Clean-Comfortable-Friendly”
Nana Hotel is one of the older properties on Sukhumvit Soi 4, however all the rooms have been remodeled. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The food is affordable and delicious. The property has all the amenities of a Five Star Hotel to include their own “In-House” professionally trained masseuses who aim to please again and again. This is my 5th stay in this property and even though I have stayed several nights at neighboring hotels (Grand Sukhumvit & Novotel), I will continue to stay at Nana. In my opinion this hotel is every bit competitive as their neighboring hotels, but more affordable and with a wonderful staff most of which have been working at Nana for decades. The only drawback is the slow WiFi...which might be a hidden blessing. If however you need to stay connected there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance that offer free and fast WiFi. You also can consider buying an AIS Sim Card for approximately 850 Baht for 30 days of high speed 4G. Book Today, as this property will no doubt be Sold Out very soon for the months of December through March.

The original”
I stayed 10 nights here in January. I have been before, and just as in the past I continue to love this place. It is the original Soi 4 hotel and still has the spirit of the good old days...you can feel it in the walls and the hallways. Its built solid and you get the feeling it will outlive the newer hotels springing up around it....I hope so. The room is big, the bed was huge and I slept like a baby every night .The fittings are showing age, but again very solid and functional. Wardrobe and storage is ample and enough for any traveller. The only reason I did not score the facilities a 5...the shower. Please Nana hotel...if you upgrade anything , make it the showers...they just don't make the grade any more....at least fit handheld showerheads that taller people can use!...other than this the bathrooms and cleaning side of things is great. I do miss the restaurant downstairs when it was full size..it was the best in the area..a 24 hour legend. It is still there but now much smaller , thanks to the pointless Hooters taking up the whole front of the hotel now...and my beloved Golden bar, once part of Nana, is gone. Breakfast now is in the vast hall on floor 4...strange to be in there but the staff are impeccable as always. To wrap up...I love the Nana hotel and would recommend it to anybody wishing to stay in the heart of sukhumvit ..heres to the next 50 years.

Value for money Hotel at Convenient Location”
Me and my wife were on a leisure trip to Bangkok in Dec 2018 and stayed at Nana Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel had very high value for money proposition. Plus it is just 100 metres from the Sukhumvit road and easily accessible from the BTS Skytrain Nana station ( 5 min walk). We had breakfast as part of the room rate and they provided a good spread for breakfast which is served from 7am to 10pm. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon arrival wherein you can choose between hot beverages, fruit juices, cocktails and alcoholic drink from their coffee shop at the lobby. Though the hotel is in the midst of the night life area in Nana, once you are inside, it is all calm and quiet and safe for family. Overall good experience.

NANA HOTEL THE #1 GO-TO HOTEL IN ALL OF BANGKOK”
You want options? Where can I stay in BKK and book tours and see everything that the city has to offer? NANA HOTEL! Is the answer. Been staying there for 20+ years while on holiday and it is the most affordable room for the money. Also, they have a tour desk for every tour available in the lobby, plus a very good breakfast buffet that runs until 1000 with eggs, bacon, sausages, veggies, a couple of Thai dishes and plenty of fresh fruit, juices, coffee and teas. Nana Plaza is across the street for those who like the go-go girls and ladyboy scene, all safe and security too. Rooms have been remodeled and the king size bed is HUGE. Good bath towels, shampoo and soap provided. They have a great pool on the 3rd floor with hot tub until 1900 daily. Best in Bangkok, a little rough for the super picky people but lighten up, you are not in BKK just for the hotel, this is the best place to stay to springboard your Bangkok adventure.

Great value, semi budget, centrally located near Nana BTS”
On my last visit in June, I stayed at NANA Hotel for 5 nights and I'll say straight up..., I don/t mind this hotel at all..., it represents excellent value for money and for a very long time it has been "the best and most centrally located hotel to take advantage of the Nana Entertainment area". I've talked to many other guests when I have stayed here and they pretty much all come back to stay, year after year..., making the NANA Hotel's clients probably the most loyal guests of any Bangkok hotel. The NANA has a large and very clean pool with plenty of day beds and shade...., theres also an attached large bubbly spa pool surrounded by thick greenery. The breakfast is also quite nice and the staff very efficient. I usually stay in one of the cheaper rooms and it is always well cleaned. I intend returning again in 3 months.

Action central”
I've stayed here a few times mostly because of the good access from Nana BTS and also because of the lively location. Complimentary beer and porter staff - really nice. Can't beat the buffet breakfast in the ballroom under the chandiliers - another reason I stay here. I stayed in a room that had undergone a refurbishment - an impressive result. Everything worked fine - TV, lights etc. I'm not that keen on the shower over the bath and the plastic shower curtain. I did notice a small presence of some bugs on the floor - no big deal - this is Bangkok! My only problem is with the air quality. Although I'm non-smoker and asked for a non-smoking room, this is a smoker's hotel - it's permitted in all rooms - and the air con does seem to circulate slightly smoky air - that's my impression anyway. Minor issues but something to be aware of. Overall, I like the Nana Hotel!!

Great location for buzzing Nangkok nightlife ”
This hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the buzzing, colourful nightlife of Bangkok. Furthermore, the hotel is only a short walk away from the nearest BTS station (Nana), so it is easy to reach other tourist attractions in Bangkok. Please be aware that not all the rooms in Nana Hotel have been refurbished. The non-refurbished rooms are not nice at all: I was put up in one the first night, and it was stinky and the bathroom was in a condition I would consider a health hazard. You should specify that you will only accept a refurbished room when making a booking.

A great hotel in the Nana area.”
As a solo traveler, I had a wonderful week long stay at the Nana Hotel in Bangkok. This is not a modern hotel, within an older building and an old fashioned brass key for your room, but do not let that deceive you. I liked the no hassle check in and check out, pool, service and, especially, the location. In the heart of the Nana area, the hotel is close to almost anything you can desire in Bangkok, including easy access to the sky train. Most likely, this will be the place I will come to every time I visit Bangkok. This is a great place to stay!

Another great stay”
I have stayed at the Nana Hotel - Sukhumvit several times. The cost is low and there are many positive elements to the hotel. I love the early breakfast served in a large facility with plenty of seating and many food choices. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are clean and very well appointed. I particularly like that they don't require a key card in place to have the electricity function. This means that electronics can get the benefit of a charge even if you are not in the room. Housekeeping is excellent and very efficient. The rooms are made up quickly and to a very high standard. A criticism I might offer is the lack of consistent wifi connectivity. Some floors are pretty good, some are really not good at all. In the even you are unable to get good connectivity, it might be helpful to know that connectivity in the lobby is always pretty good.

Exceptional Value for Money”
I and several members of my family & friends have stayed at Nana Hotel in Bangkok over the last 30 years (since 1988). It really good value for money for a 3* hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated, and renovation of all floors and others areas will be completed over the low season in 2018. Even the standard rooms are of a very good size with larger than a king size bed. The rooms have good TVs, with a variety of English language programmes (News, Sports, & Movie). Also news in German & French. The rooms have excellent air conditioning, a large fridge, and a good size bathroom, with a hair drier. Suggest they provide a kettle in the future. The rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh bed-linen and TWO hand & bath towels provided. Room service is really good and not too expensive. All the staff in the hotel speak good English, and provide excellent service. There are a lot of good restaurants within short walking distance, even street food stalls right outside on the street.

Refurbished rooms”
This is the fourth time I've stayed at the Nana Hotel - Sukhumvit. I always feel comfortable here and particularly enjoy their free breakfast option. The breakfast is served in a large room with plenty of seating and offers a wide selection of food with plenty of hot coffee. The staff is very attentive and keeps the breakfast tables clean and inviting. The one thing I noticed was some improvement in the Front Desk staff - they were more friendly and smiling this trip. While always providing good service, it is always great to see a big smile and helpful attitude. It is noteworthy that most (all?) economy rooms do have a window but the "view" is usually a wall about twenty feet away - not attractive. I don't intend to spend time in my room looking out the window but, one day I'd like to see how the "other half" lives with a true view of the city.

Close to Nana with lots of bars and shopping. ”
Yes, this is a good place to stay when in Bangkok. Right next door to Hooters American food restaurant and just across the road from Nana Plaza with its many bars, the Nana Hotel usually includes a buffet breakfast with your stay. There is a nice open air pool on the 3rd floor and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Five minutes walk away is Nana BTS overhead railway station which takes to you just about everywhere in Bangkok but without the traffic. The room had all we needed and we will be back.

Good old Nana, with a few changes”
I've stayed here off and on for 14 years. The lobby is very tame now, no hookers hanging out and no more drunken brawls. The dining room on the ground floor is now on the 4th floor, the breakfast is the same, pretty good and lots of it. I did not have any other meal there lately. The old dining room is being changed to a Hooters. Really! The building is old but they maintain it and the showers and lifts work fine. Staff sre friendly as always. Room rates are down a little, which is appropriate. The Nana complex across the street is still there. The pool is nice and clean and there is a hot pool with water jets. I slept well, just remember to sleep on the side of the bed away from the TV, because that side gets used most and has a dip. A/C was fine, I turn mine off at bedtime and the temp stays nice. I like that it is on Sukhumvit and between 2 Sky Train stations. There is a McDonald's around the corner and 2 more burger places across the highway. Lots of food and fruit carts and friendly female tour guides. I'll stay there next time I'm in Bangkok.

Exceptional”
We wanted a hotel near to the Expresway to make excursions and tours easy....Nana Hotel is perfectly placed for access. For the price we paid (£30 under each per day) we had a very large room each with good ensuite facilites and breakfast. Although we were never there in the daytime, the swimming pool looked very nice. The staff were good fun and cheerful towards us....as always, if you try to be polite and pleasant to anyone, then they are usually the same back to you. For what the Nana offers, this is a a very good deal.

Perfect for the Solo Male Traveler ”
The Nana Hotel is a great stay in Bangkok for the solo male traveler. Right in heart of the well renowned Nana Plaza the hotel is in the ideal location. Bars and restaurants are minutes away and the metro is a five minute walk. The hotel is old style, which I like, very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, an excellent breakfast buffet and a heated swimming are delightful amenities. The Nana Hotel gas become my permanent stay with every visit to Bangkok. You will love it!

Great traditional hotel in good location”
I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok over the last 20 years but this was the first time at the Nana. I was pleasently suprised expecting less but it was great. Yes it is an old hotel (opened in 1965 I think) but that does not make it bad. The room was clean, fairly spacious, had a large confortable bed, modern TV, safe etc. Staff are helpfull and friendly. It is in an ideal loaction if you like the nightlife and is near to the BTS station. Nice swimming pool with outdoor area. Fast and reliable free wifi in the rooms. Free newspaper in the morning (not many other hotels in Bangkok do this). I will certainly be staying here again.

Awesome Hotel”
It is ideally located near a metro station. You can crawl to Hooters or any number of the nearby bars. Terminal 21 mall is a few blocks nearby. Each morning, I had my travel partner pinch me to save space for the Bangkok food scene because this hotel's buffet feels like a cruise ship buffet. Caution: Visitors may need stretchy pants because it was delicious. The refreshingly cool pool was definitely needed after a long sweaty day seeing the sights. The hotel may be old. But looks can be deceiving. As adult male travelers, Nana hotel did not disappoint and we will return in the near future.

Not to be overlooked - really excellent value”
Have stayed in the area a lot but never at Nana Hotel (not quite sure why now) - I have to say I was pleasantly surprised - the room was pretty big and bed was huge, comfortable, and with a desk and chair. Very clean too including bathroom. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. The housekeeping staff were very nice - desk staff didn't say much but got the job done. I have to mention the pool was nice and very clean, and the Jacuzzi is big and in a nice tropical garden setting like a resort would have. It's showing signs of wear and tear here and there sure, but I couldn't fault the cleanliness of everything I saw - and they even give you a voucher for a free cocktail (didn't have time to sample that unfortunately). Overall really good value in my opinion for the price.

Better Hotel than I thought it would be”
I missed my flight and needed a reasonably priced hotel for one night. I thought Nana Hotel was great. The room was clean and staff was awesome. They even let me check in early. It was a good experience. It really is not an appropriate place for families because Nana Hotel is right in the middle of the red light district. It depends of your point of view. The place looks old compared to all the new development around but I was more than happy with my room and its amenities. I would stay here again.

Bizarre experience with receptionist”
I wanted to email Agoda to give feedback directly about this, but couldn't find an email address (only a feedback form for issues with site). So I'll just have to do it here I suppose. I recently made a booking for one night at Nana Hotel in Bangkok. I have stayed there before, but this was the first time I've used Agoda (I've always just dropped in before and never had a problem finding a room). The reason I decided to book online this time was because the price was cheaper than direct with the hotel (by a small amount). I though this a bit odd, as usually Agoda and other such websites charge a little bit of commission, but booked nonetheless, having used Agoda multiple times and feeling confident with their service. I had emailed the hotel previously to ask the best way to book, either through Agoda or direct with them, but to this day I have not received a reply (an omen of poor customer service to come, perhaps). When I got to the hotel and went to reception, I told the receptionist that I had made a booking online. He asked me when, and I told him earlier that day. He seemed disappointed, and then asked me who I had booked with. When I told him Agoda, he told me that, "what a lot of people don't realise is they need to book with Agoda 3 days in advance, otherwise they may not find a room. Agoda do not know if we have rooms available or not." This was very strange, and somewhat alarming, as my confirmation email from Agoda stated that the room had already been paid in full. I asked him if they had a room available, and he replied, "show me your proof" in a very uncustomer-friendly way. I showed him the email, and he gave me the registration paper to complete my details and copied the relevant pages from my passport. My room key was then given to the bellboy, who took my luggage and led me to my room. To top it all off, the bellboy, who had been waiting at the reception during the whole exchange I had with the receptionist, then asked me how much I had
