Location: We found it quite far from food sources. We didn't research before booking, focusing only on wanting a beautiful view and a big room. Comfort: We have to take the hotel's golf cart up and down to the room at all times, and we need to call the front desk to notify them, which we didn't feel very comfortable with, but we understand that the hotel is on a hill. Room: Everything in the room was great. The room was really big and we liked it a lot, but I have a complaint. We did not get the room we booked, which was a king-size bed and a sea view, even though we booked it in advance and specified everything clearly. When we arrived for check-in, the staff gave us a twin bed room instead. The staff said it was fully booked. We were dissatisfied and insisted on getting the king-size bed, but we still didn't get a sea view. This was quite disappointing. Restaurant staff: We overheard them gossiping about us because we were following behind. The cashier and the cook, we put the chicken burger in a box to take it back to the room, but the serving staff treated it as if we were eating it in the restaurant. They walked from our table and told the cook that we hadn't said we wanted it in a box. After that, they started gossiping about us, and we heard every word. However, the staff who impressed us and were very nice were the ones who carried our bags and drove the golf cart. They were very helpful and spoke kindly. The housekeeper cleaning building 3 was also very sweet and kind-hearted. The front desk staff spoke politely and had good manners. It's just unfortunate that they gave us the wrong room.
