The Best Resort in Thailand ”
The hotel facility was perfect. Room condition was perfect. Great Location. Very clean and Nice swimming pool. A nice restaurant with a wonderful food and view. Just want to say it was so so perfect staying here. For the most, the staffs are so so kind and they are professional. (My son got a small accident, they did a great treatment there and they took us to the hospital immediately. I felt so glad I was staying in that hotel.) Just want to say again, It was the best hotel not only in Koh Samui, but in Thailand.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious ! Now during covid-19period led hotel to be so peaceful, it is good for vacation when you need to take a break from work. Both interior and exterior are instagrammable. Moreover, the room is clean and swimming pool is big and beautiful. This fit with family with young children and couple. The hotel is very new and has great facilities for both adults and children. The pools were very nice, room was large, clean, comfortable. Breakfast had good variety. Location was great, nice beach area, quiet and rather private. Staff were very attentive. Very nice hotel.

This Hotel is very nice and the whole stuff extremly friendly. The Pool looks exactly like on the pictures and its directly at the beach. The beds are super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Melia with our 2 yo. The pool is great, breakfast buffet of high quality and big and the staff very friendly. Only downsides was the very slow wifi and the pretty high prices for drinks and food (even for 5* hotels in thailand standards).

I can highly recommend Melia. Very family friendly, clean and modern facility. The stuff is great and helpful. Especially big thanks to the F&B director „Yolande“ who made our stay even better. The only thing I may would be concerned is the availability for pool/ beach chairs at high season. But for that is the room with pool access a good back up!

5 stars but dishonest staff and everything is always asking money from guests”
Overall was okay but Staff are not being honest at all. When we asked for recommendations about restaurants around hotel, all of them said no restaurants around there, every restaurants were closed and far away, guests cannot walk. They tried to push sell for restaurant in the hotel and price of food is normally high so we ate at the hotel. The next day we rent a car and drove around, there're many restaurants around hotel. And when we asked for one Paracetamol, they said they can't give us but they asked for our money to buy for us. Well, every hotel has nursing room and basic medicines available for guests, but this hotel denies to offer basic treatment for guests. This doesn't make any senses. Everything for this hotel is just gaining and asking money from guests. It's gonna be first and last time, Never again
