Great Hotel .. Good Staff .. Great Food .. Will Definitely Come Back”
This Hotel is honestly beyond expectations. From the photo, it looks really cool and nice but it's more impressive when we arrived there. The hotel was like a real museum, the decorations and interior were made out of love by the owner really! All the staff at the hotel were so polite and friendly, they do all have a great hospitality mind. especially the one who taking care of us during breakfast. I would give this place 10 out of 10 points easily but if I could give one suggestion is " The Laundry Service & Extra Bed " because when the traveller come sometime our cloths need to ironing before we can wear it again. and for the extra bed. We do love the family suite of your but it feeds only 3 people some family (like us) do come in 4 ppl so we have to book another 1 room for our last person in the group so it's quite a shame. But overall this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in BKK of all time. Will definitely come back whenever we have a chance or need a place to getaway closely.. ชอบโรงแรมนี้มากๆ ค่ะ ไม่เคยทราบเลยว่ามีโรงเเรมน่ารักๆ แบบนี้อยู่ในกรุงเทพฯด้วย โรงแรมตกแต่งได้ดีมาก เจ้าของต้องสร้างโรงแรมมาด้วยใจรักจริงๆ ทุกๆอย่างพิถีพิถันมาก ตั้งแต่ความสะอาด ห้องพัก ไปจนถึงวัตถุดิบในการทำอาหาร .. พนักงานทุกคนที่นี่ สุภาพเเละพร้อมช่วยเหลือเสมอเลย โดยเฉพาะพี่ที่อยู่ในห้องอาหารตอนเช้า จไม่ทราบชื่อแต่ทราบว่าเป็นสาวสอง (ขอโทษนะคะ) เอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเเละคอยดูเเลตลอดเวลาเลย ทุกๆคนมีความสุขกับการพักผ่อนครั้งนี้มากค่ะ อย่างเดียวที่อยากแนะนำทางงโรงเเรมคือ อยากให้มียบริการซักรีด หรือ มีเตารีดไว้บริการให้ยืมค่ะ เพราะ บางทีเรามาหลายวสันเราพับเสือผ้ามาในกระเป๋าพอเอาออกมามันยับเลยไม่สามารถใส่ได้ค่ะ อีกเรื่องคือ Extra Bed sหรือ ห้อง Family Suite สำหรับ 4 คนเข้าไปจะสมบูรณ์แบบเลยค่ะ

Needs to improved. Clean all area inside the room thats included the balcony. (Lots of bird poops) A treat for the guest if it his/her birthday. The live band program was not initiated due to the Songkran Rules. The food needs to improved. The food in the menu is not all provided

A night of pure art”
I was looking for a night away from my current apartment and I thought I would try and stay at a trendy property. I am so happy that I chose my art. The hotel/museum is beautiful. It is definitely for young adults who are looking for an alternative facility to rest at. It is a walking Instagram property. I have to stay here again to enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant

การตกแต่ง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และความสะอาดดีเยี่ยม ห้องเหม็นอับมากๆ อาจเป็นเพราะช่วงโควิดเลยไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้าพัก อันนี้พอเข้าใจ แต่ตอนเราเช็คอินเข้าห้องไปยังไม่ถึงชั่วโมง มีแม่บ้านเปิดประตูพรวดพราดเข้ามา เราได้แต่ยืนตกใจ และงง ว่าทำไมถึงเปิดเข้ามาได้ !? ห้องมีคนเข้าพักอยู่นะ ไม่ใช่เข้าพักมาเป็นเวลานาน หากมีปัญหาอะไร ทำไมไม่โทรแจ้ง หรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าใดๆเลย แล้วคุณเข้ามาได้ยังไง !!!??? ยังดีนะ ที่เราอยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อย ถ้าตอนนั้นเราทำธุระส่วนตัว หรืออยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่พร้อมเจอคนแปลกหน้าหล่ะ!!? เราเป็น ผญ เข้าพักคนเดียว และตลอดเวลา 2 คืนที่เราเข้าพัก เรากังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัยมาก แม้จะรีพอร์ตและเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ยืนยันว่าที่นี่ปลอดภัยแล้วก็ตาม ประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากที่นี่ ทำให้เราไม่กล้าไปเข้าพักโรงแรมที่อื่นคนเดียวอีกเลย 😭😭
