a very pleasant surprise ”
It was a lovely suprise as I know a was 5 mins from the neares beach, the land lady got me an excellent moped deal and was,very polite, helpful and eager to provide any ny info. The bungalows are far enough apart so not to hear your neighbours. Rent a bike and its a brill place, would recommend having seen other places now. The nearest beach was long but narrow yet only 2 people which compared to some palces was a miracle. Definitely recommend,

Simple and clean”
We stayed 1 night; was hard to find as google maps gave wrong directions to some dead end street; you find the hotel beside road Soi Pattana. BTW, google street view is old and the place there unrecognisable. We didn't ordered breakfast (I'm not sure, if it's even available), but there's a 7 Eleven situated nearby on the corner of 4009/4024 crossroad. We really liked our stay, only downside being my wife got awakened by neighbours humble-looking dog, who came licking some water from flowerpot situated behind our front door.

Three weeks in sun and piece”
Stayed over 3 weeks there. Room cleaning was once in 3 days - changing bed linen and towels (1 big towel per person). Concrete walls and floor everywhere, enough space, adjusted aircon. If you fancy a good shower, you might be a bit disappointed, the water pressure is very weak but you still can manage to take a shower. Local rooster from neighboring Thai houses will start to wake you up before 7 a.m. and will continue further on - they are pretty noisy there. Wi-fi is available but the signal may be weak or disappear inside the room. Overall the place is nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Still it might need a better maintenance.

Nice appartments and exceptionally nice lady”
The apartments itself and the surroundings is clean and nice and give you more than enough private space. That on it's. But the really exceptionally thing here is the lady who manages everything. I better do not write everything about what she helped me to learn and cared about me, or others gonna request the same. If I come back to Phuket I know where I'm gonna stay for sure.

we stayed a month here so chose due to the low price but that proved to be the best choice ever. The owner is wonderful and we loved the different style of the concrete yet thai style bungalow/rooms. very nice and friendly place

hotel owner is this sweet old lady, speaks very good english, very helpful and accommodating. ready to give advice on places to eat and where to go. even organised my airport transfer in the middle of the night. fantasic service. rooms are clean and new, although i didnt like the decoration and the writings on the wall, kind of creeped me out a bit. esp when your using the bathroom at night and you see this writing above the toilet bowl saying " I know " .... all and all a very nice stay i had.

สะอาด และสงบดี มีแมวเฝ้าหน้าบ้าน บ้านละตัว เดินทางอาจะลึกซักหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่ลำบาก หากมีรถ ถ้าไม่มีรถจะเดินทางยาก ภายในห้องเแ็นแบบเรียบง่าย เจ้าของก็บริการเป็นกันเอง. มีอาหารให้สั่งทานได้ แต่เปิดสายหน่อย ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าหากจะทานเช้าๆ
