“Good location, new hotel, there are areas that need improvement.”
- The location is very close to Tha Pae Gate, super convenient, calling Grab to go out is easy. It's not on the main road, just a bit off the alley, but we think it's good because it keeps it quiet, not crowded and noisy. But just a short walk and you'll reach various shops. - Check-in is available 24 hours. We arrived from a very late flight, and the staff were still on standby. Thank you very much. - The hotel is new and nice, but there are lots of areas that need improvement. - It's a small hotel that pays attention to the lobby area. I like that the lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating areas to rest and wait. We can sit and wait for Grab, it's quite chill. For this price, many places don't offer this. - The bathroom has a built-in shower, but the hotel doesn't provide a shower cap. Women will get their hair wet 😓 If it were a handheld shower, I wouldn't complain. Also, there's no soap holder in the shower, so you have to put the soap and shampoo in the dry area, which is on the other side. It's not convenient to use, but the ventilation is okay, not a problem. - The room is dark almost all the time because there is only a small window and little sunlight comes in, but personally, I like it because I like to nap during the day. - The large mirror around the room is great. - The TV in the room is a smart TV, but it can't connect to the internet. I feel disappointed because I wanted to watch Netflix or YouTube, but it can't, even though there is Wi-Fi in the room. - The most frustrating thing is the plug situation. There's only one working plug next to the TV table, which is not convenient. The bedside plug has only one point, and the hotel has already used it for the router and lamp, making it difficult to charge my phone before bed. - The staff are very polite and everyone provides excellent service. - There is a deposit of 1,000 baht too, which must be paid in cash or by credit card. I did not know this beforehand, had no cash, and no credit card. We checked in late, so I asked the staff if I could pay the next morning, and there was no problem. I think the hotel should improve these small conveniences, as it would create a better impression for guests. If I go again, I might consider staying there again, but if they don't improve, I might not. At this price, I don't expect too much, as long as I can sleep and live comfortably in the room, that's okay.
