Beautiful stay! Excellent customer service!”

I highly recommend Naga Residence. The place is very clean and it has great security. You have to access an automated sliding glass door first using your room key card before you enter the hotel's elevator. So you feel very safe. The lobby also has free cookies, juice, water and computer for the customers to use. Their wifi connection is also very strong. The room is spacious and the hotel location is perfect because there are a lot of food places to choose from around the area. It is near 7/11, a mall, walking distance to the pier if you want to ride a boat to cross the other side of the river where the temples are located. I would like to personally commend the supervisor, Mr. Marlon for helping us with our accommodation and itineraries. He is also Filipino like me so he really helped me a lot in contacting my merchants with our itineraries and bookings since he knows how to speak in Thai, he helped me with the translation. :) He really went above and beyond until our last day in Thailand because he also helped us in getting a ride to the airport. He really has great customer service. The guard named Umporn is very friendly and helpful as well. Also, I left my pair of earrings in our room and the housekeeping staff turned it over to their front desk. I really appreciate their honesty. For those who are planning to go to Bangkok, I recommend Naga Residence. It's the perfect place to stay in Thailand! :)

Excellent all the way!”

We had a wonderful Bangkok visit. We walked from the hotel to the pier, train station,a mall, 7-11, eateries- all a big plus. Naga Residence has excellent hotel staff, esp Mr. Marlon at the front desk who helped us out (thru phone) as soon as we landed.. Checking in was fast and efficient, same as the checking out. The staff, from the front desk to the bellboy to the room maintenance ladies, were always polite and smiling, bowing Sawas Dees as they go along their work, nice to see. They have juice and cookies in the lobby available for the guests. The room was always clean with new towels everytime we arrive back from our daily trips around the city. The aircon was cool, the hot/cold shower was functioning well, & the water pressure strong.. Everybody was helpful- you ask something and they go out of their way to provide whatever they can, even if it is not automatically part of the residence’s service, like a wake-up call for us to make it to a very early morning flight. Thank u all!

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Naga Residence...room is spacious and clean, with lots of food stalls nearby, 711 is just around the corner, and we feel safe because before you can reach the elevator, you have to pass through a sliding door using your room key card. It is a bit far though from the nearest mrt station but it didn't bother us. All the staff at the reception are very pleasant and helpful..Special mention to Marlon, a fellow Filipino.. (Thank you for telling us that we should visit the newly opened ICON SIAM) They really offer excellent customer service! ICON SIAM is just 1.1 kms away from the hotel..We just walked our way to the mall and got lucky to witness the grand opening.

A stay at a calm and peaceful location. ”

Naga Residency Hotel was a basic facility with a comfortable stay in Bangkok. The hotel was close to the river and it was also close to the ferry service which made going to to the important tourist destinations easy. The hotel did not have any breakfast option which was a downside. In any case my stay was quite comfortable.

Fantastic value for money in the stay at naga. Really great area with access to river and BTS minutes away. Residence is v clean and secure. Rooms were spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. There seems to be a working relationship with the Ibis nxt door and you can pay to eat there and use their pool (we bought drinks here) We done this on few occasions and it was completely fine and a great idea. The residence is perfect base for visiting city and local amenities near by are spot on. Really really liked our stay and if prices remain same we will return.

Naga residence is close to many things including seven eleven, sena fest, massage places and restaurants. Its close to a train station and pier aswell which is only a few minutes walk. Upon arrival, there were drinks and biscuits offered.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern and clean, room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the laundromat was broken during our stay but there is a laundry service available. On additional note, be aware of a small deposit fee 500 baht per room, you get it back upon check out so no problem. Overall, this place is good place to stay.

Naga Residence is great in everything especially their attitude and politeness in serving their guests which I am shocked with the amount of money I've paid for. Smiling faces from the operation manager to reception and housekeeping staffs are something that really precious to me which can't be necessary seen in even 6 stars hotels. I can't be asking for more with what they've offered. They deserve for the compliments and excellent ratings which I never think twice to give. Keep it up.

Nice hotel - good location ”

We stayed for 3 days and completely satisfied with Naga residence. Big room with nice facilities and good internet connection. There are also many street food shops around, that give a very delicious food with a resonable price. I’m coming back again...

Excellent value for money, and excellent staff”

The Naga Residence was such a lovely place to stay with excellent value for money. Everything is very clean, neat, and location is good as well (10 min walk from BTS) . Best of all was how friendly and helpfull the staff were. The staff were also the best English speakers we came across throughout Thailand. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in excellent location”

Located in Riverside alongside the very expensive hotels is this hidden gem.Its a few minutes walk to the dock to cross to the other side of main Saphin Taskin skytrain station and main dock to travel to all the sights in Bangkok by boat.The hotel is new& clean.Staff very helpful&kind .Deluxe rooms have in room safety boxes,close to restaurants.Quiet area around hotel.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, extreme care taken by housekeeping, complimentary juice, water and nibbles in reception area., free wi-fi in rooms, no cafe or restaurant but shopping complex Sena Fest is just a short walk on other side of first controlled intersection. Very tiny balcony. Naga hotel is without a swimming pool but guests can use pool next door at Ibis Riverside if you purchase an item to eat.

This was my second stay at Naga Residence. It’s a good value for money hotel, clean, slightly away from the intensity of the CBD but is only a ten minute walk to the BTS. It has great WIFI and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

The Naga Residence are very well for the visitors from Bangkok. Near shopping center and the river Ferry and the sky tren.

Clean Rooms at Economical Prices”

We stayed at this property for 5 days in April 2018. It is centrally located in Bangkok and most of the famous sight seeings can be reached by public transport from here. The nearest BTS (Bangkok Skytrain) station is Krung Thon Buri is a mere 800m walk from here. You can use it to reach Chatuchak Weekend Market, MBK, Central World, Siam Paragon, Sukhumvit, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market. For 15 bahts you can reach Grand Palace, Wat Arun and Chinatown by the ferry at Sathorn Pier (ask anyone to guide you for it, a small walk which will take you to the other side of Sathorn Pier from where you can take a ferry to the main pier for 5 Bahts) There are bus stops also on the main road which can take you to many places. Suvarnabhumi Airport is far from here around 40 kms, so if you have a flight to take fro here keep approximately 1.5-2 hrs aside for it (The property can help you book a taxi for 500 bahts for Airport and other sightseeing places). For all Pizza fans there's a Dominos

Staying at Naga Residence, no need to worry about food. We are very happy bfast, brunch, or dinner as soooo..many options of affordable food. Walking distance to the pier and BTS. Love it!

it was clean and very good service from front office ”

Very impressed with service from Reception. Room was clean and have a lot of space. you ask them to call taxi and they were very nice to take a time to get a taxi from the road. only one thing that i like to comment was, it was non smoking room, but looks like somebody smoke before i check in. i enjoyed staying with Naga, i like to stay again when i visit bangkok.

Good choice next to the river in Bangkok”

We had stayed at the Ibis Riverside the month before and really liked the neighborhood. The Naga is literally next to the Ibis and is also a great choice. The only downside is there are no facilities for breakfast at the Naga; however, there are plenty of options within steps of the residence. Good, safe, affordable.

Super VFM”

If in Bangkok for 2-3 days, this one's a no brainer. Right next to Ibis Riverside, this one's clean, comfortable and insane value for money. Polite staff, 7 eleven next door, and lots of eateries in the vicinity. Check out the lady diagonally opposite Sena Fest mall. Superb thai food.

Great hotel with excellent service”

The hotel is tucked in a quiet alley which gave you the absolute peace and quiet. Our room was clean and comfy and the staffs were friendly. However, the sound proof of rooms need to be improved. You can basically heard people closing doors or walking down the hallway. The hotel location offers you peace and quiet with minimal disturbance, but at the same time it also means that you are at a distance away from all the malls and attraction you would want to visit during your stay at Bangkok.

I have stayed at Naga many times over the last two years, and have always enjoy my stay , the Naga the staff are always kind and more than helpful, I also have access to the ibis Hotels Swimming pool by the River it's really pleasant to sit by the pool sipping a drink and watching all the River Traffic!
