The place is near the beach, but a bit far from Costa Rica and Bay's inn, however its affordable, the place itself is nice and clean. the room is cozy. We stayed for one night and one night is not enough, you need at least 2night to have a relaxing weekend. The sand is soothing for my feet, the water is just right, not cold, not hot and not salty either.
This place feels like home with the owners themselves taking care of the needs of their customers. I really appreciate the fact that Sir Benedict waited for us even if we were 2 hours late than expected arrival, he also helped us with touring itinerary and both him and Ma'am Emily were very accommodating. They are also sensitive to the needs of their customers. The facilities may not be complete like the hotels, eg. (No phone, budget, escalator) but it is enough to make us feel comfortable and treat it like our home.
The room is clean, a very very cute dog roaming around the lobby! The owners were very kind. Hope there's a heater in the shower, sugar and cream for the free coffee. Loved the free tea bag! The most important feedback is the parking space for motorcycles. It is not gated. Our motorcycle rang its alarmed twice in the evening. When we checked, there's no one but with wet palm prints and sea sands. It caused anxiety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ambiance is quite, good for a vacation! Beach is walking distance as well.
Malinis at mabango ang buong bahay at rooms. Aircondition is also well. Kaso, yung room na nakuha namin ay dinig ang mga tao sa labas lalo na sa may tindahan kaya di kami kaagad nakapag pahinga. Even though lowest price lang ang nakuha namin na room. Still, please consider the comfort of your guests lalo na sa first floor area. Hindi rin bukas ang front door kaya sa common door lang kami dumadaan and it felt like hindi kami guest or something. Malapit lang sa beach, kaso wala yatang nag me maintain ng cleanliness sa beach area, sobrang daming kalat and hindi worth it pag picturan. Magdala rin ng sariling drinking water if ever na mag book here ‘cause they don’t have a complimentary water sa rooms kahit bottler water lang.

The location is convenient — right along the main road with direct access to the beach, just a 1–2 minute walk away. You can even catch a beautiful sunrise from the rooftop, which also serves as a handy spot to hang your wet clothes. They allow early check-in for a fee of 100 PHP per hour. Note that the environmental fee must be paid through the hotel. They also offer helpful services like motorbike rentals, tour packages, and surfing lessons. Another plus: it’s just a few steps away from the popular that Chef * buffet restaurant, and only a 3–5 minute bike ride to Sabang Beach's center and the town proper.
