We are from Myanmar on medical visit to the Singapore and got recommended to stay at Orchard Point Serviced Apartment by our family nurse locally from SG. The location itself is ideal for us as it is only like 10mins even by slow walk to the Mount Elizabeth Hospital as well as other convenient walking distances to the Centre Point & 313@somerset shopping malls ( that includes clean multinational food courts , fresh bakeries , supermarkets etc … ). We enjoyed our stay to the maximum since the rooms are so spacious for us to cook and also enjoy our rest. The apartment has high standards of in house cleaning service ( x 3 times ) a week. The staffs & the manager at the property are also so kind, friendly and understanding accommodating to all our needs even to the smallest details to make our stay feel as much home as possible since our family member is a patient that needs plenty of rest. The rooftop pool is also a great way for us all to socialize on sunny days. Would definitely 100% recommend this serviced apartment if you are looking to visit Singapore for vacation/ short work stay / medical visit especially with family members. We were initially only planning to stay for 2 weeks ; in the end out of comfort and convenience we ended up staying for over 2 months!

We stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week! This is a great hotel if you are staying in SG for a week and more. Pros 1. The room’s price is a great value of money with its SPACIOUS room. My toddler has enough space to play around the room area :) 2. Our room has an amazing view of the city 3. So happy of their complete amenities (kitchen ware, soap, furniture, washing machine etc etc). 👍🏻 3. They have filtered water inside the room which is very very convenient for us! 4. Room smells good and they clean it every other day :) 5. The building may look old but never judge the way it looks from the outside because the the room itself is superb! 6. THE LOCATION: 100% convenient!!!! Infront of the mall and train station. Cons: There’s ants in the kitchen sink but i dont really mind since i can wipe it anytime I would definitely recommend this hotel! It is a home away from home ♥️

The infrastructure is definitely dated, but everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Location is right smack in the middle of orchard, so it’s close to everything in town that we need to do. There is a gym at 10th floor and swimming pool at roof top which we both used. Not a big gym but sufficient for decent workout. The pool is quite small and also, very deep (1.5m to 1.8m estimated), so not suitable for kids or if you do not really know how to swim, unaccompanied. The suite is smaller than I expected but we had cosy times there. The best thing is there is a washing machine + dryer and they even provide washing powder. So we could always have clean clothes. Kitchen needs to be more well equipped though, there is only a min. number of what you need ie. 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 2 plates, 2 glasses etc and we asked for additional but not available. Cooking can be difficult with these limitations. Microwave and kettle are also available. The kitchen is connected to the dining table which we sat and ate after cooking. The bathroom and bed room are not connected. The bed is smaller than I expected too but is cosy. There is no TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub but is not big. In the same building ie. Orchard Point there is a chinese supermarket at level 2 ie. Excellente. Otherwise, just beside it at Centrepoint, there is also NTUC Finest at the basement which you can get what you need to cooking. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there!

- It is located exactly above Orchard Point, opposite Orchard Central and next to Orchard Centre Point. Easy to access with Taxi and MRT. - with 24HR security - counter service close at 9PM daily - might noisy during weekend night time as there's sports car racing on the road during midnight. weekday night time is quiet. - room is just like studio house, come with small kitchen and laundry, dining table. - not easy to access with if your infant/toddler is still very small and with stroller, as the entrance to the room is staircase, then once enter to the room, there's another staircase down to access to your bed. - i requested quiet room and baby cot, but on the first night it is a nightmare, no baby cot provided, and my room is facing the main road, can hear if there's car racing. baby cot provided the next day after i request again on the morning. - my room with no dressing table with mirror provided, so ladies blow hair a bit difficult. - room is large, just that access to toilet need to walk staircase. - is a very good location with no complain at all, walk down then can easily get food nearby. - building and lift is a bit old, but prime location with this price, not much to complain with. - will definitely be back again for this location, hopefully they will renovation and upgraded.

Exceptional amenities! Washing machine in room was easy to use, full-size fridge, sizable open living area. Sponge and dishsoap provided for dishes, laundry detergent, ample dinnerware and cutleries provided. The airconditioning was great. The bathroom was beautiful but had clearly seen better days. The hotel is definitely old and outdated, the hallways are not air-conditioned, the bed was not comfortable. My husband said there was a smell. The walls are thin, you will hear roaring motorcycles. The floors are noticably uneven. The manager was very defensive and does not take criticism well. When I told him we did not like the hotel room, he argued that 99.99% of people like his hotel and he would not accept that we did not like it. He was rude as well, when his receptionist went to his office to fetch him to come speak to us, he was audibly condescending IN HIS OFFICE before coming out ready to argue. Literally, all we said was the rooms were not for us. He did start to raise his voice at me, insisting that a refund can be given based on goodwill but he will not give us a refund (it was a non-refundable rate). I don't think someone should speak to their customers like that. In the end, my husband talked him down and explained that he had a medical condition, a fact I would have reached if not for the arguing manager. We paid 4 nights for a one night stay. We are OK with that. In fact, we were prepared to call it a loss if not for the rudeness of the manager. It was my fault anyways. I'm sure he can be nice to other customers, but a manager should know better and de-escalate the situation instead of making it worse by invalidating our experience.
