We made the best choice!”

Our trip to Krabi was a spontaneous idea but we were so glad we chose to stay at the Kokotel Krabi Ao Nang. The rooms were cleaned and the hotel was centrally located. Only a few minute walk to Ao Nang Beach and at the center of all the activities and nightlife, etc. I traveled with a friend and my brother and this was the only place where we got three separate beds. The staff was really nice and one staff even called in to get us a deal on a tour we were thinking about it. All staff were really accommodating and willing to check up on our tour pick-ups (especially when some of them were late). The free breakfast was such a good idea. Saved us a lot of money and allowed us to eat anything we wanted for lunch and dinner. Room maintenance was also very good and we felt safe leaving valuables in our room and in the safe. The water was a bit weird (changed quickly from hot to cold, vice versa) but after four days of no shower in Laos' countryside we were glad for any hot water.

Convenient”

Had a great stay in Kokotel Ao Nang. Friendly staff and easy to communicate. Location is very good. Massage centre, 7 Eleven, Mcdonald, Starbucks are all next to each other. Famous Ao Nang Boat Noodle is just 15 mins walk from hotel and also Jungle Kitchen is around 21 mins walk from the hotel. Ao Nang beach is just 5-8 mins walk to the beach. Very convenient. Cheap and worth the price for staying in this hotel. However, breakfast variety should expand a bit. Toilet in the room is a bit small. But I will probably stay in this hotel again if I'm going to Krabi :)

Kokotel Ao Nang is a great hotel in all aspects. For the reasonable price, you get a clean, comfortable hotel that is in a strategic location. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Special shout out to Nita and Mr Oh. Nita was the one who checked me in and she remembered my name. Always greeting me and taking time out of whatever she was doing to chat with me and asking how my day was. I had some issues with the ac in my room and informed a lady (I assumed she was the boss). When I came back in the evening, the Manager, Mr Oh came up to my room personally to apologize. He said they had repaired the ac but somehow it's still making noise. He's more than happy to change my room if we want. I told him it's ok and he told me pls do not hesitate to call him if I needed anything. I was so impressed with their service and personal touch. This is probably a 2/3 star hotel with a 5 star service. Breakfast was good with variety and different menu every morning. Well Done!! 👍

Great Location & Room and Friendly Staff”

We took 2 rooms, twin and triple (2 Adults and 3 teenagers). Rooms were spacious and very clean (including bathrooms). We got a room facing the hills, sea and main street. Near to everything including a medical centre which was a good thing for us since my hubby got sick and needed immediate medical treatment. Starbucks, McD and 7 Eleven is just a few doors away. Easy to find halal food around the hotel. The hotel allows us to borrow their pool towels for our island hopping tour which was a relief since we didn't bring any towels. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to friends. Keep it up Kokotel, Ao Nang!

Excellent choice in Krabi - Ao Nang”

Nice breakfast, a lot of ocidental options. Location is very convenient to make tours, go to the beach or just walk through the most interesting place to go in Ao Nang beach. Definitely will go back to Krabi and Kokotel, great experience. The staff even helped us at the checkout procedure, calling to the late driver and trying to arrange an alternative to go to the airport.

Kokotel Ao Nang is the best! ”

Kokotel is one of the best affordable hotel in Ao Nang, trust me i've been here a few times already. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange an airport transfer from hotel to airport at 4am which only cost us 400bath ( since it is odd hours, i would expect it to be around 1000bath) Very comfortable beds! and most importantly the room is clean. They even provide umbrellas in every room. Breakfast was great. Eventho their breakfast was not Halal, but they also serve great vege dishes. Overall its a great stay and i would definitely come back here!

A new, nice hotel in a great location just few hundred meters from Ao Nang beach. Staff is really nice, friendly and helpfull. The room was specious, clean with really comfy beds and pillows, which sometimes is an issue in Thailand ;) The breakfast was good and diversed. I would recommend this hotel especially to young peple and couples, for famillies with little kids it may be a bit to loud as some of the rooms face the main street and RCA district, but for us it was not a problem at all. Thanks Kokotel for a great stay!

Perfect”

Clean tidy and cool room, kept spotless all week, location perfect for us near to all Ao Nang has to offer. Check in and out easy. Will definitely be staying here again and I personally can't recommend it highly enough. I will be looking out for Kokotel in other places too. Best hotel we have stayed at in Ao Nang by a big margin.

Strategic and near to Everything”

The room is super clean, the staffs were all nice and polite.. always smile and greet us well during the check in time and check out time.. they are tolerable for late check out.. the breakfast place is at the lobby which combine with coffee club cafe which is unique for me.. so everything was so good cuz its near to the beach.. and also near to Ao nang Mosque.. which bear to Halal street food! Amazing stay”

Room is neat and spacious, and it is a stone's throw away from ao nang beach. There are a lot of cafe and bars in the nearby vicinity within a few minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing, offering an array of delicious food. All in all, I highly recommend staying kokotel hotel and would return to stay there in the future.

Awesome, good location, friendly staff, WON’T regret to stay”

Firstly, very nice and modern design in this hotel, all with blue sheep design, room very clean, amenities just 69 bath, can call reception to get it, even an umbrella also provided. Swimming pool at level 2 and swimming towel provided. Although hotel under renovation during my stay period but they still provided breakfast with walking 5 mins to a coffee bar. 7-11, Starbucks, restaurant and bar, massage center, salon, laundry service is nearly to hotel. Nearly to Ao Nang beach too. Tour information counter was a lot that can found nearly. Super convenient to stay here, strongly recommend this hotel. Worth the price, you won’t be regret if you select this great hotel.

Good location and good hotel ”

Kokotel is a nice hotel in a very good location. The three of us stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in April 2018. The rooms were clean and comfortable with hot water and basic things such as soap, conditioner, towels, hairdryer and lotion provided. The package that includes breakfast has a good breakfast spread varying from western to Thai food on the menu. Besides that the staff were friendly and nice. A special thank you to Joy, our receptionist on the first day we arrived as she was very nice and helpful in arranging transportation to the night market and to the airport. The only downside was the hotel is opposite a bar so it is a little noisy at night but most hotels oh this street will have the same problem so I would rather Kokotel as it is nice, comfortable and clean and we were tired most of the nights so we managed to sleep despite the noise. Thank you Kokotel for the wonderful 3 days 2 night stay 😄

VERY GOOD BUT OUR STAY WAS RUINED AT THE END”

Loved kokotel. The male in his mid twenties on reception was soo helpful. Told us bus routes, where and what to do and the cheapest way to get there (was unable to obtain his name - will explain all) beds and pillows were the best we had in thailand. Breakfast was good. Pool on the roof top was ok, could do with abit of TLC. We paid extra to stay at kokotel krabi rather than the other kokotel hotel the other end due to wanting a balcony. The balcony was tiny! It backed on to three construction sites with no real view and you couldn't swing a cat on it. Upon check out we were TOLD to sit and wait. Long story short a militant cleaner with a mask on that I had spotted in reception on a laptop told us we owed 5000 baht / £125 because I had smoked on the balcony. No where does it state you could not smoke there, the lady attempted to insinuate I had smoked in the room with a 2 and 4 year old. Then said I didn't have to pay then when I put across my case told me I had to pay again! BEWARE

Overall is good!”

The hotel is located near the Ao Nang beach, just a few minutes can reach the beach. Staffs are greeting us with warm smile every time we walk pass the reception counter, they also provide beach towel with free of charge. Lastly we might consider to choose here again when we visiting Krabi next time.

Exceptional”

Very near to the beach, clean room, nice big bed, helpful staff, good breakfast, and also value for money. Out of the 4 hotels we tried during our trip to Krabi-Phuket, Kokotel Krabi is the best. Highly recommended and definitely will come back again.

Perfect Location”

I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly, the ambience was cool and relaxed, the food was great, the location was just perfect,nearby the beach. There is a recommended massage centre besides the hotel. It is Ruen Sukhothai Massage. I've been in Krabi for about 4, 5 times and stayed at the different hotels. Overall, Kokotel was my best experience in Krabi.

Nice hotel with reasonable price”

It's in sfrategic location at Aonang make it easy for you to go to some interesting spots in the city. At first we thought it is the same as Kokotel Oasis which seems very quite when we were passing it by. But waa told the Kokotel Oasis is yet to open. The staff at the hotel is very friendly who spent quite sometime to explain things about the hotel upon our arrival. I stay with my wife and two kids and hence chose Family Room. It has 4 beds, and is very convenient to four of us. It is not serving water bottle in the room but jar to get the water from the corridor outside the room, whic is good to reduce plaatic waste and at same time we can easily get hot water for instance. Overall we enjoyed our staying very much

Excellent location, good food, clean place at a very affordable price. It has access to most shops, recreations and restaurants. Ms. Pinky and the rest of the staff where marvelous and very accomodating. As an added value, they accomodated us with a nice free meal take away for our early trip since we can’t make it for breakfast. Definitely a great place to stay in Ao Nang and would tell my friends to stay there. ....... ooooppppsss I just told all of them.

Hotel was location was great. An 8 mins walk to the ao nang beach where u can catch the sunset in the evening and a 10 min walk to the ao nang mosque where it had halal street food sold right outside the mosque area. Halal restaurants were also scattered along the roadside, so u just have to walk and see. Breakfast at the hotel was nice. Loved the vibe of the hotel. U can chill at the lobby at night to soak in the relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were clean, no complains. We had a balcony and the view from our room was awesome, u can see the roadside and the high mountains. Such a magnificent view to catch the sunrise if u are a morning person. Overall, the hotel was great!
