A moment of silence in Patong”
The Jang resort is located 200m off main road of Patong beach promenade and 500m off Bangla road. Nether the less it was quit at night and we slept very well. Everyone booking a stay in Patong, Phuket knows that you are in a party area. If go out all around you will find bars, clubs and massage. The Jang has a very nice pool in the patio where you are sealed off from the surrounding action. The rooms are simple but very clean. they are equipped with an air conditioning, a safe, and a fridge. The staff is very committed and helped us with booking of a driver and scooters. Staying two days in Patong was enough for us. But if you like nightlife and party the Jung Resort is definitely a good place to stay at a reasonable budget.

Great stay!!”
This was our first time at Jang Resort and honestly it turned out better then we were expecting. The rooms were big, breakfast was great and the pool was nice. We had very friendly staff, we were even allowed to take our own alcohol to the pool. Only bad thing about the hotel was the bar right across the street that partied most nights until 4am... but with earplugs we slept just fine. One of the couples in our group stayed at the Graceland and they said our rooms at Jang Resort were just as nice. We were very close to the beach(5min walk), maybe 10mins from Jung Ceylon and Bangla. Would stay there again for sure!!

Sinple yet very nice place”
i liked jang resort very much. employees are very nice and offer great services. it felt like traditional thai staying. i stayed for 5 nights. breakfast was good. it was very conveniently located. there are lots of restaurants around to pick. but i expected that jang's little bar and restaurant would offer lunch, dinner if guests wish to order which they didn't have. one night i was having drinks with my friends and wanted to order some appetizers but they said that they don't offer any food except breakfast. lee the bartender, she is an excellent employee and great person. always smiling and caring service. one thing i didn't like that they hold baht to use in room safe. it should have been part of the standard amenities. i highly recommend to all travelers its well worthy of your money except the travelers with children because jang has nothing to offer for kids.

Fantastic stay at Jang”
Staying at Jang Resort was a breeze, the rooms were clean, staff very nice. Great little pool with a swim up bar. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu to choose from. This little resort is a real gem in the fast pace of Patong, its close to everything and is only a short walk to get to Bangla rd and all the markets around the area. I would highly recommend this resort , I'll be back soon.

Simply stunning”
This little resort has it all. It caters to everyone's needs, whether your a weary traveler or want some adventure. Jang is in the middle of everything, It's far enough away that you don't have the noises from Bangla road , but close enough to take a short stroll and you will be in the heart of everything. The staff at this resort cant be faulted, they are kind and nothing is a problem, they arranged transport to and from the airport even when we were leaving at 5 in the morning. The resort is constantly being maintained and beautiful to stay at. I would recommend Jang Resort to anyone.

Good value, convenient location and nice pool.”
Stayed here during my most recent visit to Phuket. Location is convenient, on soi kepsap - about a 5-10 walk to Bangla rd., 5 min walk to the beach, and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A lot of massage girls (read: hookers) hang around on the street outside the resort at night looking for business - this may either be an advantage or disadvantage depending on your perspective. The room was clean and always cleaned quickly. I didn't try any of the meals offered at Jang, but my mate said the breakfast was good. The pool is under the shade of a big tree, so great to swim in during the day without getting sunburned. Only downsides are that the bed is a little hard and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but usable 90% of the time.

Jang Hotel, Phuket”
Jang Resort has a perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beach, near shops, food establishments, bars and massage but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay near the pool. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable to stay in. They also offer a variety of menu for breakfast served in an amount that will keep you full until the late afternoon. Will definitely stay in Jang Resort again. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed Jang Resort, it's only a small hotel but was quite enjoyable. Close to everything u want to do in Patong, guest friendly and staff very friendly, pool was good. Would recomend you eat breakfast at a restaurant nearby as breakfast is pretty ordinary but u get what u pay for.

Great location ”
Overall I’m stratified with my stay in the hotel. The location is great, walking distance to Patong Beach and jungceylon shopping mall. Just come out from the hotel, you are able find foods, massage centre and shops selling clothing. At night, sense of romance of the hotel especially the light shin on the Jang Resort logo. The room is big and clean. One disadvangaes is the hotel boil water cannot drink, slight yellowish and with some particle, may be all water in Phuket is like that. The breakfast is good but it is fix from the menu. You are allowed to select one item ( about selections).

Large rooms and well located”
May 2012. This stay of six nights at the Jang Resort was our second time. The rate was too good to refuse. Location is reasonably good. One street back from the beach and about 10 mins walk to Bangla Rd. Lots of massage places in the area but it’s easy to ignore them. Minimarts and eateries nearby. A small pool (hence the “Resort” tag, lol) but the tiny swim-up bar was closed for renovation. Room was a good size. Pleased to see that progress had been made on the bathroom showers. No longer suffering the discomfort of a shower floor coated with rocks. The plastic shower curtain is still too short so the bathroom floor runs with water. A simple fix would be to use a longer curtain or to lower the curtain track by a few centimetres. Too easy! Breakfast is served in a small cabana adjoining the street. Limited choice but OK for a few days. Internet is not free! We usually disregard hotels without free WiFi but the rate we got more than made up for the cost. Be sure to log off properly or your hours will continue to disappear! Overall, a pleasant stay but we won’t be back until the WiFi is free.

A Good Deal in Patong1”
i would stay at the jang again. patong in general can be very expensive but we got a good deal online. the breakfast was very good and the pool was nice. it was in a great location in the heart of patong with the beach just a few minutes walk away and there were lot's of stores, restaurants and massage parlors nearby. the really busy area of patong was just a couple of blocks away. the rooms were comfortable, nothing fancy. there was free drinking water. our room was a little dark (with only one window) but that was good for me to sleep and get over my jet-leg. if you spend a lot of your day in your room then get one of the rooms facing the pool or something. this area can be noisy at night, but we weren't kept up. patong was fun for a couple of days and then we took off for some more quiet beaches.

Excellent Value for Money”
The Jang Resort is a great place to stay. I had four teenagers with me and they all enjoyed the experience. The rooms were big and the cleaning staff very efficient. The breakfast was great and got us off to a good start to the day. The hotel is within easy walking distance to beach, shopping (both JungCeylon and Otop)and the beach. We had 11 nights there and will be back.

Amongst the action”
we only stayed at jang resort for one night but enjoyed our stayed nonetheless. the staff are friendly and helpful. the room smelt a little musty but was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. walking distance from all the action of patong but surprisingly quiet. we didn't try the breakfast so i can't comment. you do have to pay for wi-fi here.

Great location, affordable price, cozy resort”
i stayed at jang resort for 3 nights over the christmas. the resort is located at the canter of patong area which makes easy access to everywhere. the service was good in overall except for the airport pickup service which they did not come to the airport despite of email confirmation. the breakfast was freshly made upon the order and the waitress was very friendly. jang resort is a small-cozy resort if you are looking for an affordable stay at patong. also, do note that it can be noisy at night as massage shops are right in front of the resort. the room was clean but the shower area (especially the stone wall) and the water pressure should be improved for the return guests.

I enjoyed my stay at Jang Resort. The hotel is located centrally and easy to walk to major attractions like beach , shopping , resturants and night life. The staff at this hotel are very efficient and friendly. The pool and dining/ bar area are excellent for relaxation. All rooms are clean and comfortable and easy to access.

Awesome resort right in the heart of Patong”
Girlfriend and I stayed for a week in Jang Resort and loved every second of it. Huge room, really great friendly and helpful staff, and awesome location. Less than 10 min walk to Bangla road and 5 min walk to the beach. Recommend the breakfast as well, the American set breakfast is good value for money for bacon and eggs. Would very happily stay again!

Great rooms, good value, lousy shower pressure”
Me and 2 other friends arrived in Phuket 11 Sept 2012 and arrived at the hotel at about 3pm. It takes an hour journey by mini-bus (Actually they're vans) from the airport and costs THB150 per pax. We were in high spirits when we arrived at the hotel. But it was given a further boost when we were brought to our rooms. Being quite seasoned travellers around the ASEAN region, we were quite surprised at the general state of the room. It was clean, spacious and welcoming, more than sufficient space for the extra bed we requested. The pool is also very clean and welcoming for a small resort. It was great to jump into the clear waters after a day at the beach. The hotel itself is about 2 mins walk away from the beach, and 5-10mins walk away from Bangla Road. Tucked just away from the main activity centres, it had the advantage of being both peaceful, yet within reach of the party scene. Very useful when we had to stagger back to the hotel after a night of heavy drinking. No need to pay for Taxis/tuk-tuks. It wasn't all good though. The shower of one the rooms we took had very (very) low water pressure. We thought it was the water pressure in general and just lived with it. But it turns out it was a problem specific to that room. When we took another room the 2nd night there, the water pressure was fine. This was the one thing that sullied our experience at the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would return to this hotel on our next trip there.
