“Best hotel in Kelantan for my first time”
I am from Brunei Darussalam, and I stayed at this hotel for four days and three nights, from 15 January 2026 to 18 January 2026. This was my first visit to Kelantan. I chose this hotel and made my reservation through Agoda, and I found it to be very affordable and truly value for money. I booked a Superior Room with one double bed and was assigned to Level 18, Room 1808. The journey from the airport to the hotel took approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Upon arrival, the staff and reception team were very friendly and provided excellent service. When I entered the room, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. The air-conditioning was very cold, which I personally appreciated. The city view was beautiful, and I truly enjoyed the scenery through the large windows around the hotel. The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, and water dispenser were provided. The minibar was not very cold, possibly due to low gas, but it was still usable. The television offered many channels and movies that could be watched free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. During my breakfast, there were options such as nasi kerabu, porridge, fried noodles, and a good selection of bakery items. At RM30 per person, the breakfast was definitely worth the price. The gym and swimming pool facilities were good and suitable for exercise, neither excessive nor lacking. There was also a shallow swimming pool provided for children under 10 years old, which was a thoughtful addition. However, for guests who enjoy walking around to look for food or restaurants, it can be quite challenging as there are limited dining options nearby. I usually had to use Grab to go to restaurants. That said, transportation from the hotel to various places, including shopping malls, Pasar Siti Khadijah, and other popular attractions, was very affordable and convenient. The longest journey by Grab car was around 10 minutes. If I am given the opportunity in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again for my stay and holiday.
