Convenient location, Nice room, need to have a car”

It's essential to have your own vehicle when you visit Chiang Mai, so as staying in this hotel. The hotel is easily one of the tallest building around, so the view is awesome. The hotel features modern decoration with simple but nice and clean room with comfy bed. The bathroom is also nice and large. All in all, it's a superb value for money. I go to Chiang Mai quite often and wouldn't hesitate staying here again or until they raise the price.

Overvalue”

Perfect. If u looking for a place for spending a night while going out all day, I would recommend napatra due to the room, location and staff are perfect. Compare to those hotels charging the same price (under thousand bath), this hotel would definitely be the best among them. Perhap better than some hotels in price range 1,000 - 2,500 bath also. The only reason I remark food as poor is because they do not have restaurant and breakfast, however if u looking to spend most of the time finding cultural and traditional Chiangmai food, that would be acceptable to eat out.

If you have a rental car or moped (a must in Chiang Mai anyway), this hotel is fantastically convenient. Super clean from floors, to bed, to bath. We always have good night sleeps here. The staff does a super job in satisfying their customers. If there is a slight mishap about the room, they wouldn't hesitate to move you to a new room. If there is one thing can be improved upon, they should consider equip the room doors with dampeners to prevent guests from slamming it.

A solid comfy & convenient place in CM”

I don't remember how many times I have stayed in this super convenient hotel. It is my 1st choice to stay when I go to Chiang Mai, period. Ideal location, plenty of parking space, excellent cleanness, very comfortable bed, awesome view of Doi Suthep, good morning free coffee, all with reasonable rate, I really don't know what more I could ask for this fabulous place to stay in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended.

has everything you need but bed is very hard”

This hotel is perfect for a quick stay in Chiang Mai but not great if you are a tourist and do not have a car. It has everything you need, all very basic but for the money it is a good deal. Unfortunately the beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable - so I wont stay here again as I like a softer bed. they should take a few room nights money and buy some bed toppers to help guest comfort.

Good location and Price”

Napatra hotel is a new hotel. Decoration in the room is modern style. The room is very clean and quite. However, If they could have a bellboy or someone who carry luggage for clients. It would be better.

Great scenic balcony with friendly hotel staff”

A very quiet hotel just 2km away from Chiang Mai old city, great scenery from balcony, big rooms with basic facility, however, it would be great if coffee and tea pot maker is provided. Food stuff in refrigerator are free of charge. Near to 7-11 store and a delicious noddle shop if you want to get some food to eat at night. Easily access to "Song Thew" red taxi Baht 20 per person to go to Chiang Mai town and old city.

Budget hotel with a personal touch”

I stayed here before several times. A few times I complained about the noise that the cleaning staff made in the morning. During my stay now in this hotel the manager spoke to me about this problem and apologized. No more noise in the morning, I slept excellent. I would like to say to the NAPATRA team : "Thank you for listening to your customers."

Large & clean room, nice mountain view”

I'm very satisfied with my stay. The room is large, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and above all still very new. They're very generous to give everything in the minibar for free. Large parking lot. Convenient location near local eateries so I can find foods for dinner and breakfast. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The area around hotel is very clean as hotel is in a small lane. The Grand Napat, apartment of the same group, is opposite the hotel. They can look into changing the shower curtain as it's getting old. A very chic hotel and not pricey. Recommended.

Super friendly staffs. Clean room with nice balcony. Snacks and drink in the mini bar refilled daily. It would take some efforts to walk to the old city, but not by motobike. Renting one from hotel was super easy, and the price was reasonable. We stayed 6 nights and it was a wonderful experience!

Best value for money hotel”

The hotel is located less than 10 mins from downtown chiangmai. The room is spacious and full equipped with what you may need on travel. Hotel also provides free mini bar in return for not serving breakfast however it is quite convinence as there are plenty of food stalls, convenience store, salon, laundromat surrounding the hotel. It is one of the best value for money hotel in chiangmai

The only thing bad about this hotel was it’s a little off the town centre but holy this hotel is clean,very nice looking, it looked like 5 stars for the cheap price that they offered us.

I love staying here because the place is new and great design, rooms are clean and full options with nice location. Also easy to park but will be perfect if the hotel provide more roof for car parking. I always stay here for my lovely days in CNX. Officers or even the security guards are nice!

Clean and neat hotel”

It was a very pleasant surprise. The location might seem a bit off course from city center at first. But with a car or motorbike, one can enjoy the quietness of it all. I love ir because the hotel itself is very new and exceptionally clean. I've stayed in a 3 star hotel last time but the rooms were old and worn down. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you have your own transportation.

NIce clean hotel that will not break your budget”

This is a very simple, no-frills hotel but for very little money you get a nice clean and comfortable room. Nice views are available on the upper floors and it's a short walk to a 7-11 and street vendors for anything you might need. A coffee shop and bars are only a block away. Great place for a few days. Stay here and save your money for other things.

good stay I will go again”

First off I said location is great, I always rent a motorcycle wherever I go and they have 2 menus available the company comes to drop off the bike and picks it up afterwards, price is standard bike was almost brand new! Internet is good but bandwidth is low, fortunately I don't need much for what I do, but browsing is a bit slow. The staff are excellent people, very friendly and truly helpful for any questions. I checked in alone and had an old friend over for the evening the first night and was charged for breakfast for my friend, whatever, I did not complain but if occupancy says up to two then I would assume that includes breakfast for two. I did not find out about the free shuttle to the airport until I already booked the last night elsewhere.

Great value for money. New hotel, clean and comfortable. Basic hotel (no breakfast, no swimming pool etc), but rooms comfortable and very clean and price very good.
