Beautiful site. Nestled between forks in a rover which creates the island the villas are situated on. Peaceful single private villas hidden behind bamboo fencing. No pool as such but each villa has a sala covered sunken plunge pool/bath for those hpt days and nights and champagne with your lover. Room are are gorgeous and remind me of the Cancun resorts I have visited in my world travels with rendered white walls and features throughout the villas. Featured are eclectic interesting furnishings. Warm yellow side and table lamps adds to the soft and romantic ambience of this place. Staff quintessentially Thai in soft warmth and kindness. Breakfast nice and small extras asked for supplied exactly as needed . Warm milk for my english tea and nice infused tea for breakfast hit the spot perfectly. A great location as it sits on the road to Mae Hon Song so its simple out to the road turn left and your on your way there. Centre of town and lovely cafes and eateries close beginning at about .5 of a km to begin the search. Seven eleven about 200 metres to the left and easy to find. Lots of fish in the bubbling rive=r to feed i9f you wish. lovely green palm and native trees throughout the resoert meandering paths to your villa. Pivacy is easy and a quaint gate entering your villa. Outdoor shower as well as indoor as your whim decides. Lovely fragrant bath washes. The bed was huge and so very comfortable. A truly sweet small boutique style stay her in Pai. Definitely recommend it especially if you want to take a wonderful ride or drive from Chiang Mai and stay a night or two with someone you love.

Wow! Absolutely amazing!! ”
My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and found this incredible gem of a hotel! Upon arrival, the staff was hands down the friendliest and most accommodating staff during our entire trip. They took care of us from the minute we got there, to the minute we left. Our honeymoon suite was absolutely incredible. The room was amazing and the outside jacuzzi area was perfect. They even come to your room to set it up with candles and all! The shuttle takes you to the main area. But I would recommend renting a moterbike for your stay in Pai. Loved every moment at this hotel and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very comfortable and restful”
Travelling with 3 young kids isn't easy. The rooms here are all very cosy and pleasant. My kids enjoyed the outdoor bath; the staff prepared the baths promptly and even decorated the bath with lovely candles for atmosphere. We really would like to visit again when we can. The food there is of high standard and delicious.

Amazing staff & hotel design”
The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we've asked. Only downside was there was no heating, and it get's cold in Pai in Dec/Jan

Beautiful! But issues with sleep ”
Everything great. Beautiful greens /!: private space. Difficult to sleep till late as sunlight comes in through white curtains. Breakfast quality was great but options were less.

Great resort and superb service”
We stayed at Pai Island Resort for three nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were always willing to help. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. The resort is set next to a river and you feel as if you are in the jungle. The tuk-tuk service to town was a great help and we never had problems getting to town and back. The breakfast was fine and more than enough for us. We also had supper at the restaurant and the Khao Soi Pork I had was one of the best meals that I had in my three weeks of travel through Thailand. The 89 Baht Mojitos were a bargain and that is also the room service price. There was only two problems with the resort (I know it is petty): 1. The grass at our villa was uncut and it gave the place a rather unkempt look. 2. They need a pool at the resort. Although the private bath is adequate I would have preferred a pool to laze at in the afternoon. I can highly recommend the resort to anybody planning to go to Pai.

Great Satisfaction with the Pai Island Resort”
I stayed in the Resort for 2 nights with my husband and son. The Resort has left a deep and favorable impression on my family. What touched me most was the friendliness and sincerity of the staff. I stayed at other resorts and hotels of the same kind. Despite the excellence of the facilities, I found the staff had vague arrogance and contempt to the Chinese behind the mask of politeness, which dissatisfied me considerably. On the contrary, the staff here were very helpful, hospitable, thoughtful and sincere. I was so glad to see their bright smiles and appreciated their excellent service. I felt grateful to the staff, especially the two pretty and kind girls . In addition to the staff, the Resort is really the right place for a pleasant stay. The villa is so charming and elegant, the bed is so big and comfortable, the surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful, the food is so delicious and the breakfast in particular, the transportation is so convenient, that I can’t wait to come back again. I had stayed in Thailand for 10 days, and I hold the belief that the Pai Island Resort is the best.

totally worth the money. the very friendly staff was excellent and the service magnificent. it felt like as if we had a personal butler. the resort is located away from the center but also not too far away, just perfect to enjoy the quiet nature but also very convenient if going to the center by foot (10 minutes) or car (or provided tuktuk service by the resort, 1 minute). the suite is spacious, beautiful designed and decorated, the bed is huge and super comfortable. the private garden with outdoor shower and bathtub is totally hidden away and therefore absolute privacy is guaranteed. if you are looking for a luxurious resort in pai, definitely stay there! couldn't ask for more, absolutely satisfied and content. tip: if you are deciding between an island suite or a honeymoon suite (i checked out both) go for the island suite.

you think the people in pai is friendly enough? wait until you meet the staff here. totally worth the 10% service charge. a bit far from the town, but no one here is in a rush, so if you wanna take a walk, it's only 15 minutes, or you can take the free shuttle tuktuk. garden house is really nice, clean room with decent decoration, fluffy towels and an outdoor bathtub. not too many breakfast choices though, yet i recommend combo d on the menu, with a milk tea, juice, and a traditional local food, loved it.the resort reminded us of our stay in maldives last year, they only have ten rooms, so you can see how they dedicate their time and energy to all the customers staying there. would definitely consider pai island if we ever come back to pai.

A Thailand Retreat ”
This boutique resort is located just on the edge of the town of Pai. There are ten villas, each one different. We were in the honeymoon villa which offered a king bed, a seating area, and a huge hot tub which the staff would come and prepare. There was outside seating in your own private area and the grounds as a whole were beautiful. I really cannot say enough about this hotel experience. It was rustic, exotic, exciting and the staff went far beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was from a menu and was really well prepared and presented. There was a shuttle service to the town center upon request. If you ever have occasion to visit Pai, treat yourself to a stay at this resort.
