Excellent”
We checked in very late but communicated well with Mr Hood who waited patiently to pass us the house keys. Checking out was hassle free too. Location is superb but unfortunately its CNY so KSL mall closed for business. Other than that, we have also feedback Mr Hood few things and he assured us that he will talk to the boss and we do hope the next time we come theres some improvements. No problem to book for grabs as the location is easy to find. Theres few 24hrs local halal restaurants around the area so no worries. Anyways no hiccups while staying there just minor basic things. Will come back.
Facilities are not good”
I wonder why the electricity bill wasn't paid and we were asked to move to owner's other property. This is awkward and ridiculous. The front door is actually broken???? Amazing. The toilet lighting was like too dimmed. Overall, hmm...

All Round Response and Service”
The staff communicated promptly prior and remained helpful throughout. From the start, we were accommodated with a late check-in and convenient pick up. During the stay, we received responses instantly. The home was exceptionally clean and conducive for a large family of 5 with young kids to roam. At the end, we were allowed a late check out due to prayers which they kindly accommodated. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Pros: Mr Hood is responsive and polite Good location Very strong wifi Crystal clear digital cable tv, but will be good if there is instruction on how to operate it Cons: Supposed to check-in at 1.30pm but no one is waiting for us at the reception. Room is only ready at abt 4.30pm, although Hood has offered to offer late check-out, but we couldn't take up the offer. Very disappointing that whole apartment is smelt of stale cigarette smoke from previous occupiers We are expected to clear our own rubbish at the entrance door outside lift lobby, but key card couldn't access to the door.
