The place is actually pretty good for what you pay. Good location, clean, comfortable but seriously requires a WiFi upgrade! Inexcusable with modern technology solutions. However, and this is not directly the fault of the operator, they cannot easily control who stays. Unfortunately, the price point means that the flotsam of NZ society ends up here and they generally have very little concept of acceptable behaviour or norms. Loud 3am music and conversations and so on. Coming and going at all hours. .....and a general lack of awareness about other people's peace and quiet. You could take a punt and get lucky......or not.
