Amazing Experience”

My husband and I are very particular with service thus, we don’t mind to spend more time to do proper research where to do our staycation and celebrate our 1yr wedding anniversary. We did check other luxurious hotel/resorts within Sentosa area however, with recent reviews we thought - it won’t be worth to pay S$xxx when you won’t have the service or experience from what you’re going to pay for. And so we checked One15 Marina. We saw so many great reviews with recent staycation and thought - well, let’s give it a try. We’re very impressed and surprised with their generous upgrade for our Hill View to St. Tropez Suite, with sliced of cake, drinks, and chips. We also managed to get early check-in 2pm. Staff overall very helpful and attentive. Special mention to Julie and Aileen from the reception. To the Latitude staff as well. Breakfast food are decent. Swimming pool is a great place to relax, chill, and swim with a great view. Very happy with the service and our hotel room. Definitely worth to visit for staycation and worth to recommend. Keep up the great service!

superb place to stay”

really really in love with this hotel. area is superb, located in Sentosa cove, one of elite area in SG. room is big and i don't have any problem during my stay with Marina view room. rooms also facilities by smart TV. Quite near to shuttle bus stop, you can access to other spot by using Sentosa bus number 3 only, which will be arrive every 25-30 minutes. what i love most is the surrounding, you can have jog in the morning with unusual view ,the gym and also nice big pool. you can rent a bike to, but its quite pricey. breakfast variation is good enough, but limited selection comparing to other 5 stars hotel.

Exceptional”

Room is very spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the marina view from our room. If you’re not into hotel food, you can also get food easily within walking distance. We didn’t have to leave Sentosa Cove at all during our 2D1N stay in ONE15. Truly felt like we were outside of Singapore.

Beautiful & relaxing getaway in my own country”

I booked the Marina View Room at the One15 Marina Club for my anniversary with my partner and am very glad i chose One15. We were attended to by very attentive staffs upon arrival till the moment we checked out of the hotel. The location was pretty far into Sentosa which was great as we were looking for a getaway feel and it certainly felt that way. Beautiful scenery from the room and great atmosphere all around. Would definitely come back again in the future and will recommend this place to my friends.

First time staying at ONE15 MARINA CLUB is amazing. Upon arrival, hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful with our early check-in request . Whilst waiting for room to be ready, we walked around enjoying the beautiful view of marina and had delicious Thai lunch at one of nearby restaurants. There is Cold Storage nearby hotel too. We stay at Monte Carlo II suite. To rejuvenate in the Jacuzzi tub facing the marina is definite highlight to our stay! I personally recommend this hotel for wonderful relaxing stay with Excellent view, be it your holiday in Singapore or staycation 😍

One15 Marina Club is in an amazing location! Free transport all over Sentosa Island, but quick and easy to get over to the mainland and enjoy the city! Staff wonderful! Very attentive! Fastest way to escape from a city.”

One15 Marina Club excels in customer service both for in room and restaurant dining. They are also very accommodating in each requests. We had a great time during our stay, the place is far from the main attractions of Singapore and is exclusive yet everything you need is within walking distance in the hotel from restaurants and bars which caters also to family, children's playground and a convenience store. Facilities are being shared with club members and residents which we are not bothered since staff are mostly accommodating to everybody. This is a perfect place if you want to relax, eat and drink or just to have an escape from the city.

Away from the city”

Upon check in, the front office staff was very professional and effecient. We did not have to wait long to be checked in. He had everything prepared before we came. He anticipated our needs which is truly commendable. I never asked for a quiet or corner room.... but I guess their front desk was doing their homework:) We came for a staycation... to be away from the city and upon check in he mentioned that he gave us a quiet room. Thank you to your front office team. Your efforts and attention to detail touched me. Pool was amazing with a good view of the yachts parked along... Fitness center was amazing and well equipped! (also facing the pool and marina) I had an amazing work out:) Breakfast was simple, so don't expect too much. But the omelette I had was superb:) Done to my liking. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Though sheets are a little worn out(understandable for a not so new hotel)... but someday, I hope they invest in changing their linens as well.... Because the room was immaculate and that was the only down side. One15 is a hidden gem in sentosa:) For people who want to relax and just step away from the stress, I suggest this hotel. Very Good stay but with a small hiccup”

The staff are very pleasant and ready to help. The location is nice. While Sentosa itself is small, this hotel is about a 5 minute drive to Merlion and another 5 minutes ahead to ResortsWorld. Its also walking distance to the bus stop where the free buses (these buses go to convenient locations around the Sentosa island) take a stop. The views from the hotel are nice, overlooking the marina. It doesn't have the feel of your conventional hotel with closed walls. Its very open and is a nice pleasing property. They lack a dedicated bell desk, however the front desk staff are always ready to help with luggage. Please note that the hotel's room service is available only until 10pm and housekeeping until 9pm. They do try to accommodate any emergency of housekeeping if required (we did require). We stayed in the Monte Carlo Suite 2, which is the 2nd highest category room in the hotel. Its a spacious and well kept room with a large bathroom and with a balcony. The downside is there is no window or direct sunlight in the bedroom part itself. The only daylight that comes is the indirect one through the bathroom (the layout is such). At the prices charged, the toiletries should be of better quality/brand. The same layout and room size etc is available for possibly lower prices as other category suites, only without a balcony but more or less the same view, which makes this a little less value for money. One also gets a good room at the W hotel at the same price as mine, with the same location in Sentosa. We also had ants in one part of the room (in a cupboard and the adjacent open shelf). Unfortunately, 2 boxes of my younger child's food (formula milk powder and cereal powder) got infected with ants and had to be thrown. Luckily we had carried extras. We didn't bring this issue to the hotel's notice. We are vegetarians and the food options available were quite limited. Whats available however, is good to taste (don't miss the chocolate milkshake!). We did have one issue whe

Affordable, clean and cosy.”

The stay @ ONE15 Marina Club. Is perfect. The Marina View Room gives the best view @ such a low price. It even comes with complimentary breakfast. The sun shines right through my room every morning giving me a very warm and cosy morning with their complimentary coffee. Nothing beats the amazing decor of the room. The big ass arm chair is just so beautiful and the headboard comes with blue LED lights which gives off a very relaxing vibe. Great for couples. Step in bath tub is definitely a plus. The room is really big and spacious. Perfect for couples!!

Very Peaceful, but not far from excitement”

We were very happy with our stay at One15 Marina club. It is on Sentosa Island, but the location is very peaceful. There is a free bus you can take to other island attractions such as Universal Studios and the beaches. There is also a Cold Storage grocery store very close to the hotel, which was extremely convenient for us. The room itself was quite large. An all-around great stay.

AWESOME staycation!”

So we went for a staycation the other day at One°15 Marina! It was super last minute, and there was a deal through Agoda for a Hill View Room. No rooms available for the Marina View but better than nothing! Then we got a surprise upon check-in that they upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite! How sweeeeeet! I’ve never had any upgrades and this kind of perks before so this was such a pleasant surprise! Swimming pool was small but it was okay. the best part is that you are located in Sentosa cove so you can access to all the million-dollar condo and bungalows if you take a walk from the hotel! Oh, the room service food was SO GOOD. We were pleasantly surprised they have the Halal menu (not much) but had our favourite Laksa and Spring Chicken. The laksa portion was huge enough for 3 persons but we finished it as we were hungry after the swim. Up till now I keep thinking of the laksa. We will def be back!

Great Sentosa Gem”

We stayed here for a week just to exclusively explore Sentosa for our family vacation. And it's a great place to stay for that purpose! The Sentosa shuttle is conveniently located beside it, and is a 2-5 min. walk away. The room is spacious and comfortable , with a nautical theme. We stayed in 2 rooms during this vacation, a Hill View Room, and later, a family room facing the ocean. We loved the way the space flowed in the Hill View Room. While it's smaller than a family room without a sea view, it seems less used and thus, the furniture less worn. What we loved most about the Family Room is the amazing view of Sentosa Bay with all the yachts docked on the marina. We also loved the adjacent children's room with their own bunk bed. Our daughter was over the moon, and slept for the first time in years, away from us. However, the tub was worn out and made a cracking sound everytime you stepped on it (it doubled as a shower area). You can also hear the noise in the marina at night.

Overall Good Experience”

The room is huge, facilities is clean, staff are friendly. Location wise, there's bus B just a 2min walk away from the bus station which has a cold storage. Pretty convenient. 2 minor feedback: 1) First night - they didn't provide any towel, i had to use the face towel which is quite good. Only get to know they do provide towel on 2nd day morning where they pass over the towels when I didn't want them to make up the room. Also, second day floor towels are dirty. Not too sure what happened there. 2) Staff didn't give the right instruction on the location of the shuttle bus from their hotel to Harbourfront MRT station Exit D. Told us to go sentosa cove village bus stop instead, and waited and missed a bus, had to call them again and another staff told us it's at the guard house of the hotel instead. The experience is worst when it's raining.

Best Hotel I've stayed in Singapore”

Probably I'll rank this hotel 5/5. It's definitely the best hotel I've stayed. They allowed early check in at 11am. Staffs were friendly & kind. The rooms were BIG & CLEAN. The bathroom was super big that atleast 5 people could sleep in it. The view in One15 Marina was pretty awesome with many yachts stationed. I love this place and will definitely return for another stay :)

Very relaxing holiday. Very luxurious hotel”

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at ONE15 Marina club. The outlook, room and common areas were very luxurious and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was even equipped with its own nespresso machine and television in the bathroom. The pool was divine and bars, parks and restaurants were all within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of menu choices. We would be back here in a heartbeat!

My family and I together with young children really enjoyed our stay at ONE15 Marina Club. There is something for everybody to keep everyone occupied. The children loves the pool and the playground. Easy access to USS and other beaches within the Sentosa area. Will definitely come and stay here again.

My little girl wants to stay longer!”

We enjoyed our stay for a night. Went there for a staycation. Booked a room with the marina view and the view is lovely. My daughter loved the bathtub and she kept insisting to go back to the room to "swim" in the tub rather than to explore Sentosa! The breakfast was great and peaceful. No loud chats and long queues at the food stations on a weekday morning. It was really relaxing. As the room was on a low floor, we could still hear laughters from the sidewalk in front of our room at about 10 plus in the night. It may be a little disturbing if you are an early sleeper, but my girl was not affected. She just slept. It lasted a short while only. My concern was getting to the club as it was a long way in as compared to some others. And I discovered they have a free shuttle bus service from near Harbourfront MRT directly to the club, and out too. So that solves my problem. We also took the Sentosa Bus 3 near the club within Sentosa and drop at the Merlion to get to Universal Studios. Since we were not really the explore everywhere type, the bus journey allows us to see other parts of the island while travelling from point A to B. Despite having to use the shuttle buses, my girl loved it there and wants to go back again.

Great Marina Cove View”

I love the room so much as it faces to wonderful marina cove. The room is cozy and comfortable. The curtain could be remote controlled. The bath tub has a small tv in front but due to bathroom doesn't have sound proof, so we did not fully utilised it. My daughter loves the swimming pool so much. The free shuttle bus station is just 5min walk from the hotel. Great place to stay if you are planning to go around Sentosa and Universal Studio.

Nice and Class Hotel”

Staying in Singapore most expensive territory, Sentosa Cove. It is surrounded by yachts and high-class residential estates. The room was big and comfortable. Private balcony let you enjoy view of yachts and residential housings. The surrounding was quiet and it is a windy night walking along the Quayside Isle. Only issue is that the room toilet TV sound can be heard outside the toilet.
