It was a nice clean place with parking under. Room was great for an over night. I wouldn't like to spend a month
I think there should be more communication in the workplace. At first, I wanted to see the room, so I booked it for just one night. Once I got to the room, it was fine, so I went downstairs to book another night. I wanted to relax and put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. In the morning, however, someone knocked on the door while I was still asleep, and I felt it wasn't okay. They knocked to ask if I was going to continue my stay, and honestly, I wanted to shout at that moment. Don't you have any information about how many nights the guests are staying? I had already paid for it. Plus, it was really noisy; people were walking around talking loudly and mentioning my room number. If they come to knock again, just know I'm going to be very irritated. Then on the morning of check-out, the power went out. It was off for a long time and didn’t come back on until I had already taken a shower and got dressed to go out. But I could have called to report it. Still, I just felt something was off and didn’t want to deal with it.
The accommodation is an old hotel that has been renovated; the rooms are clean, but the hallways might seem a bit dark. The elevator is small but sufficient since there aren't many guests. Overall, considering the money spent, it is very worthwhile. I recommend it.
Good location, room condition is satisfactory. But the bathroom should be improved a bit because the pipe is clogged.

Every time I stay here when visiting relatives in the ICU of Khon Kaen Hospital, it's within walking distance. Even though there are no food services, I can order Grab. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the hospital. Personally, I think it's worthwhile and support local businesses. We shouldn't only patronize big brands. One small thing is that some toilet seat lids in certain rooms are so old they've turned yellow, which should be changed.
