Pros -Ideal location; right in front of Cloud 9 and has nearby restos and coffee shops -Peaceful and quiet -Large rooms and comfortable beds Cons -Weak water pressure especially our room is on the 2nd floor -Limited choice of breakfast -No water dispenser where you can just refill
In desperate need of maintenance
What we loved in Kesa is how close it is to Cloud 9 Beach. You can swim early in the morning, see the sun rise and the waves while eating free breakfast at the balcony, and enjoy peaceful mornings near the beach! When we want to watch some TV, we also can because they have inside the room. The only thing we noticed that needs to be addressed is the rusty fire extinguisher outside our room, it doesn’t look usable at all incase of emergencies. Also, just a little improvement on the water pressure would be nice as well. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in Kesa! Thank you!
Great location next to Cloud 9. Room was OK. Breakfast was good but could use real coffee.
Upon check-in, it appears they forgot our reservation, causing us to wait over an hour to get in. First, the receptionist had gone home early because she wasn't expecting us, and secondly, my reservation had to be verified by the owner since it wasn't showing in their system, they claimed. It was disappointing to start with, as they didn’t welcomed us nor apologized for the significant delay. ( Given that my confirmation fully prepaid) The breakfast selection was limited. Staff is required more of guest satisfaction training. However, the property itself is clean and conveniently close to Cloud 9. The rooms are spacious, although the wifi is a bit slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the location and tranquility.
A good beach-front property, near the iconic Cloud 9. Hope they can add an in-house resto though. But overall, a nice place to stay at.
The rooms were spacious and generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation. The bathroom was equally expansive and clean. However, my sole concern lies with the air conditioning, which unfortunately did not function as expected.
The place is right in front of cloud 9! Its peaceful and quiet. Contrary to most reviews, I did not have any problem with internet connection. I manage to work in my balcony without problem. The staff are friendly. Breakfast offered is limited.
Our group had a fantastic stay at this property. The value for money was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable sleep for everyone. The hot water in the showers was consistent, which was a big plus. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The property also had a beautiful garden, adding to the overall ambiance. While the location was good, there were a few minor issues with the staff. However, this didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our experience. We highly recommend this property for its great value and excellent facilities.
We stayed 6 nights in Kesa Cloud 9 and we love it! The breakfast is great, the location is perfect, just in front of cloud 9 beach. The staff were super friendly and the room were very spacious.

no internet connection inside the room we have to go to the lobby for wi-fi connection, there is a tv however you cannot use it coz no internet, room number 5- we have to ask the staff everytime we go inside the room /EVERYTIME, and it's kinda annoying coz kids always go in and out the room, when i arrived the staff didnt know i have booked with them they have to contact manila as per the staff to confirm, however, thanks for the manager and the owner for letting us stay earlier coz we arrived early. maybe next time they will improve room door for security purpose as well of the guest, and internet connection.
The place is literally in front of the Cloud 9 boardwalk so it’s very accessible to the beach. There are some things that could be improved like water pressure, availability of toiletries, and the salty water in the shower. The quality of the breakfast provided has room for improvement too. The staff is very accommodating though. They were very nice and available for all our queries and requests — even arranged a transfer to our next destination.
the location is near to cloud 9 Boardwalk, All I can say is that if you will book in this hotel just prepare a drinking water, The only free here is shampoo, room is big and cool. But I the hot and cold shower is not working.there no tower holder in the toilet,but actually its a big toilet
The hotel has the best location, rooms are really good and has a really cold aircon. The breakfast was not good and we also stayed 5 nights and didn’t have our room cleaned in all this time, apart of that we would stay there again because of the location, but have chose a place with a pool as when is low tide is hard to swim at the beach.
I email and even txt them to change booking date no reply.I will never book this again...

The room and AC had molds which caused me respiratory infection. I requested to be transferred but the staff declined. I saw the other rooms were empty.
Breakfast was very tasty, location you can't beat. Who needs a pool when you have the ocean right in front of you. The staff is very kind and helpful. The owner should be proud of there staff. If i had a business i would hire them on the spot.
When I checked in this hotel, their staff provided one big room. But that room was different my booked. So complain to every staff and boss however one staff was outspoken in criticizing. Dirty room. Moldy. No clean up room. Water was shut off every day during 4 days.
The room I booked was not available so they provided an apartment-sized room with kitchen in return. Food was great, they worked with me on paying with American dollars/pesos. Last year my motorcycle sprung a fuel leak and they assisted with a temporary repair.

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de la plage. Mais très peu de service, pas de frigo, pas de ménage dans les chambres. La Clim était très bruyante et la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien
I had cockroach 🪳 in my bathroom. Not the small one. BIG LOOCK AT THE PICTURE everything is old and in a very bad shape

Great place. Very good location. Only complaint Air conditioners really need a update,old and not so good. Staff are very nice and helpful

The location is exceptional. Right at the famous Cloud 9 surfing area. All of the staff members are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
