish to go there you should have your own car because it is far from convenient store and public transportation. Anyway, if I have time I will go there again. :)

Great 3 star price for 5 star quality!”

This place was a bit out in Cha Am, but it was a lovely stay. It really felt like a boutique five star resort. The rooms are fantastic! Super luxurious furniture and bed frame. Other than this, the pool was great, and the breakfast was certainly just fine. I like staying here, but you will need a rental car to make this trip financially feasible. It's far from hua-hin centre.

Cha-am is a quiet village as compare with Hua hin, really for relaxation and chilling. I-calm is a new hotel, hence everything is clean and comfortable. The manager and staff are helpful. Dont mind staying again!

Medium size hotel at South Cha Am beach front”

I love this hotel. Location in south Cha Am beach is quiet and good for relaxing. Less people on this side of the beach. Hotel room is big with wide balcony for seaview room. Swimming pool is good for sun bathing and enjoying on your vacation. The beach on this side is also clean and more quiet.

I am always stay in this hotel when going to Cha am beach. I like swimming pool of this hotel, big room and bigbbalcony for seaview room. Breakfast is also good. Recommended for Cha am beach.

A Wonderful Find”

This little gem of a boutique hotel has spacious, comfortably furnished rooms - I love the big wing chair by windows - a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach and the pines. Breakfast is excellent! No reason to look for another hotel in Cha Am; this is the best.

Nice place to stay in south beach Cha-am”

Located in south beach of cha-am, there is not a lot going on around here, but that is one of the attractions. The hotel is very nice and new, the rooms spacious and clean. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a nice view of the ocean. If you can, stay on the 4th floor for better views. You can walk across the street to the ocean, get a chair (30 Baht), sit, relax, have something to eat. Otherwise, you will need some transportation to go to the market, or to the center beach area. But, there are not so many people down on south beach, and if you want a bit more quiet, this is the place to go.

Nice place to relax at Cha-am beach”

On my visit, air condition in room had strange sound. After telling front lady, staff came to check so fast then we allow to clean up the air condition. I was impressed. I came to stay here many times with mom and the front lady always welcome with smile. Breakfast also nice taste. Will come again for Cha-am trip and will stay here. Since it is south cha-am, so there is less noisy and ppl, better for those who love to relax with less ppl.

Wonderful stay great staff, clean and large room, nice balcony with view of ocean”

Located at south end of cha am, restaurants and other activities at north end of cha am without a car or motorbike expensive to go back and forth by taxi. Breakfast three choices fast service ok not special. All staff very helpful again only problem for us was the location due to not having any transportation.

Excellent”

We found THE hotel in Cha am, impossible to imagine any better place. Everything was perfect, so clean, such a nice and cosy decoration, such a friendly staff. Sure, we recommend it to those who like small hotels with a very special touch.

South beach front hotel of Cha-Am beach”

Nice room decoration. Large room space with wide bacony to sea view. Nice swimming pool and relaxing atmostphere. I recommend this hotel for a couple who wants to enjoy Cha-Am beach.
