Romantic trip at boutique hotel in natural feeling”
We had a wonderful time during stay at Palio Inn because Palio Inn located in Palio Shopping Center. Palio Shopping Center is a highlight of Khao Yai National Park. We parked our car and just walk, so we got everything such as Italian Restaurant, Sukiyaki, 7-11, Cloths, Shoes, souvenir, cenema, etc.

Feel like being in europe”
Our stay was pleasant, the hotel room design is pretty impressive, classical european design with large bathroom and 40' lcd TV. The hotel surrounding is also impressive, being located within 1 of the major attraction in khao yai, Palio Village shopping mall, is a shopping mall with beautiful classic italian village theme offers hundreds of foto spots. Many restaurants and also some cute coffee shop are available within the mall, makes life so much easier. And as the mall is located about in the middle of the main thanarad road, between khao yai natl park and pak chong town, makes the location convenince for any activity.

Charming hotel w/ great service”
This place is stunning, it is a italian-style hotel. So beautiful. The location is great, near a shopping area and only 4 km from Khao Yai NP entrance. The staffs were friendly and thoughtful. We did change a plan and needed one more room, so they arranged us a double room with connected balcony. Although it was quite busy and crowed in the evening because many tourists came for shopping, it was peaceful and wonderful in the morning before the shopping mall opened. I love this place.

Hidden gem”
Highly recommend this hotel! The place is quaint and peaceful, staff are friendly and approachable, room is nice too. The whole village is well maintained, beautiful European themed streets. Hotel breakfast is amazing! A nice spread of toast, eggs, bacon, sausage and salad all prepared fresh. Location wise, we could easily drive to most of the main attractions in Khao Yai.

One of the best choice at Khao Yai area”
Khao Yai is not a happening place. Palio and Palio Inn is relatively budget and convenient place. There is a 24 hrs Tops Market nearby. A lot of special shops around. If you prefer a hotel not resort due to budget, this is a good choice at Khao Yai area.

not easy to contact the hotel management”
i was not able to contact the hotel staff prior to my arrival on the hotel. so i get there by searching on the internet, and it turned out to be quite difficult. not much people in bangkok know how to get to palio khao yai. most of them suggest us to take a bus to pak chong, and then continue with some local transportation. took me 4 hours to get to palio khao yai from bangkok. turned out, we could take a minibus transportation that will took us directly from bangkok to palio khao yai for 150 baht per person that will only took 2 hours. however, the staff was friendly. the location is ok, beside the architecture, there is not much to see.

Relaxing and enjoyable”
I stayed at Palio Inn with my boyfriend and my mother who is 60. We found Palio Inn to be cute and quaint with well thought out European-style decor. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated with reliable wi-fi, a free minibar, coffee and tv. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Palio's shops and restaurants, including a 24 hour Tops Daily Supermarket. The surrounding area is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

great location, insanely busy”
if you dont like crowds dont stay here, as it's slap bang in the middle of a shopping mall/lifestyle mall and by 9am it's pack ed with buses and visitors. otherwise, early morning and late evening onwards, it's very peaceful. good rooms, kind staff, cutesy faux italian decor with plenty of entertaining corners for the kids to play in. location is very convenient for all the main Khao Yai attractions.

Nice room and looks much better from the pics”
The first reason to book at this hotel was simply because we stopped at palio a couple of times and decided to skip due to loaded of people. So if we stay at this hotel, we would have good parking lot spot and anytime to walk around the palio. And we did, have what we came for and more! The room is really beautiful and big with excellent view on the other wing of the hotel. There were only 6 rooms located there with a small porch in front of every room and a garden area in front of all room. The hotel residence has the great parking spot and it is the most enjoyable to walk around palio at nigth (not as crowded as day-time at all) with good music from the band who play only on Sat nigth. The breakfast is so so.....but the staying experience is 5 stars!!

Tuscan Charm”
Very unique stay. The Palio Inn is situated inside the Palio shopping centre and the atmosphere is fantastic. Just like staying in a small Italian city. After 7pm, when the shopping mall shuts down, it is like a ghost town and very quiet. Some part of it is good - it's very quiet and peaceful. On the other hand there is no night dining within the village after 7:00pm. rooms are beautifully decorated and full of good amenities that make a guest feel pampared.

Spend a Good Night, Explore the Best Sight”
It was the perfect location to enjoy Palio, and thus the Tuscany experience in Khao Yai. Staying in the Palio Inn, means you don't have to travel far to stroll along and nicely enjoy the ups and downs, the busty and the quietness of Tuscany among the group of tourists in the midday, and the empty alleys during evening time. All in all, spend only one night in this place, and move to another resort is a quick fix for your serenity bliss.

Like being on a film set.”
Palio is like being on a film set. The whole area is artificial and is themed on an Italian village. I can see why Thai people flock here but for Westerners it is bizarre. Shops are good but everything closes early and there is no night life. Staff were very helpful in giving us contacts for getting into the National Park. The visit to the park was the best thing about this visit.

Hotel inside of Khao Yai Palio ”
This place kinda new and not much shop/restaurant open and close very earlier 7pm. Can ay nth to do at night and rest ealier in checked in room. The street kinda dark without decoration light surrounding of hotel area when we heading back to Palio Inn after took dinner at Smoke house. Very nice, second floor, big balcony/terrace”
We had a very nice stay in Palio Inn. Helpfull staff. Long way to parking-place, but staff helpfull. Palio is a beautiful place in italian way of houses. Many shops and good restaurents close by. You can choose to eat breakfast in the restaurent next door, or take a walk over to Balios Hotel 2-300 meters outside Palio. Long walk for breakfast, but a very, very delicious breakfast buffet, containing everything, including pancake with honey. Early morning photo in Palio very ok, because not so many people...

Delightful place to stay”
palio closes down at night (apart from the 108 convenience store) so the inn is a really quiet place to stay, especially during the week (bangkok people invade at the weekend). the design is really nice - you feel like you're in europe. breakfast is good, taken al fresco next door. we did have to ask the owner to turn down the sinatra, but then at 8:30 the palio's own music system cranked up, with o solo mio, etc etc. if nature abhors a vacuum, thai's abhor silence...

Nice small hotel with character”
The Palio (the village in which the Inn is situated) is a faux Italian village full of shops, so at night there is no one there. Super quiet. Bed's comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. There's a "balcony" just outside the door with a couple of chairs and a table, and beyond that a common garden for all the rooms, with tables and chairs and hanging baskets. Pretty. Separate entrance to rooms without having to go thru the lobby, which was handy. Minor gripe: the bedside light did not work, so maintenance checks need to be improved. Major gripe: the breakfast costs nothing - and that's just about what it's worth. It's deteriorated since the last time we stayed here. Not the hotel's fault directly - they have a deal with the restaurant next door. But not good. All said and done, however, we'll stay here again.

Fine”
The room was ok. Bed and bathroom fine. Wifi not the best in our room I guess it depends on which room. No english channels on tv. The breakfast was ok. No choice really. The village itself is nice for a night. Kinda wanted to have pizza and a glass of wine but the pizza place shuts early! Probably breakfast time is best to take your cheesy photos. We had a quick run around in the morning! Decent 24 hour shop there for snacks. Not too far from khao yai national park.

Very good”
Since I am travelling as family with young children, the negative point will be there is no lift. But thankful to the staff for helping us with the luggage. Palio Inn is within the Palio village so it is a few mins walk from the carpark, no shelter and it was drizzling. There are some shops, bars around the area. There are few affordable food centers such as MK. We had local Thai food across the road (few road side food stalls there) and I would recommend you to go there as it is nice and cheap. But I do not have the name as it is in Thai. The one I had is next to a shop selling antique stuffs. There is also a Korean BBQ restaurant near to The Witches Brew Restaurant. You can walk around the area to explore the food available. Hotel lighting quite dim otherwise all is good. You either choose the room with balcony or garden. I feel the garden view room is better as the room is more spacious and the outside garden area is good for children to wonder around.
