Excellent”

The hotel room was small, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The balcony overlooking Haeundae Beach was wonderful. The only downside was that it was a non-smoking room that unfortunately smelled of smoke. We were able to open the door to the balcony to air the room out, however, so it wasn't a problem. The hotel is on a quasi-pedestrian street with many eateries. We had good dining experiences at both Indian restaurants. Haeundae Beach is a short walk from the hotel and the subway and bus stop are also a short walk in the opposite direction.

Everything is good except the bathroom”

Location is good! Right in the main area of haeundae! Lots of restaurants around the hotel!! Hotel is new and clean! Room is big enough for 2pax! However, the smell of the bathroom is too strong tho it is clean. The smell seems like coming from the drainage pipe/ sink. Cannot stand it without spraying lots of perfume! Informed hotel as well but seems couldn't help....

Excellent hotel right near the beach ”

This hotel is an excellent property. It is conveniently located mere minutes from the beach and good restaurants and bars. In addition, the subway near by makes it easy to locate this property. I really enjoyed my stay. I was in the 19th floor (room 1908) and had a GREAT view of the city and beach. I will definitely stay here again next time I return to Busan

The location is just perfect just in front of Haeundae beach. and cleanness and staff are so kind. also, they do check the temperature when check-in. It's well-managed everything.

The best hotel near Haeundae beach”

The staff spoke basic english. Check in was just a min. Room was sparkling clean. I hope they can maintain the cleanness and not only because of the building is new. Overall i really recommend this hotel if you stay nearby the beach.

Room: clean, quiet, and spacious elevataor: 4 elevetors but very inefficient. It takes faster to go up. Stayed at the 20th floor and it took us 24 minutes wait to be able to have the elevator down to the lobby. the lower the floor, the more difficult it is to get into the elevator as passengers from higher floors fill them up.

Overall comment.”

We stayed there for few days for relax wise purpose. However, even we stayed there for 3,4 days they don’t really think about customer’s benefit at all. It was week day not even weekend. There was very few ppl stay in the hotel. But they still charged the parking fee which was 10 USD Per night. If you have enough space and make ppl come , visit again your hotel you should be more generous to your customer.

Massive Privacy Violations”

The Establishment is lax holding proper records about registration and personal information. They illegally copy ID cards without customer consent and information about keeping time and accessibility. They have no no Information about their Privacy policy. Very bad experience at arrival.

seafood street just round the corner and not to mention the beach. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Train station is about 5 minute walk from hotel.
