My wife and I first stayed at Nesta Hotel Da Nang two years ago for four nights. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to return to Da Nang specifically to stay here again—this time extending our visit to ten nights. That alone probably says enough. I understand that everyone has different experiences, but for us, everything was just perfect. On both visits, we had a room facing My Khe Beach, with a full, unobstructed ocean view directly from our room across the driveway. Being able to look out over My Khe Beach every day is the single biggest reason we chose to return to this hotel. That view never gets old. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff—especially four individuals who turned a wonderful hotel stay into an unforgettable one. First, Ms. Tuyen, the Guest Experience Manager. She was always there for us. Whenever I messaged her, her response was instant. Her information and help were invaluable, and her professionalism and care made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our entire stay. Second, Ha, who greeted everyone with the warmest smile. My wife and I often saw her gently helping elderly guests, even placing her arm under theirs to assist them around the cafeteria. We kept saying to each other that this was clearly not something she was instructed to do—it came purely from her own kindness. That level of care truly touched us. Third, Thao Han, who is so lovely and friendly, always speaking in a soft, gentle voice. She sometimes practiced her English with us, which reminded us of our own experiences back home. Those small, human moments made our stay feel personal and sincere. Lastly, there was a lady in the restaurant whose name may be Tien or Yen. She always had a bright smile and a wonderful sense of humor, and her friendliness made every breakfast start on a happy note. These four people made our stay truly memorable and extraordinary.
