I was travelling with three guests, and from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was exceptionally well taken care of. It is one of those hotels where the scale, elegance and attention to detail come together to create a truly memorable experience. The property itself is spectacular. The grandeur of the architecture, beautifully maintained interiors, spacious common areas and the overall ambience immediately give you a sense of luxury. Despite being a large property, it never felt impersonal. There was a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, and every space felt thoughtfully designed. The service was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, professional and genuinely helpful. The team was attentive without being intrusive, and requests were handled promptly and politely. The hospitality felt refined and consistent throughout the property. You can tell that the staff are well trained and take pride in delivering a high standard of service. The room was comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully appointed.
