Nai Harn Beach hotels & places to stay

+Staff (of all levels) are extremely friendly and will greet and smile at you. Even their support staff greeted us so I felt they treasure their guests. +The hotels has accessibility to two private, small secluded beach. I believe no outsiders except for the hotel guests can access this. To get there, simply ask the staff for directions, take a bike or walk through 2-3 steep hills to get to the beach. The distance is about 2km. My definition of secluded is that there is still 10-15 tourist there with a restaurant behind. So don't create a imagination where you can swim naked or topless. And you still have to pay a feee to rent the beach chairs. +As I was there for honeymoon (and put it in a note on my booking at Agoda), my room was given a honeymoon decorations and a complimentary chocolate cake. Room service knock my door at 8pm to clear the cake and the honeymoon decor on the bed. +The hotel boasts awesome view of NaiHarn beach and windmill viewpoint from the three restaurants. The hotel is also a stone throw away from Nai Harn beach so you can walk to the beaches and restaurants easily. -There is one thing which I don't like about this hotel. Official wifi locations are at the restaurant and swimming pools. I was told to try to get wifi signal at the room. There is a weak wifi in the rooms (I stayed at 6th floor) which took quite long to whatsapp my family back home. So I hope the hotel can invest some money buying more wireless access points. -The other thing which I I don't like about this hotel is that the swimming pool is small. But the services (towels + cloth to put on the beach chair) gives me a good impression of how they value good hygiene. In summary, this is a nice hotel if you wish for excellent views and have access to private beaches and not spend time on technology.

when we first arrive, we were given a tour of the hoel and the facilities of the room. the staff sure makes u feel like a royalty. there were fresh fruits in the room, we even get to choose the fragrance of our soap! the room was clean and spacious, pure luxurious. and the staff was attentive to every single details. the food at the restuarant is very good, and the free bicycle that they provided allowed us to explore the areas well. we even cycled up to a cape to view the sunset(totally not recommended unless you're fit, as there's a lot of slope), and to rawai for not-to-be-missed superbly fresh seafood. dont forget to explore around the hotel to try some cheap local and yummy food. Hotel is quiet enough, but if you're looking for the kindof nightlife like patong, naiharn is not the place. the beach at naiharn is awesome though, not crowded and soft clean sand. deffinitely a must for beach lovers! you will not regret your stay here. will deffinitely be back again!!! :))))

A nice,quiet & relaxing villa with mountain view. Villa was clean & cosy with friendly staff. Got a 3 bedrooms villa during the stay, each bedroom has got an attached bathe room & toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, electrical stove, cooking utensils, cutlery set & wine glasses, etc...swimming pool is also well maintained. Villa has also got a big rooftop with table, chairs & suntanning chair. Beautiful Naiharn beach is only 15mins walk from the villa. There is also a small town with 7 eleven, mini supermarket, restaurants & street hawker, it is just less than 10mins by tuktuk or taxi to get there.

Our Superior Double Room was downstairs on the inland side of the road with interrupted ocean views: these are better in the upstairs rooms and best across the road in the more expensive rooms behind the restaurant area which look directly out on the bay and the beach. Our room was comfy, had plenty of space for 2 people and gear, an effective aircon, good hot water and was quiet. The big bed was firm but pretty comfy. Food in the resort's restaurant across the road was good and at true budget prices. There are two other slightly more expensive restaurants with knockout views of the beach and bay adjacent. The resort's store has budget prices - many cheaper than 7/11 supermarkets we used in other areas. Appealing Naiharn beach is less than 10 minutes walk to the left and the smaller but maybe more attractive Ao Sane beach less than 15 minutes to the right. The beachside restaurant at Ao Sane had the cheapest large beers in any restaurant all trip. Overall I thought Nairock was very good value - one of the cheapest nice places close to Naiharn beach.

Super modern and elegant. Please note this is definitely an apartment, not a hotel or resort. We only stayed 3 nights which was fine, but this is probably better for either a shorter stay like ours or a longer stay (over a week or so). We stayed Wednesday night through Saturday and were supposed to get a cleaner in on Thursday, but no one showed up. We didn't mind but if you are staying longer, it is probably important, unless you're okay doing your own laundry (beach towels could've been an issue). The manager, John, is a cool guy and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp etc. Very straightforward and easy to work with. No issues with the place and it was a great location for a fantastic French bakery, the beach, and a great Thai restaurant (Catfish Cafe) thirty minutes down the road.

Our family super love the hotel. We book the family suite, there are two big rooms with king size beds, a kitchen, a living room n a large balcony. The balcony is shady n cool because a lot of trees in the surrounding area, we can stay outside n have lunch there, reading book, not feel hot at all. Kitchen has pan, pot, microwave, kettle, electronic stove, so can do some simple cooking. It's ver near to yanui beach which is suitable for snorkeling, also near to nai harn. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from crowds n city, then this is your best choice!

Saying that this is the best villa ever is a understatement. Days before we check in, the manager of the villa, emma already contacted us to know estimated time of our arrival. And when we came to the villa, we were happily greeted by her. Emma show us every detail of the house, how to use the pool jacuzzi, all the lights in the house, the tv channel, the kitchen and even the gate. Not only that, she told us everything we needed to know about nearby attraction. Everything about the house is so great, we love the pool, the bed, the decor. One night is just not enough! But on the down side, the villa is in secluded area. There’s other villas, but also there’s a lot of local people houses too. The nearest convenient store is 1km away. Its a good idea to drive a car or ride a bike if u come to this villa. All in all,, i would definitely come back to this villa if im in phuket again next time.

It was perfect. Great location, short drive to multiple beaches, elephant camps, entertainment, and boat trips to many islands. It was quiet and several blocks off the main road in either direction. Jah a female hotel staff took us to a travel agent who was at least 40 to 50% less on excursions then anyone else. The excursions were not cheapened in any way. We had the best of many options on them. We would, and have already, highly recommended the pool villas for Phuket trips. Short drive to Rawai beach where you purchase your fresh caught fish sometimes alive walk across the street and have it cooked at the restaurant for next to nothing in cost, awesome. A 20 yd walk from the villa to the best massage you will ever experience. Ask for Lo.

I stayed at the Naiharn beach resort with my 18 yr old daughter and we LOVED our time there. The location was really nice, only a short 2 min scooter ride (which the hotel rented to us very cheap!) or a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself felt very new and modern and was so very comfortable. My daughter loved the food choices there as they had lots of customizable western options. The staff was also ALL so sweet and helpful. Every aspect of our stay just felt so perfect and I couldn't believe how the hotel was given the very low price we paid for the room. I will certainly be going back to Naiharn beach resort again in the future!!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. We got a great deal on Agoda, so it was excellent value for the money spent. The pool area is beautiful and you can easily spend the entire day there. If you want to go into NaiHarn, the shuttle runs every hour during the day. NaiHarn has a great public beach and the best massages I have ever found. It is definitely not a part area, but a nice place for families or those wanting to get away from it all. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed in a Villa. The resort is well maintained, friendly staff. Security access gates provide good security and the resort itself is quiet with peaceful surroundings. There is parking for both scooters and cars. The Villa is spacious, featuring a kitchen, lounge, bedroom, large bathroom and undercover outdoor area. The Villa offers tranquility and a sense of space. All furnishings and furniture are of a good standard. The bed is very comfortable. The resort is in a good location with many shops and services nearby. For beach access, it's best to rent a scooter as the nearest beach is a few kilometers from resort. Naiharn beach itself is one of Phuket's best.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Phu NaNa Boutique Hotel. The room is set up like a studio, with a mini kitchen and is designed really well. The room also had very good lighting and plenty of outlets for charging our phones, cameras etc. Ac works awesomely, and there are also floor to ceiling windows with drapes to block out the light. The bathroom shower area was really nice, felt like you were showering in a garden. And the best part was just 3 steps from your door is the pool, which was very warm and not too chlorinated. The area is pretty peaceful and not too touristy like some other parts of Phuket. We went to Naiharn beach, which was very lovely and not crowded. There's is a really yummy restaurant called the Cashew Tree right down the road. Also, there is a Muay Thai boxing gym down the same road that my boyfriend did a morning session at, had a great workout and sweated like he never has before. The hotel must be fairly new because most taxi drivers didn't know where it was. I carried one of their brochures with me at all times so I can show the address and the map they had on the back. The staff was very helpful and would call for a taxi for us whenever we needed. They also helped us book ferry tickets to Phi Phi Don on our last day and would make me a really nice cappuccino every morning. It's a long way from the airport, but worth it if you are looking for an area that is quieter and not overrun with tourists.

This is the perfect place to relaxe and spend quality time. The resort offers everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the entire atmosphere at this resort is stunning. We booked only 1 night in advance and because we liked it so much stayed another 5 nights. The pool villas are amazing - we loved our villa and the view! (+) Staff, Resort, Atmosphere Private boat tour to nude beaches/islands including snorkeling and lunch (-) It’s a 5-10 min drive to the beach —> free shuttle service :) Laundry service quite pricey—> good and cheap laundry location next door Breakfast is good, not awesome —> good places in walking distance :) Lunch quite pricey at the pool bar —> good restaurants around the corner :)

Nice villa with 3 bedrooms and all you need, big kitchen with things you need to make food etc. sofa was worn out but we had a sala outside and sat there and not inside. It was only 1 safety box and not 1 on every bedroom. cleaning not god and change of towels and beds only 2 times a week, did not get any toilet paper after cleaning. Had to pay extra for electric if you use more than xx kw. pr. day. But all in all we had a nice stay and a fun time, at Nai Harn you need a scooter to get around.

Phuket Riviera is a great place to stay if you're into a bit of everything.. fitness, relaxation, nightlife, adventure. Plenty of boxing gyms nearby, nice beaches such as Naiharn, Rawai and Kata are within just 15 mins drive. You will also come across the elephant sanctuary on the way to Kata beach. The rooms are great and nicely furnished however it would be better if proper blankets are provided instead of bed sheets. The cleaning is done everyday without fail by staff which is a plus point of the place.

We were so impressed with this beautiful property; it was exactly what we needed for an amazing end to our holiday. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The cleaners came daily. We were able to order some great food from a menu provided in the villa. The sliding windows at the pool side area open up completely; it’s an amazing feature that makes you feel like you are living inside and outside at the same time. There are 3 beaches near the Villa. For sunbathing and snorkeling we preferred Ya Nui beach, it is a 10 minute walk away. The better beach or area for night time is Rawai beach, we found many good restaurants here that are within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. There is a 24 hour grocery store located 2 minutes’ walk away and we could buy most of the supplies we needed there. We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

I spent a long weekend at Baan Krating, staying in Room 317 'delux pavillion'. 317 is on the 2nd story of the pavillion buildings so I almost felt like I was amongst the tree tops. At sunset I sat in the deck chair, on my spacious balcony, and could hear the relaxing sounds of waves crashing against the shore, crickets and birds (hence the luxury camping feel). The room was very nice, lots of space and ceiling to floor glass on two sides so I looked out over the trees, very clean, great bathroom with good pressure and hot water. Internet expensive at 100 baht for an hour. Good selection of TV channels. I guest the standard rooms are the older wooden bungalows, but there were several closer to the beach than my pavillion room that would have been nice for just one person or a couple. The water was a little rough on Naiharn, Kata and Karon beaches, but since the Krating beach is so small it was OK to swim in for most of the day (not so much at low tide as it was a little hairy to get past the rocks). There was OK snorkeling just off the beach with quite a few fish to be seen and a bit of coral. I hired a motorbike from the shop before Phuket Yacht Club, if you don't you'll end up being too isolated and reliant on the Baan Krating transfer to Naiharn (every 2 hours), or around a 20 minute walk so doable, but much more convenient to have a motorbike to zip around on. Service was very good with all the staff friendly and eager to please.

After arriving at gone midnight a lady was waiting to check us in to the villa. A deposit was required of $5,000 USD we wanted to pay this by card, but as there is no reception attached to the villas this cannot be done. So the next day one of the party then had to travel to the company office to pay the deposit. I do not class this as 4 star service, the team need to arrange a better check in set up and have payment facilities in the villa compound. There was also no information pack regarding the workings of the villa, breakfast, cleaning etc we had to keep calling the office to enquire. The villa was only cleaned on a Monday & Thursday so we did not have clean towels or toilet rolls in-between cleans. The villa is spacious and clean but when entering the bathroom you expect to have soap provided even in a 1 star but for a so called 4 star villa to be bear of all basic essentials was surprising. We were staying in a 3 bedroom villa but the villa only had 2 sun beds, we requested more only to be told villas only have 2 and there are no spares to go around. This is ridiculous, as most people book a villa to use the pool and sunbath but because of the lack of sunbeds we used the villa less and less. The one service which is very good is the chef that comes in to cook breakfast (only breakfast) if you contact the office to ask but there was no information regarding this service in the villa. I would not rate this villa as a 4 star it is lacking in basic essentials and needs staff on hand to bring it up to scratch.

Location is quite difficult to find with no sign or indication. It's very likely that you will miss it on your arrival, so it's recommended to contact the owner. The owner is very friendly and can give you advice on places to eat and visit. There's a very good and cheap seafood market and restaurant not far from the place. The house is equipped with everything you need. The only issue would be the staff does not cleanup the room very often, and does not fill up the amenities or change the towel at all. Therefore, you will have to keep things clean and buy some extra amenities yourself.

Location: Baan Oui sits between Naiharn Beach and the main street. It takes a pleasant 10 minute walk along the lake to the beautiful beach and less than 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and bars. You can also walk to the windmill and Cape Promthep but that is a challenging 40 minutes to an hour uphill walk one way. Motorbike or taxi is recommended if you don't want to work too hard during your holidays. To find Bann Oui, look for a Kasikorn Bank ATM machine opposite Naiharn Villas. Room: Clean, spacious rooms with hot shower, safe, mini bar, coffee/tea making facility, comfortable bed and pillows and balcony. There are stairs leading to the rooms. Others: Breakfast is included. They also supply beach towels. The friendly owners and staff can organise tours and transport. If you are an animal lover, the owners have 2 dogs to keep you entertained.
