Highly recommended”

Great staff, good breakfast and nice resort! We booked the resort at a great deal, so it is really value for money. The resort is located near to Khao Yai National Park Entrance. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my items at the resort, they took the extra miles to reach me and send it back to me. The only feedback is that the air condition was not working very well on our 2nd night stay. But it does not affect us much. Highly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Khao Yai

Very Near National Park ”

Located very near to the Pak Chong entrance of the Khao Yai National Park. Breakfast was more towards asian cuisine and they taste good. Wash basin is not located in the bathroom, near the bed instead. Slightly not used to it. As it is near the park, there are mosquitoes around. Got bitten just by walking around the hotel and also having breakfast. Experienced power outage hotel wide once when having breakfast thus no aircon. When returned to room after dining, realise that even the tap and toilet flush were affected by the outage too but we were about to leave thus do not know how long was the outage.

Excellent location 10min walk from national park”

We were pleasantly surprised at the location as it is situation along the main thoroughfare of khao yai main road and 10min walk from the national park. There also a motorbike rental within 50m from the hotel. They are also very environmentally conscious as they provide glass mineral bottles and toiletries comes in ceramic jars and no disposable toothbrushes were provided which is good. We are very happy with the facilities as well as the hawker style buffet breakfast. Apart from the fact that the staff speaks little English, I will definitely recommend this place!

Relaxing”

Loved the rustic feel of the resort. Room was spacious and clean. We had a room facing the lotus pond and the view was just lovely. Staff were friendly. Easy reach to all the attractions in Khao Yai and the National Park was just a minute away.

Pro: New, clean & spacious rooms. The General Manager (Ms Wa) is friendly, helpful to offer places to visit in Khao Yai and show us nice spot to take photos in the resort. She even offered us a room upgrade as we were celebrating birthdays in Isaan Isan Resort. Your can cycling around the resort & have night outdoor dinner with open air movie. Cons: Staffs are friendly but have limited communication ability in English. Need to explain many times.

Close to the National park and very clean”

The hotel is right next to one of the main entrances to the Khao Yai National Park. It is very clean and rooms are quite comfortable. Staff was really helpful.

Great resort”

Great resort with decoration Isan style and location close to Khaoyai National Park. The staffs are very service-minded and polite. The room is clean and comfortable. We will be back again for our 3rd visit.

A great place for families”

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are particularly stylish and comfortable. Note that the resort is extremely family friendly, which is a positive or a negative depending upon what you are looking for. The only critique is the restaurant, which feels a bit like a cafeteria, but there are plenty of local eateries.

New Hotel, open beginning of 2019. Nice and clean room. Good environment, reasonable price and nice breakfast. Only slow service by reception need to improve. Overall is good hotel. Recommended to stay with this hotel.

Ignorant staff who couldn't care less!”

Not privacy balcony and view. The Resort have a group seminar during my stayed and also, they have a party at night that makes too noisy. The group drinking outside their room and makes noise till mid-night. I called the Receptionist for complain but nobody care. The noise from drinker still happen until 03.30 am. I cannot sleep all night. I called to Receptionist 2nd time to complained but no action. When we checked out the staff never check feedback about our experience last night. We left the resort with a bad mood.

The environment is good”

Overall experience is above expectation. The staff is friendly and although they not really understand english but they are try to fulfill our requirement. Besides, the environment is peace and the room is clean and spacious. Im recommend this resort to others.

Excellent location about 300 meters from the national park front gate. Very close to restaurants, 7 eleven, mini big C.... for my wife and I the hotel is in an ideal spot. The staff are great and can speak the english language also. The rooms and general areas outside are very clean. We have booked to go back in 4 weeks time for another two nights as so close to saraburi, 1 hour drive.

It could have been wheelchair friendly hotel , except when it is 5 steps away fr room. There r rocks and grass Next door is amazon cafe Shower does not drain well. Hotel is only 6 m old!

Good Breakfast”

I love how various of foods for breakfast. The room was clean. I l9ke the decoration style in the hotel. Location is good. I stayed in the room no. S203 which is suite room type. There was a wood bathtub but hot water didn't work. So I couldn't use it while I stay there.
