I booked the hotel via Agoda. Its undoubtedly a best choice one can make for Krabi Stay. As soon as i step at hotel, a female staff comes for welcoming us. Immediately comes your Welcome drink. Since krabi is sunny the drink is a bliss Then i check with Hong for possible trips around Krabi, She helps me plan my sightseeing. WIth her suggestions and discounts(for booking through her) i smoothly book everything. Make sure you book your trips/sight-seeings before a day so that there is a confirmation. The rest of days were smooth with swift booking of sight-seeings. Breakfasts served at hotel matched everyone's taste(considering am from India). To say about the room quality, I had opted for a deluxe room. It almost had everything fixed, A Flat TV, A mini fridge, A Electric Shower, Air Conditioner. Rooms were exceptionally clean and were cleaned everyday with your permission. There is a number locker box too in the room to safeguard your passport & Cash. things i noted from the construction view of the hotel as below: All the sanitaryware were of exceptional quality were from brand, AMERICAN STANDARD. All the door fixtures were of exceptional quality were from brand, HAFELE. All appliances were of good quality were from brand, TOSHIBA. Except for MITSHUBISHI AC. Every single thing has been taken care in a standard way and built exceptionally. Hats off to Hong for exceptional build quilty with simple yet luxurious feel of things around. The place is very scenic and serene and quiet and calm, makes you stay there forever. I just didnt feel like returning home after 3 days of stay. The staff make you feel that. My special requests were also taken care with no hassles. I would definitely suggest the hotel for everyone and go back anytime during my trip again. 5 stars to MINI HOUSE AONANG. Hugs.

Such warm hospitality”

Stay was indeed very cozy and homely, all 5 staffs (that we interacted with) were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was huge and came with a balcony. Bathroom was spacious as well, only cons is the pressure of the shower head was a little weak, so it takes a longer time to rinse/shower. There were lots of tiny insects entering the room if you leave the balcony door opened plus the room came with ants too but not the ones that bite so we were fine with them since they weren't getting in our way. Location wise, it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the Aonang beach, so it was okay for us since we enjoy walking. We also got assistance to book taxis/classes by the hotel staffs (I believe most if not all hotels will render this service for free). Breakfast was really good especially the coffee. The staffs were very understanding as well because one of the things they serve during breakfast is tuna sandwich. But I requested mine to come with fried egg, and I got it every single day of our stay there even though it was not on the menu! Such a simple meal but it was so so yummy!! Stay was really really pleasant and we'll definitely come back to Mini House Aonang again! Thank you Mini House for making our stay so enjoyable in Krabi! :)

i am glad to stay in mini house ao nang. it is really a good hotel although it does not have giant and beautiful passage way to go to hotel lobby (maybe due to road condition restriction). Friendly and helpful staffs have impressed me a lot. This is one of the best hotel i ever have as it value exceeding the money in terms of servicing and hotel cleanliness and room condition. Just one point, it is not suitable for people of handicapped as no handicapped free access design structure. Recommendation and information of hotel staffs are really straight to the point and useful. Honesty of hotel staffs made me feel the sincerity of their service. Location of the hotel are easy to various food amenities and massage center and also about 10-15min walk to ao nang beach. I would like to introduce this hotel to everyone if u all plan to stay in ao nang, because it is really value for the money.

The Mini House was a great place to stay. Firstly, location's great. Very close to the beach/heart of Ao Nang, but the fact that it's tucked in about 30 meters away from the main road gives the hotel the nice peace and quiet needed for a good night's rest. Plenty of good restaurants/pubs/shops really nearby the hotel too. Staff at the front desk were amazingly nice and helpful. Always with a smile, and ready to help in any way they could. Motorcycle/scooter rentals also available directly via the hotel so it's super convenient to rent one to escape the crowd of Ao Nang. Yummy breakfast till 4PM everyday. Nothing more awesome than that. The design of the Mini House is also really nice and comfortable. Good sized rooms with comfy beds. Overall awesome place to stay.

Excellent Little Hotel”

We stayed at 9 different hotels all around Thailand and this was one of our favorites. It says it is a Krabi hotel, but I would call it an Ao Nang hotel. (Very close to Ao Nang Beach, and Ao Nang Port) We made the mistake of taking a boat to Krabi Port instead of Ao Nang. Anyways, it is a great location. If I were only to stay a week in Thailand and I wanted to be in the beach area, I would choose this place. There is plenty of shopping, food, and two beaches close by. The beaches aren’t perfect white sand ultimate getaway beaches, but it was clean, and enjoyable. The hotel room was simple, and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and wonderful. And the breakfast menu was delicious and a perfect amount for me. In addition they have a free tea time from 7 to 12 to enjoy a cup of tea before bed. I thought that was really cute. I have no complaints whatsoever about this place and I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

A Peaceful Retreat In Krabi”

The location of Mini House Aonang is a perfect for tourist or traveler who likes to stay at quiet serenity surrounding yet adjacent to the Walking Street of Aonang. The room is spacious, well organized and clean. All the breakfast are made to order, which means there are selections on the breakfast. I had different breakfast during my five-day stay at Mini House. The staffs are friendly and helpful, most of them understand English and some of them do speak Chinese. I had visited to Krabi twice, Mini House Aonang is highly recommended. Truly value for money~

Both of us really happy & pleased with this hotel. The staff there are really helpful & friendly. The room are simple in design but really comfortable especially with the room space & its cleanliness. We are very satisfied with the services,hotel situated not far from the Ao Nang beach. Estimated 10-15min walking from the hotel. Breakfast from the hotel really tasteful. Mini House was my second home in Krabi after Malaysia.Hopefully they continue this great service in the future, I will not hesitate to visit & stay here if I visit Krabi again. Stayed at Mini House Aonang from the 28July-02Aug. If you were wondering, the rooms in reality are really as great as the photos. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink which was really refreshing. The room we stayed in (C201) was extremely spacious and cozy(If you booked a deluxe, try requesting for this room because the location's great and you get to see scenic cliffs from your view!). Room was clean and tidy, only stain I noticed was one behind the toilet door. MHA is close to all the convenience you need: 7-eleven, a clinic and great food. If it's your first day,I would suggest the street vendors just right outside to the left of MHA and if you continue walking upwards for a bit more (You'll have to cross the road), you'll find this eatery called 'Boat Noodle House' which became a spot my boyfriend and I came to eat at three days in a row. Every morning, you'll also be given a wide variety of choices for breakfast and they definitely do not disappoint. The food is simple, but always so heartwarming and filling enough for the full day tour ahead. Since Krabi is known for its beaches, we always come back with extremely sandy clothes. MHA also provides laundry service which is not only extremely affordable but efficient as well (You can give them the clothes in the morning and collect it back on the same night). Your clothes are well handed and they smell really good too! As much as I love MHA for all its convenience, there's some room for improvement. -Safe in the room is not drilled in. -Basic amenities, in which you'll only get bar soaps so you'll have to bring your own toiletries (Which wasn't a big issue). No bedside tables provided. - Can get a little dim at night due to the poor lighting. - Room not very soundproof. - Pressure of showerhead low Despite a few minor shortcomings, I must really personally thank the staff for my wonderful stay in Aonang. If you're still hesitating on Mini House, don't. Give it a try. You won't regret it!

It was a great vacation in Krabi for us, and what made it even awesome was this hotel we stayed in - Mini House. Fantastic service by both the owner and staff (i would rate it 9.5/10), friendly staff, served good breakfast (individually served breakfast), fast internet, strategic location (just 5-10 minutes walk to Ao Nang Beach), very new and clean hotel overall. The hotel also provides umbrella in every room (very considerate) which is handy for us when it comes to rainy day..i would say a good hotel located in a good location is a plus point where this hotel actually located just right next to 7 eleven, some nice local thai restaurant (boat noodle etc), bars/pubs, as well as some local hawker stalls.

Mini House is simply the besta”

Cant describe enough how much my family enjoyed our stay in Mini House Aonang. We had high expectations from them due to the great reviews everywhere but the sibling duo Hong and Toh exceeded all kinds of expectations we had for them! Not only were we greeted with a welcoming drink just like everyone else, they were very understanding about our meal requirements (we needed halal food). On top of that, their warm smile each day makes us feel at home and they are very approachable owners. They are always at the reception during the day and they remember all the guests and their activities day to day. We were so glad and thankful to Toh for booking our activities and arranging and accommodating to our requests. Once, my mum had wanted to back out from a trip(which is for the next day) and he told us to take our time and discuss and let him know before evening time. As our activity for the day ended a little later, we reached MHA around 7 only to find Toh still waiting at the reception to check with us if we still wanted to cancel the tour for next day (we didnt). Hong was also very kind to arrange our transport and activities such that I could pick my sister up from the airport and reach back at MHA in time for our next activity (booked through them also). On our last night in MHA, Toh checked with us again regarding our transport booking to the airport and arranged for it to be earlier at 7.30 so we could reach on time. On top of that, he was even concerned about our breakfast and offered to prepare a sandwich for us and checked with us if the sandwich was halal. Unfortunately it wasn't and so, he offered to prepare toasts so we could eat something before going to the airport. The day of our check out, they were up early to prepare our breakfast at about 6+am (breakfast usually start at 7.30am). Theres just too many good things to write about Mini House. Hong & Toh delivered top notch services that cant be found anywhere else yet.

Our stay at Mini House Aonang was superb! A+++ to the super friendly and helpful staff that would aid you in any of your queries - from where to eat to what to do to transportation and basically anything you need! Mini House Aonang was basically the cherry and sprinkles on top of our already-great Krabi holiday sundae. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Krabi/Aonang and if I were to go back to Krabi, I would definitely stay with them again! Much love x

Mini House, Great Eperience”

My great stay at Mini House was not a surprise, given the number of good reviews other travellers have given. The location was not too far from Ao Nang Beach (approx. 10 min), and had many good restaurants, bars, massage parlours along the way. Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were minimalist and beautiful. Breakfast was pretty good with good coffee. I'll definitely come back again if I'm visiting Krabi.

Our stay in Mini House Aonang was fantastic! We reached Krabi early and the staffs allowed us to check in early. We were served welcome drinks and the staffs made sure our room was well kept before giving us the keys. The room was very spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, only 8 months old so the furnitures are relatively new. The staffs were very accommodating. We needed halal breakfast so they ensured that it was all in order. We also had to leave to Phi phi island and couldn't collect our passport in time from the bike shop. So we trusted the owner of the hotel to collect it on our behalf. She is very professional in her work and we got back our passport! I don't think any hotel staff would have done that. We are EXTREMELY happy with the service rendered by the staff in this hotel. 10 thumbs up!!!

Great place”

1. Is near to many good restaurant. Abt 3 mins walk, you will get to Ao Nang boat noodle, the food there are fanstatic. There's also Ao Nang buffet, is abt 5-10 mins walk. Beside mini house there's street food. We rented motorbike opp mini house for 200 baht per day. Beside it there's 7-11. The location is great. 2. Most of the staffs are friendly. Great customer service. If you need any help, you can just approach them. They are able to speak basic simple English. They offer welcome tea, and good night tea. 3. The rooms are huge and clean! There's a balcony for you to dry your clothes 4. Great breakfast!!!

Hidden Gem near Aonang Beach ”

I have stayed 3-4 hotels in Aonang in the past 6 months . For me , this is the best hotel ( guest house ) in the área. 1) Excellent service from all staff . Extremely polite, helpful and informative . They are human, humble and dedicated to your personal needs . They will try their best to make you home. 2) The owner speaks excellent English & Chinese and provide informative information about Krabi & island hopping options . 3) so many options of breakfast & coffee . I have been some resorts in Thailand and paying similar prices ; however, the breakfast can’t compare with anything I eat here. The coffees are made of beans from northern Thailand and super tasty . It is brewed from coffee machine. Some local hotels only offer coffee filter . 4) Right in front of the hotel , there is 7-11& best clinic of Aonang if you have shopping or medical needs. 5) I have booked car renting , island hopping , van pick up service and laundry services. All service provider recommended by hotel is quality Guaranteed. 6) the size of room is excellent with great view overlooking the mountains I really wish I could stay longer here . Would definitely come back again . I have stayed in total 10 days in 2 occasions and never want to leave this place :) 5 star for the staff , manager and owner. There will be another hostel opened by the owner right next to 7-11. Really look forward to the new project !

My friend and I found Mini House by accident and absolutely fell in LOVE with the place! SO clean and nice, including a good breakfast and the location is perfect - you can walk to just about everywhere you need - and if you can't, they'll help you book transportation and tourist day trips to all sorts of activities. One of the best things about this place is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful we have never received such great service anywhere during our trip. The two that we had the best experience with were Hong and Thor. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience at the Mini House. So much so, that we left to Phi Phi for one night and had to come back and stay at Mini House in Ao Nang one more night. They are amazing!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff”

It was an amazing stay in Mini House. The staff is so incredible friendly and attentive and the rooms are very clean and modern. I like the minimalist style of Mini House, it´s clean and modern. The breakfast was included and it is a welcome refresher for the start in your day. Free tea in the evening sounds better than free Wifi, although they provide the last named of course, too. The tips the staff gives you for your stay in Ao Nang are very good and if it´s going to rain, take your umbrella out of the room with you. All in all it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and if there are any further questions, don´t be shy to ask the hotel staff.

Cosy Hotel with Friendly Staff”

Mini House Aonang is very nice hotel. The staffs are friendly and always helpful. The free breakfast was very nice with different dishes and beverages. Every night, there is free tea for very customers until midnight. The hotel is a minute walking distance to 7 eleven and Clinic. The hotel is near a pub so there is pop music until midnight. There are mosquitoes in Ao Nang area so be prepare. Overall, this is a very good place to stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great Hotel at affordable rate and great staffs ”

I went thru literally all the reviews of the hotel before booking. It was well worth it honestly. Toilet is clean with water heater, bed is comfortable and the air con n fridge are fully functional. There's a small balcony too, safety deposit box, a clothes rack, hangers and 2 umbrellas. We got 3 deluxe room a my stay at C101 was pleasant. Breakfast is great too, simple and many choices for you to choose from As a muslim, food is easy to get. Get to the main road and there will be a couple selling noodles on a bike, delicious and only 50 baht. Along the road you have halal restaurants, Tesco, countless Family marts and 7-11. Also, a mosque is just nearby too. 6 of us got 3 motorbikes to travel and we recommend Madinah Halal Food Aonang located beside a mosque. Not the mosque I mentioned near the hotel. For those ppl who like to party, you have some bars that are packed and also Center point which is very happening. Many shopping stalls along Ao nang beach.

Best Value for money hotel”

I visited Thailand for Honeymoon trip and my first place to visit was KRABI. Mini house is really a very beautiful place to stay, Good location, Good room, Cleanliness allday and good Food. The best part of this hotel is Good Location 30 min from Airport. 7 Mins walk to Aonang Beach 7/11 Shop and Family Mart 2 mins distance 7/11 is adjacent to hotel. And Many Nearby Indian restaurant with good taste. Helpful Staff which always greets with Welcome Drink and which is really refreshing. You always ask for any assistance you will get it quickly. I would definately stay here again and also would recommend for others, Couples get good privacy and really being lil away from town its a good and cozy romantic location
