Love the hotel. Quiet, english speaking receptionists, cheap massage parlours, eateries, walking distance to beach & bangla rd
I would like to check out before 1day and not pay them yet so I told the reception about this she said ok when I do check out before 1day , one reception said I must pay 50% ?? They should tell me clearly before I set up anything 💥💥
awful experience in this hotel, facilities is sucks enough plus hotel aircon was break down. probably gas leaked. floor in hotel is oily and no choice to wear shoes inside the room. the water is extremely cool and hot but not intermediate temperature. one of the bulb is broken. not recommend for stay . it might ruin your holiday
I stayed in a double room with windows for 2 nights. However, the window is straight facing a wall inches away, which is no window in fact. Besides, I can't really open window because a kitchen is just under the window. The WiFi password is a bit misleading and water supply was automatically changed between extremely hot & cold without even turning the tap. Quite disappointing to choose this hotel although it is cheap and location is quite good.

The location is close to everything and the beach! The room is spacey as well as the bathroom. Great price for the location! We had a good stay!

Value for money. friendly staff. Though there is not much facility (hair dryer) may request and check from the staff.
Good Hotel, well-located, close to beach.
Stayed there with a friend for 2 nights. They upgraded us from Deluxe with Window to Deluxe with Balcony. So many power sockets in a room! Nearby Hard Rock Cafe. Also nearby to 24 hours convenience stores, laundry, the beach, money changers and many more. Travel agent is just across the hotel. Can also rent the motorcycle to move around. Bangla Road is just a few minutes walk.
We extended our stay because we loved our room! Newly renovated and chic style. Quiet street, only one block from the beach and market street one block behind this one. The night/evening staff was super nice and helpful. Also, paying in person was cheaper than booking online if they have their 'promotion price' sign out front,FYI.
After 3 weeks of travelling Thailand we decided to go BACK to Patong, only 3 weeks since we'd been there last, therefore we were after something very cheap and close to everything. The reception staff were very accomodating and lovely, our room was well managed and tidied daily and the location was PERFECT. My only downfall was that the shower was cold... Although given the cost of the hotel and the hassle of moving rooms and/or getting it fixed, we just made do with it. And the hot weather made it bearable. After spending hundreds and hundreds on accomodation over the past few weeks I honestly wish we just stayed in places like 2C. Thankyou for having us 2C, like a home away from home.

Only have water issue that we suffered for our 1st day stay there, but it already settled by the good management and humble owner and staff. Further the location is good as not too far from entertainment and very near to Patong Beach (which is very important to me). The hotel might not be the 5 stars hotel but it worth it as the price and it is not easy to get the 1st class warm greeting and help from the hotel owner and staff, thank you guys at 2C Hotel.
We spent a night here, it was nice staying here because you can simply simply walk to the beach or to Bangla Road. But unfortunately this hotel has no elevator so it's quite a work to climb up to to the 4th floor with your tipsy head
I struggled to find the hotel at first when i arrived from Malaysia . my minibus driver stopped me at patong beach but after asking security guard around there, i was glad to locate the hotel. From there on, things were pan out as planned. Great location, good customer service eventhough it was very basic.
The room was big, nice and clean with balcony (only view to the small street). There is no elevator - but since we just had our backpacks it was no problem. There are several restaurants, shops and massage places in the street - quite convenient. The hotel is just next to the dive shop - perfect for divers.

The hotel is located walking distance to the beach area. The room amenities are standard but acceptable to its price. Me and my sister stayed here and no problem. It's quite and clean. The owner are very attentive and friendly. I would recommend for those who wants a budget hotel.
I had one of the rooms with a balcony, at the end of the road there is a garbage disposal station. The garbage truck would be there every night between 0100-0300 and stir up quite a bit of noise. My friend staying in the same room on L3 had no problems falling asleep but i am quite a light sleeper and couldn't sleep until the truck finished. Overall not a big problem after a big night out, i would still stay here again.
Great stay but hotel has no lift & a lot of mossy. late check out at 7pm at 200baht.Lady boss very friendly and helpful. Able to get cab services from hotel to airport at 600baht.
We found the 2C to satisfy our needs in that we were looking for a cheap hotel near the beach and night life. This isn't a 5 star or all inclusive hotel. But if you're just looking for a place to leave your things, a nice bed, hot showers and free Wi-Fi all on a budget, 2C is spot on.
It was so comfortable to stay in 2C Phuket Hotel. The owner Martin and his wife is so friendly and helpful. I was left my motorbike rental receipt in the hotel room and my rental motorbike broke down and need to contact. They help me out to get the contact in my room. And it was so easy to communicate with the hotel staff.

I've stayed a few times in this hotel, overall everything is fine and superb, value for money as the location of this hotel is in the end of a soi but within walking distance to almost everywhere that Patong can offer. Not noisy at the night so it is good to sleep. The only improvement if I would need to say will be the amenities, but nothing to fuss about for the price of it.
Friendly staff and good hotel location at the beach road and also near to the shops and restaurants.
We had a very pleasant stay at 2C Phuket Hotel and would definitely stay there again.
This is an excellent little place to stay for the budget consious traveller who isn't looking for resort level accommodation in Phuket. I like the 2C as it feels more like a little homestay or a guesthouse. The rooms here are all decent size, with a fairly modern look. However you will need to pay more to get a room at the front with a balcony. Personally I would't bother as like with most of Phuket, the view out the hotel of the street below is not worth looking at. Just take the 1 minute stroll down to the beach instead! Beds are comfortable and air con works perfectly too given the heat in south east Asia. Wi-Fi also seems fast in the rooms. The only downside is the bathroom, with it's very basic shower which just trickled out cold water half the time I used it. I know however that this hotel is still being done up and hopefully they address the plumbing. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, and they can organise anything you need from bike hire, taxis, trips to Phi Phi Island etc. I have stayed in many many places in Phuket before, and when I only require a basic accommodation which is clean, safe and close to all the action; I choose this hotel.
This hotel was nicely located not far from the beach and main nightlight area, though far enough away to avoid all the noise. Clean room, although the balcony was not big enough to sit outside(on the room we had, other types available).
I thought the hotel is in the front of the patong beach but you still need to walk 2-3 mins from the road to reach the hotel and its located at the dead end of the street. the owner is nice and accommodating. the room is okay but the bed is hard. the location of the hotel is ok that you can sleep at night because its away from the noise at bangla road or neighbour restaurant with loud music or playing bands. if you will going to bangla road, you need to walk 10 mins to reach it. if you are always away and out this is the affordable hotel that you can stay with free breakfast and near the beach.
The location is superb, just few step away from the beach... Walking distance to bangla road as well if you want night life... The massage center just few steps away from the hotel was great as well, cheap and open till midnight...
The hotel is next to the patong beach which is just 3 minutes walk, and around 10-15 minutes to jungcelyon mall.overall the hotel is clean and it is located few streets away from the Bangla road.The wifi in the room is quite fast.In overall the hotel is value for money.
Was pleased with the hotel. It was near to the beach and local restaurants. Clean and well kept rooms. Overall, had a good and relaxing stay at 2C Phuket Hotel.
Everything was good except there was alot of ants in the room which has to be taken care off.
Our stay was great. The staff really made the stay special. They helped us source transportation , food and helped with the language barrier. Epecially Heng, he is amazing and made us feel like we were at the Four Seasons.
This hotel is value for money. A simple & clean hotel to sleep in. Not facing the sea and consider away from the clubs, you can still sleep soundly at night. Check in is fast, if you just want a bed to sleep in. This is a hotel to consider.
Hotel room is small...but the location is great! Very close to the beach(1-2 min walk). Many restaurants & massages just a stone throw away.
The hotel is starting to get really run down. It could do with a lot of repair work. Breakfast is not much so I decide not to eat there. The pool is fairky quiet and is good to relax in and around. They are still having problems with the water in the toilet and shower. It is in a good location to the beach and some nice restaurants
Really good location, short walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road with a lot of good restaurants close by. The rooms were clean and modern.

Loved the location, walking distance to beach and everything you need is on your doorstep, room clean,neat and tidy. Perfect for a one or two night stay not longer as it gets very busy, choose room with balcony...not recapmended for families with children
