Need Sleeeeeeeeeep!”

Firstly, the good. It's in a great location, right next to beach, and not far from restaurants. It was clean and new, even if it did look like an Ikea showroom, with a great pool and gym. However, what killed it was the bedroom. The mattress was hard and the blinds barely kept any light out. I am not a morning person, and I really did not appreciate being woken by the morning sun at 6am while on holiday. I was a bit disappointed about the balcony, too. Instead of having a table and chairs or sun lounger, it had stuff for doing laundry. Quite pointless unless you are there for a long stay, especially since there is a coin laundry on the ground floor. There are not many people staying in these condos. Only a few rooms appeared occupied. I guess they are mostly holiday homes for people in Bangkok.

Near the beach, new clean rooms”

This property seemed more like a serviced apartment or condo, had small kitchen in room, great value and location near the beach. Beautiful pool. Staff and security were very friendly. WiFi was not included, but phone Internet had good reception. Excellent stay, hope to visit again.

Simply THE Best Place in South Cha-Am”

this marks our 7th stay @ Lumpini Park Beach since moving to Thailand permanently in Nov of 2019. through all the ups and downs, this facility and location continue to be our Go To spot when we want to relax and still feel like we are in a "home" and not just a hotel. we highly recommend this place!

Qu'un gros condo.”

Encore une série de gros bâtiments construit pour essayer de faire de la plus valu. Une bonne douzaine de grand bâtiments froid et vide, des pièces exigus sans charme ou vous vous cogner les pieds a chaque meuble et passage de porte. J'ai un doute sur la propreté du lit ou il y avais des poils et des draps froissés. Le service est aussi n'existant, nous avons du demander à un jardinier ou était notre bâtiment et notre chambre. Cela ressemble plus à une citée qu'à un établissement de vacances. Par contre la piscine ou plutôt les piscines sont super et propres mais tellement grande et impersonnel que nous nous n'y sommes même pas baigné. Malheureusement ces bâtiments tout neuf ne sont en réalité que des clapiers à lapins empilés les un sur les autres au prix surfait.

Tolle Anlage abseits des Zentrums”

Sehr gut gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem, bemühtem Personal. Was aber weder beschrieben, noch so zu erwarten war: -diese Appartments werden (anscheinend) von den Besitzern immer dann vermietet wenn sie keinen Bedarf haben -der Balkon war total zugestellt mit Wa-Ma, Trockner, Putzzeug, Wäschstander und einer großen Tonne -in und auf den Schränken sowie in den Schubläden befanden sich ziemlich viele & große Packungen (Bettwäsche/Decken/Kabel/Spraydosen) -Telefon nicht vorhanden, d.h. alle Fragen konnten nur durch Vorsprache bei der Rezeption angebracht werden -tägliche Reinigung ist offenbar in diesem System nicht vorgesehen. Nach Intervention wurde zumindest Wasser & Toi-Papier nachgefüllt Es besteht die Notwendigkeit Beschreibung an die tatsächlichen Leistungen anzupassen (oder umgekehrt)
