Great location! Sadly TV doesn’t have YouTube/ Netflix options”
The hotel is located in a super convenient location which is very nice. However the TV doesn’t have YouTube/ Netflix options, which I felt quite disappointed as they’re equipped in a older Novotel hotel that I’ve stayed last time in Bangkok, a brand new hotel with a TV without internet connection is quite a disappointment. Also the pool got a pretty nice view, but the water is freezing cold, get yourself prepared before touching the water! Overall I think it’s a pretty nice hotel, and if a sofa is equipped inside the room that would be much better!

Cozy place and helpful staff”
A perfect location just 150 m from BTS station. A big department store located 100 m far from a hotel. I love an environment with a beautiful music, clean and a room with big window. A hotel staff is lovely and helpful to find out a place in Bangkok. Breakfast includes many food choices in a temporary modern design café. I have a very nice stay there and I am going to use this hotel again, strongly recommend.

Finally met the right hotel.”
When I was alone,, usually I use a hotel in this area and I always find some disappointing points; cleanliness, hospitality, facilities, quietness, design, atmosphere and accessibility... may be I’m too fussy but Mercury 24 was perfect in every detail even the lighting, power points, etc. also Emporium is door to door! That was the first time I checked out totally satisfied. About an hour after my check out, I noticed I left my passport in the safe. They found it & gave it me back right away. It was just the perfect hotel for my shopping activities!

Do not forget your stuff here”
I forgot my expensive iPhone super-charger here and I was sure that it was there as I never brought them out of the room. I accidentally dropped it behind the lamp table next to the bed and I definitely recalled it after I checked out the hotel a few hours later. I called back for help and the reception was really nice to recheck twice with the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, I only received an answer that the housekeeper could not see or find it. I went back to do a recheck in my baggage many times but still could not find it. Again, I was very sure after leaving the hotel that it was there. This is unfortunate and really not impressive considering this is one of the most beautiful and well located hotels in Bangkok. This definitely brings the premise, from my perspective, to the low-rated one just because of the cleaning staff could not come to me with an honest answer. I am also a member of Accors but I really have to think twice if I would ever come back to this hotel again.

Very nice hotel”
This is my first time to stay in the central of bangkok area, it's very convenience to travel (sky train, walk or public bus) and it's near the high-end department store which very good for leisure. For the hotel i have no complaint over the service, environment and room facilities. Only little comment on the wall which not keep the noise from connected room, i can hear the baby cry at late night over my stay. Overall is Good and Highly recommend!

It's a great place close to Prom Phong BTS”
This is a really good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are also very quiet. The windows do not let in any noise from the outside. The rooftop pool is beautiful. It's amazing for sunsets. However, there is a construction site nearby, so it might be closed on some weekdays. It's a good idea to check in with the hotel when the pool might be closed. It's open on weekends! This was my second stay at this hotel, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Good location”
My stay at the hotel was pleasant except the breakfast needs more improvement. The tongs were just resting back on the food after all tourist use it to grab the food. I find this not very hygienic. Which, I never return back to breakfast after first day. Even thou, I had paid for 9 days breakfast. Just not work that getting sick especially the Corona Virus is fatal. Wish this hotel had a sauna. But great location 9/10.. still a new hotel and have rooms for improvement.

PRO In overall i had a pleasant stay. Staffs are helpful, polite with service mind. Hotel is located in a great location near Phomphong BTS which is only 2 mins walked. Room is clean, with full amenity, fresh towel and bedsheet. If you love swimming, don't miss the pool. It is located on the top floor with a gorgeous views. I spent a lot of time at the pool during this trip and it was relaxed trip ever! I would definitely come back for next visit and highly recommend. CON The coffee was not very good though.

The hotel is in a very good location. We can reach the famouse shopping mall by 3 mins walk. The room is not so big actually the toilet, the shower are quite too small. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast area was big but since you will have to share it also with Ibis hotel guess. So it is not so convenience.

Value for money with nice room ambience , good view of the city , many food choices during breakfast, friendly staff, very strategically located as the hotel is just a walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong station, Emquartier and Emporium malls and only one BTS station away from from Terminal 21 Shopping area.

Fantastic city hotel”
The hotel located not far from BTS Promphong and opposite the Emporium shopping mall. I was there very early morning but they accept early check-in. Room was clean with full new normal necessary amenity unfortunately I couldn't reach to the pool. Definitely recommended and will be back to stay again.

Despite a quite compact room, I like this hotel thanks to its location very near to BTS and just opposite leading shopping mall also with another on the other side, which was more than enough to make life easy for shopping and various dining options!

Comfy room, great service which provides free drinking water, near BTS and there are some authentic food nearby instead of eating in the malls. Helpful staff speak English very well. The hotel is new and 15 mins walk to Big C extra.

Perfect for a staycation”
The room was good and all new. Clean and equiped with today's technology. Just the wall was too thin too isolate the noise from neighbour loud kid. The staff was fantastic they are professional and welcome to see you. They would provide you the best they can, just let them know what is your need. The breakfast was good and hopefully they would keep it better and better. The location is incredible. Just opposite The Emporium mall, which mean you can anything in there and the mall is connected to the sky train as well.

Good location with reasonable prices. The facilities were so so, swimming pool was too small and it's really squeezed. The men staff at rooftop bar was fantastic. He was really helpful and always smile. The pros was only at check in. It took me more than 15 mins to check in and front staff seemed to be confused. Others than that was perfect! I will come back for sure.

Great Location”
Hotel is located near Phrom Phong BTS, 3 mins walking distance to it. Big 7-11 inside the hotel. The best part is, there’s live music every night and street food market outside the hotel. Food also very cheap and good, highly recommend the grilled pawn shop, is big and good portion!
