Great location, clean hotel!”

Park 22 Hotel Little India is in an incredible location, less than a minute’s walk from the Little India MRT station and very close to all Little India itself has to offer (a MUST-DO is the Tekka Centre for great food - only one block away!) The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Our room was situated on the ground floor, right next to Reception, which was great for convenience. If you’re the sort of person that likes the quiet, this might not be the place for you - there is a loading zone directly outside the hotel and trucks like to idle out there while they loudly unload things. We had read reviews beforehand and were fine with it but could imagine it would cause other guests to have a not-so-good experience. After all is said and done, I would stay here again! (But I would probably request a quieter room tbh!)

Good hotel in great location”

We enjoyed our stay at the Park 22 hotel in Little India. The location is great, and the main reason we chose the hotel. There are plenty of reasonably priced food options in the area, which is very welcome in an expensive location like Singapore. The MRT station is very close to the hotel, which makes getting to all the main areas that you would want to visit very easy. If you get a room at the front of the hotel, be aware that it is very noisy at night and very early in the morning. Not great for a light sleeper.

A near perfect stay ... unbeatable service for the price!”

Singapore is the most expensive city in the world allegedly. With this in mind, it isn't painfully easy to get somewhere decent on a budget, but that is exactly what Park 22 offers in Little India. It's a small place with minimal facilities, but it's neat, tidy and has great people behind it! The hotel is very well kept, with exceptional staff, and is within a stones-throw of the MRT. We were greeted and wished a good day every single time we saw a staff member, whether it was the first time we'd seen them, or we were popping back in to grab something we'd forgotten having JUST left. They also allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after check-out whilst we did things for the day. We couldn't have asked for better. Location-wise, Little India is somewhere you should check out anyway and the hotel is right next to the MRT (Dwntwn & NE lines). There are several places you can get to from here easily - couldn't recommend more!

Excellent Service and Convenient Place beside Little India MRT”

Was skeptical at first when booked the hotel since it is in the heart of famous Little India street . Upon arrival, were surprised as the place is very modern and clean. The rooms booked are small but it is very cozy & clean. The nearest Little India MRT Station at exit E is just around the bend and there are a lot of convenience shops around the hotel. Some are even opened 24 hrs. As a business traveler, the hotel is near to some good Indian restaurants and convenience shops, plus 10 minutes walk to 24 Hrs Mustaffa shopping center. Hotel shower is the best. The water pressure is simply awesome. With regards to the hotel staffs, they are able to speak English rather well. Even the front desk person allowed 1 hr complimentary late check out without hassle. The only thing they need to improve is on late check in time at 3pm, could improve on it. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and recommend those with couple, business traveler & families to consider this hotel. (Thank you)

Easy to stay & Nearby little India Mrt by walk !!”

I love Park 22 Hotel. Surround by Art street with Indian community seem like stay in India. people very kind & friendly. Staff also helpful & nice as friend. Around hotel easy to find food Stuff & souvenir & especially Art street that can have Nice shot with this place. Singaporean style food. & food court available at Tekka Centre by walk. Room is enough for Sleeping & take a nap. TV is nice. Bed & pillow is very nice & easy sleeping.

I Went to With Cheap”

I was looking for a place to shower and relax for 10 hours before my flight and stumbled across this deal...$58 a night. I very pleased to find a very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great location in Little India. Not expecting much, I don't have any complains. Also the cost from the hotel to the airport in rush hour traffic was $20 (Singapore) using Grab. Using a taxi would have cost pretty close to $30.

Great location”

Great location within a minutes walk from Little India station. Super room, very clean. Can be noisy early morning due to deliveries to the food stools and other shops in the vicinity and also noisy quite late into the night due to people walking passed the hotel although this did not in any way distract us from enjoying our stay at Park 22 Hotel. Thank you Park 22 Hotel for making our stay in Singapore so memerable. Well done!

Good affordable hotel ”

2nd time here at Park 22. I really love the location. It is nearby to Little India MRT which is quite central. Good value for money and couldn't ask for more. If you are on a budget but want a good quality hotel then this is the one for you. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our inquiries were answered and tried their best to meet our requests.

Clean and comfortable”

Its good value by Singapore standards right in the heart of Little India where you can immerse in the food and culture of all things India. The room was small but very comfortable and clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff (I was forever asking for more coffee and milk, all night and the front desk staff were always happy to oblige) Bathroom was small but the shower was lovely and hot and there was even a complimentary toothbrush which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend for a weary traveller

Nice staff - Small room without Windows ”

We had a pleasent stay at park 22 in the middle of Little India about 20 meters away from the MTR (Subway station). All of the staff was really nice and the room clean. Our room had no windows at all and it was pretty small so we felt a little claostrofobic. The bed was small for two persons and the blanket were two sheets with a cotton blanket between them. To the hotel: What to do? Upgrade the beds and make sure your guests knows that the room has no windows.

Amazing place with Value for money”

I think this is the best place to be in little india, its very clean, have a villa type vibe and best part is its right next to little india station which is very convenient. Only con is in the morning the street is busy with people and vehicles so you can hear trucks and people talking to the rooms from early morn. Other than that its very clean and I would again go there if I ever come to Singapore.

I really enjoyed staying at Park 22 Hotel with family. The hotel location is excellent really near to MRT. Easy to find halal food. The staffs were very helpful and polite. They even give us a free ride to the airport based on apologies because of AC condition problem. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back on vacation.

The location and rooms was just excellent. although the hotel has no restaurant, lot of eateries close to hotel served all kind of indian and multi crusine dishes. the staff are well behaved and very helpful. all shopping area is nearby..the sim lim tower, musatafa, little india arcade. I think its an ideal hotel to stay in singapore with best connectivity.

Recommended Hotel”

Close to MRT station (Little India) and Mustafa Centre, but difficult to find food besides Indian cuisine menu, there is also no mini market close to hotel area. We take a deluxe room without windows: in my opinion, like a budget hotel in Indonesia but this is much better and more expensive too, clean and the amenities are quite complete. The air conditioner and the hot water really works well, but the room is quite narrow. But above all, this hotel is recommended

Worth the money”

I stayed here for 3 nights and i found that the location was totally perfect. It just located few metres from the exit E of Little India MRT. The room was clean and not too small as mentioned by others. The room amenities included mini bar, safe box, hair dryer, water boiler and all toiletries. I choose the room of 2 with single bed. Each single bed had own reading light and electrical sockets. The staffs was helpful and work efficient. I had my breakfast at the Indian restaurant around the the hotel or you may try some chai milk tea at the Indian stall. I felt like no regret for staying here, nice and comfortable.

Best choice in Little India”

Have never stayed in a boutique hotel before and was curious how my first stay would be in this brand new hotel located in Little India. It turn out to be much better than what I am expecting. The room has a modern industrial design. The room is spacious and more importantly, the bed and toilet are really clean and tidy. Wifi can be easily set up and is strong and fast. The staffs are attentive and helpful. Oh yes, the hotel is just a few steps away from train station.

This accommodation located in Little India was perfect for my needs. My ground floor room was large enough to be comfortable with it's excellent air conditioning and bed. The hotel is just across from a MRT station [Down Town Line] and is surrounded by great food and shopping options while also being only steps away from a laundry, taxi rank, and a interesting walk to the gigantic retail pheromone called Mustafa's, which is famous for its 24H Café, Money Change and vast array of Everything one could ever desire. I rank this hotel 10 out of 10 for the budget conscious traveller who is looking to experience a one of Singapore's major and vibrants hubs. Aussie PaulM

Near to Train stn, clean”

Located near Little India stn (Exit E) very near and walking distance. Hotel seems just upgrading and looks new. For solo traveler, it is quite a good place to stay. Single bed, room is clean, aircon is cold. For shower room, it could only fit asean size. Shower room is small, you may have difficult to go in if your size are big/huge. But be prepare, mostly lots of indian families or mainly indian are staying there but overall is exceptable if staying for short period.

super location , new hotel , good value”

it is very near to one of the exit (exit E) of little india MRT , the hotel is new and nicely decorated, good interior design. toothbrush, and multipurpose shampoo soap thingy provided, ....... only thing , sound proofing around the entry door , I can hear neighbours open and close their doors from inside our rooms, maybe lubricate the hinge , I forget which floor, allow me store luggage on the day we check out so we can collect later on. : ) satisfied. good value for money

Helpful and Friendly Hotel Staff. ”

Good value for a convenient location. Located right beside Little India MRT. Front desk staff were very helpful (purchased some noodles but forgot to get disposable cutlery. Asked the front desk if the hotel had any and they did not, but the staff dug out some of their own disposable cutlery and gave the last few to us so we could have our dinner). Also loaned us some umbrellas to head out on our first night as it was raining quite heavily. Only gripe is that the room could be cleaner. Visually looks clean, but dust did irritate our noses quite a bit. Beds and pillows were comfy though. Overall would still recommend this hotel to budget travellers who would like to stay in the arts belt of Little India. (:
