Fantastic!”

Awesome experience, we booked a private pool room for 2 nights, the room is new, clean and super comfortable, space is also big enough. Breakfast is a simple buffet but delicious, there is western and Thai style food. Hotel staff is helpful and always smile, It’s really worth the price. Thank you Isanook resort! We did enjoy the vacation here in Hua Hin!

What a great surprise! We loved our stay at iSanook. Breakfast and facility are amazing and the hotel rooms are stylish, clean and beds are very comfortable. I like this are of Hua Hin. We were able to find great restaurants nearby even during Covid time. We came for a golf tournament and the whole family was very comfortable there. Classy design, perfect service. We are coming back for sure!!!

The top value of the time and money ”

I love staying in this hotel every time I come to Hua Hin. It's quiet and near to the beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around the area and it's a pleasure to have a walk both early in the morning or the evening. The swimming pool is perfect, having the hotel's coffee shop nearby to order beverages. The staff speaks English well and is very helpful and attentive. They listened to my request for the room with a garden view. The facility is very clean. this my fourth stay and intend to spend my upcoming visits here as well.

Newish hotel with good facilities and great staff. Rooms are smart and spacious but we upgraded to a suite as we much preferred the room layout. Good hotel style buffet breakfast. Nice quiet location but you need to take a taxi to central Hua Hin if you want some nightlife at 150-200 baht. I would recommend as it does offer great value.

Exceptional”

Good to stay if you have transportation. It is not so clouded as hua hin town. It just take 7mins drive to Hua Hin Cicada and Tamarind night market. By the way, hotel also provide shuttle bus. In hotel, it is clean and comfortable. It is recommended to stay again in this hotel.

Clean, spacious and modern hotel with very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and quit place to relax. Pool area super cool and relaxing! Close to 7eleven, restaurants and the beach. Free scheduled shuttle service takes you to Hua Hin husle and puzle. Breakfast buffet very good and comprehensive (thai and european options).

I am impressed now since I came up with a group of friends 2 months ago. This time I came with my boyfriend. But the impression has not diminished And intend that if next time I come to Hua Hin again I will definitely come back to stay here.

Newest Resort in Hua Hin”

An immaculate hotel newly opened in Hua Hin providing good facilities and friendly service throughout our stay. Only criticism would be the attention to detail during housekeeping. Beds were not made up to a perfect standard when cleaning rooms and complementary toiletries were not refilled each day so we had to call to request. Whilst staff were friendly and attentive to guests it did feel the hotel was understaffed. During breakfast you could see it was challenging keep on top of refilling the buffet which often meant having to ask staff for more coffee and fruit to be refilled. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel providing these small issues were improved.

iSanook is not near any beach but apart from that and the fact that the hotel is just opened so there was no spa service available, It was a lovely experience! The staffs were helpful and the facilities are all nice. I specifically love the scent of everything they use in the room

Great new hotel in Hua Hin”

I Spent 9 days in this hotel in March 2020, and can honestly say I was very impressed. The hotel recently opened in November and so you can imagine everything was still looking brand new. The staff, and I mean all staff were nothing less than excellent! They are a credit to the management of the hotel, led by Tobias, who made himself available to guests each day ensuring their stay was a memorable one. The hotel itself has very spacious rooms, a fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers to spend the warm days... There is also a pool bar for drinks and snacks, very reasonably priced. A gym on the second floor was ample for those who wish to maintain their fitness whilst on holiday. The rooms were a really good size, fitted with large walk in shower and separate toilet, fridge and safe. . Great Wi-fi and AC throughout. Lots of good local restaurants provided alternatives to the good choices available within the hotel. I will be coming back....

This brand new resort just a short walk from Takiab beach is brand-new, stylish, with comfortable bedding and a nice pool area. Great value for the high-end experience.

Super clean and nice staff”

The hotel is very new and super clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. I was in the suite with concreate balcony. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

New hotel”

This hotel is still new. I stayed in private pool villa, it was good. I checked in weekday so it's not much customer here and the breakfast was a lar cart menu but there's not a lot of menus to chose. I staffs aas helpful but when I called to room service it rarely picked up my phone. But if compared with the price and place it was a good choice for me.

Vacation at HuaHin”

The room was big and clean, very comfortable. The resort is a bit of distance from the beach and location where the crowd is, but we drove our car there so its not too big of a deal.

Worst bedbug bites I've ever had”

What we liked - Decent room for the price, cable tv, bathrobe and plush slippers. Short walk to famous cafe Airspace and Family mart. Hotel has shuttle to Cicada night market. What you should know - Location is about 600m walk to Khao takieb beach, 1.5km to Wat Khao takieb. It gets pretty jammed on the narrow roads getting into the city center about 5km away so consider your transportation. Also, toilets and shower not completely separate but are glass dividers that dont go all the way up the ceiling like bathroom stalls. Can see clear outline of your roommate and then odor from use of toilet. Improvements - Staff took long to pick up calls from our room and were not helpful or accomodating. Should stock better medical kit onsite. We had the worst experience of bed bug bites all over our limbs during our 1 night stay, notified reception and just got a simple apology and that they've notified housekeeping. We suffered horrible itches & discomfort for days. We stayed in room 1303.

Lovely hotel. Great swimming pool and gym. Rooms are nice, but a little small. Things that I feel are lacking is that there is no full length mirror, and there is no clothes stand to dry wet swimming clothes on the balcony. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The main issue was that on the website they show there is an onsite cafe and restaurant and opening hours, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel because I had to work part of each day and could not leave the hotel to get food for myself and daughter. However, once at the hotel they tell me that the cafe is only open at weekends. I think this should have been clear on the website, as I would not have booked there if I knew this.

Although the hotel has no private beach but it doesn’t matter because it is just a 7 minutes walk to the beautiful Khae Ta keab beach. The room is clean and provides every necessary stuff such as tooth brush, free drinking water, hair dryer, free coffee and tea. Breakfast is tasty and has many choices. The swimming pool is clean and big. There are many local restaurants nearby.

Very new, very clean hotel. Staff attentive, courteous and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast, recommend to include it in the booking. Not busy at this time. Pool and fitness room on premises. Spa not open yet. Underground and outdoors parking with security. Close to beaches, shopping and sightseeing in town. Good value.

Big POOL with big GYM :)”

My top impression is pool & gym. It's big, clean and perfect for vacation or even stay longer. I really love it. Comment for improvement will be food which is totally normal both breakfast and restaurant. It's too expensive compared to quality. Not worth for money. Room is clean and nice. Material and decoration is not that glamourous as in picture. Overall is satisfy for me. Worth for money . Will come back again .
