Good place, completed facilities in the resort, clean room, beautiful room, we have a little complaint about the room management due to room type not the same as agreed, however the staff helped resolve the issue by providing a coffee coupon, it’s appreciated.

+ Swift check in, fresh complimentary coconuts, complimentary minibar, powerful jacuzzi, clean salt water pool. - Food at the restaurant wasn't too good, jacuzzi water temperature takes hours to heat up, some construction noise at around check out time.

It should be more good if we book Villa Type because the standard room is no window, so we are feeling uncomfortable and Air humidity.

Brand new hotel, best in class for that area”

I travel to that area quite often to work. Not so many luxury option there this new one is the best by far, new and clean, food is good but coffee shop is just so so

Hotel room has no window and a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Water in the shower area was not drained well. Told front desk and they replied " you are the first one who has problem " instead of " we will send a maintenance to take a look right away. Upon check out, we forgot to ask our money back for the hotel key ( they only accept cash) and front desk forgot to remind us about deposit money. We drove out and we drove back. When we came in, front desk had no guest. We asked why they didn't try to reach us. They said they were too busy and gave us the whole excuses and stories. I know that mistakes can happen and we didn't blame them. We just need their apology that they failed to ask or remind us about our money that they took instead of stupid excuses. My mom came to visit while I was swimming and they thought that she would stay with us. Instead of verifying with us, they just charge an extra fee plus sending a rollaway bed. So I had to tell my mom to stay with us

I made a wrong choice!”

3 lake villas booked on Agoda with special deal, yet rate still over the top for the lodging and service received. We arrived a bit late, as told over the phone that they need time to clean. Yet, rooms were not ready and we were kept standing outside the villas in the rain while they clean. No apology! Even after we get into our room, confusion among staffs follow. They keep calling at our private mob. asking which room numbers they gave to us!. In room fridge wasn’t function in all 3 villas, nothing chilled. Cabin are cute yet very small. You’re not allowed to eat or drink inside the cabins. Behind the cabins is parking lots, you can hear traffic and people shouting from your shower. Not so very private or quite as expected. The worst of all is the staffs’ manner and attitude , rude at reception (you are shouted by your name when your check out is completed), ignorance at calls or request and unhelpful when you need help. We requested a bucket of (paid) ice for the warm water and soda in the fridge. Upon the call, the staff unwillingly wanted to sell for us and keep saying you can’t drink inside the cabin. What a shame! You provided us water and soda in a broken fridge in a hot day and refused to sell us ice!!! We end up getting our paid bucket of ice hours later with multiple attempts to follow up and have to sit in front of the villas to drink. Forgot my stuff upon check out, called back for help but again very ignorant and unhelpful staffs. Not only require multiple calls to follow up, got challenged back if we lost it somewhere else! Meh! a total distaste and never again with this hotel.

Not worth the money”

For a resort of this price, one would think they would have a place to sit big groups of guests to enjoy outside food. We were confined to eating in front and inside our rooms if we had food from outside the resort. The only good thing about this place was the amazing staff. They tried their best but the hotel policies and amenities were not friendly.

The best of stay were the wonderful swimming pool and food was very delicious. A lot activities to do during stay. We love this place and will come back when ever we can!
