Maybe the best Hotel I have ever been in Patong. The ratio price/service is amazing! The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful for any request. The Hotel is located 10min by walking from Bangla Rd. So u won't miss the nightlife and don't have to hear the noise! Definitely will go there again! If you are a traveler on budget there is no better place to go!

Even located in Patong, it is such a nice and quiet place. The staff are also very helpful. They give us a lot of information of what to do and where to go. The hotel is also opposite to plaza which is good for shopping. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We wish we had more time as the big mall, Jungceylon is also within walking distance. We would love to go back and stay longer.

Right outside of Patong and nice and quiet”
the room is very nice. the location is about 800m from the craziness of patong. good place for tourist as there are not much for good thai food. also quiet close to the jungceylon mall. you can rent a scooter from the hotel for easy travel around town and through out the island. the rental was for day. they have wifi, but could never connect to it. one of the problem is the signal is too weak.

Staff on the first day spoil our day”
Overall stay is good just that the staff at the front desk spoil our day. On the ads, was stated our bookings should come with breakfast but when I made my bookings, it was shown "breakfast not included". Try to clarify with the front desk but was just given a reply "I don't know and no breakfast". Proceed to the room and found out there's no menu in the room and called front desk for it and was very disappointed that out of surprise, the staff shouted at me. Made a complain and my remaining days staying in the hotel was better and the rest of the staffs are polite and friendly. Location of hotel is only 10mins walk to Junceylon.

Budget hotel in remote location with poor service”
our trip was almost ruined by the poor service at the hotel. on our arrival, we were greeted by 2 unfriendly reception female staff who give you a look as if we are bothering them. however, half way through checking us in, there was a 180degree change in attitude, tone & demeanor. we were pleasantly surprised but puzzled about the sudden change in service. it was until we turned back and realized that a caucasian guest was standing behind us. sad to say, we observe that most service providers in phuket including sales assistances in shopping malls/markets, they are only polite and smiley to caucasians. if you are non caucasians, be prepared to be ignored. throughout our stay in the hotel, we received nonchalant treatment and service with no smile. as 1st time tourists in phuket, we are not familiar with the surrounding and had many questions about doing things in phuket and getting around. but, we couldn't get ourselves to ask the hotel reception knowing that they are not helpful and unfriendly. instead we sought help elsewhere (pathetic). credit must be given to a male staff who sometime stand in at the reception. he was polite and helpful. the hotel is located at the far end of patong beach which many taxi drivers are not familiar with. being a relatively new hotel, it is unheard of even to the locals. it takes about 15-20mins walk to the main shopping attraction. during our stay, we also experienced shower with no hot water and low water pressure. it took a long while before it was restored.

great hotel, excellant service, lovely roof pool ”
really enjoyed it in this hotel, away from all the hussle so you can sleep well, but only a 5 minute walk to all the night life. the staff are very friendly and try to please in every way possible. its very clean , rooms are standard , lovely pool area. views are poor , was ok for me as we only sleep in the rooms and shower , will definately return .

The hotel was good. Good value for money and the location was great, not to far from anything. The rooms were big and pretty clean. Only thing i can complain about was the pool, it was not like it looked in the pictures, it's pretty run down but you could still relax there if you don't mind it that much. Overall a good stay

Its worth for your money ”
I stayed there for 3 nights as I have to work in that area so I only come back to the room just to sleep and go work in the day time . Its actully surprise me coz the room is a lot better than I expect for that price . The room is clean and strong shower . I will stay here again next time .

Great for what we spent but needs updating. ”
Really great location your not too far from bangla road but far enough so it's quiet at night. There's a market right outside which is great for street food. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day also the air con is a life saver! Only downside is the pool area feels really neglected, it need updating and cleaning daily. The beds have holes in and the seats at the bottoms don't have any covers on them. The jacuzzi didn't work and no lights were on when it got dark. The pool itself it clean and fresh though. The roof top bar also wasn't open and the wifi didn't work up there they said it was off.

Great location & Clean Rooms”
The room was fairly basic,but did have a fridge and air con.it was clean and the bed was super comfortable plus there wasn't noise so it made for a very good nights sleep.the staff didn't speak great English but helped when they can.its 10min walk from the beach and the busy shops,however it is on a side street with what turns into a dirt road in front of it.don't be put off by this,it means your away from the noise.view from the room wasn't amazing however the view from the roof top pool more than makes up for this.could do with a tidy around the pool and maybe modernising a little in the ehole, but for around 30 pounds a night was great value for money.

Great hotel, shame about the noise”
stunning hotel and excellent value for money. great roof top pool with amazing views. the only bad point, and it is a big point, was the noise. surrounding buildings are being built, so as soon as these are finished then it will be out of this world. until then, i would strongly recommend to give it serious thought. most mornings the work starts before 6am and finishes past 9pm. other than that, no complaints. didnt sample the food as wasnt included in the price so cannot comment on that.

Located far from fun part of town, good size rooms”
bring your own soap, xampoo, razor, toothbrush/tooth paste. the hotel either do not supply the items or they are not enough or satisfactory. internet does not work in the top floors. far from the fun part of patong. they have sisha parties in the 6th floor that are noisy with loud music all night.
