Real Gem of a place, the basics are all done well ”

Livotel is only 5 months old, so everything in the rooms is very new. The beds are thick, large and incredibly comfortable, with crisp bed linen, and (important for me) the pillows are soft and just the right size (not too big), so I could get a good sleep every time. The design of the rooms is tasteful, modern, somewhat minimalist, with well thought out lighting which wont strain the eyes, and well positioned plug points. Ample storage space in modern wardrobes, and quiet efficient aircons. You get cable TV on big LCD screens - tip: you can plug a USB stick in and they'll play any movies from your hard drive, with intuitive interface pretty easy to figure out. Unfortunately they have FOX news, which sucks even more than I remember it, but luckily you can change to say Al Jazeera before you feel too nauseous. Reception was efficient, friendly and helpful. i often work nights, and the thick curtains blocked sunlight when sleeping during the day. I could not believe the value for money offered. I was planning a couple of nights but stayed a week and would stay longer. It feels like a fully set up apartment, and in future i may well spend an extended period here. Suited my needs perfectly and I have no complaints. Good luck livotel ! - Lee

Excellent facility ”

I enjoy my stay at the Livotel Hotel. From the staff to the breakfast included if you choose is well worth the additional price.the rooms are clean and I thought very quiet. Central located. Just down the street is the river bus service. You can travel from one end of Bangkok to the other. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good chance to explore Lat Phrao ”

First place we booked in Bangkok and gave us a chance to explore Lat Phrao and the surrounding areas which we probably wouldn't have done if we were closer to the city. Breakfast was included which was really good, buffet style. Shower pressure was good but the inside of the shower was worn. Staff were friendly and helpful with a nice lobby area, cafe inside the building also.

Not good location and food is not good ”

The room is clean, comfortable. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Food is not delicious and have no much choices. I stayed here 2 nights and I gotta find something for breakfast at 7-eleven instead of having breakfast buffet at hotel. Livotel Lat Phrao located in a quiet place. You can use boat system to go to downtown. There is only one 7-eleven nearby or you have to walk more than 10 mns to reach the second one. Some attractive places around to name a few are Train Market (Hua Mak), Stadium, Rakhamhaeng University.

Business trip”

I had a very pleasant stay at the Livotel. iF I am in the area again for any business trips I will be sure to go back and stay 100%. very good friendly staff that look after everything you need, location was good for me personally, Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable I would 100% recommend anyone I know to stay there if they have business to take care of in the area. Overall out of 10 I would give 8.5 ; D

Bangkok' s traffic is not good. Choose livotel hotel will cost one hour and a half to go to the city center by taxi .Especially near the hotel,we had met traffic jams every day. The hotel is clean,and the staff is sooo nice.

Clean and big rooms however were really disturbed by the loud noise”

The hotel building, rooms and.staff are really good. The breakfast was good as well. We booked two rooms- which is spacious for us. We dont have any complaints from the staff nor the management but we are not happy being disturbed very early in the morning from 4:30- 6:00 am. The doors from the next rooms were very noisy. The occupants were so disrespectful banging the doors so loud! Voices were so loud at the hallway. A water bottle was dropped by a C_ _____ se national at the entrance of the elevator and glasses were scattered around the floor and wasnt even bothered to call any assistance from the hotel. At the restaurant., We were in the queue but was always cut by those group of "tourists" who were very rude... A very bad morning for our family...

Needs a few improvments”

The Livotel is ok, we stayed there because there was a music event at the stadium nearby. The beds were Thai style: very hard. The TV only had Thai channels, the balcony was locked apparently because people had been throwing cigarette ends over the side. Otherwise the hotel was good for the price, we were informed that the hotel had only just opened so maybe they will make some improvements later.

If you want a place to stay near Ramkhamhaeng, this one is for you. The hotel is in Soi Ramkhamhaeng 81 and is in walkable distance to main street. The price is included breakfast, so you can save time and money in the morning. However, you should go to eat as early as you can because there are many Chinese tour groups in this hotel.

The room is spacious. We had good sleep through the night. The Mall Bangkapi is near by. you can travel by taxi or boat to the city. But we have our car so its convenient to go around Bangkok. good staff.

One night at Bangkok”

I only stay for 1 night for stop over hotel in Bangkok. 7-eleven is walking distance, new interior design hotel with comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. When we were checked in, the staff did not notice our request for extra bed in the booking form but when we asked, they changed our room immediately. The bed is large but it makes sound when you get up from it. There are ants inside the bathroom. But overall it is okay for the price we paid.

hotel had beautiful rooms and great staff and it was really enjoyable staying there. The rooms were very clean and had a nice balcony and view. there was a nice breakfast in the morning with great food. It was a little far from downtown but there was a boat commuter ferry that was quite an adventure to ride to town. Overall a great experience.

This was my first hotel I stayed at when coming to Thailand. There are plenty of food stalls nearby (e.g. within 10mins walking distance) and other shops like a 7/11 and Tesco lotus on the same street. At the end of the street, there is a Thai massage place and internet café. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Nice hotel, rooms clean and good size. may be off the track but river taxi gives you excellent connections. Seems to facilitate Chinese more whilst we where there, but still a good hotel.

Pricing ist okay. The hotel is in a good condition. Newly build... but it's Thai building style in a few years it will change... bathroom is separated into shower and toilet..!
