Pleasant & Delightful”

During my annual trip to Singapore, my 9-day stay at the Park Avenue Rochester Hotel was delightful. My suite was spacious & at the end of the hall (just the way I like it). The added bonus was the sunlight my room received throughout the day. On the 21st floor, I truly enjoyed being awaken every morning by the rising of the sun through my bedroom. The highlight was in watching the sunset from my living room. The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable & I liked that their tv channels included korean dramas (of which I am a fan). I enjoyed relaxing around the pool & lounging in the seating area on the ground floor. The hotel is in a very good location since the MRT is about a block away, Starbucks is around the corner & the mall across the street has plenty of eateries. Each staff member was super friendly starting with bellman, Navaneethan, who welcomed me& greeted me with a heart-warming smile each time I passed him.

Pleasant experience at Park Avenue Rochester ”

It was a pleasure to stay in Park Avenue Rochester hotel. There are measures in place when I stepped in like temperature taking and form filling. Hand sanitizer was also provided at the reception. The staff were friendly and courteous. I even had a pleasant surprise when Muhammad Saufy presented me with a snack bar of drinks and snacks to celebrate my birthday. Really appreciate the kind gesture. The carpet and curtain is dust free as I am sensitive to dust due to my asthma. The hotel is also smoke free. The room was bright and high floor was given to me without request as I like privacy. Hotel is near to Star Vista and also Buona Vista Mrt as well. Highly recommend Park View Rochester Hotel!

New, modern and sophisticated!”

when i was told upon checking in that my superior room had been complimentarily upgraded to an executive suite, i knew it was all but a prelude to an awesome stay at the hotel, and i was most certainly not disappointed. the suite was better equipped than a bomb shelter - all the conveniences a toaster, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a boiler were provided, along with utensils, cutlery and wine glasses etc. the suits was very tastefully and contemporarily furnished - just the way i'd want my future home to be furnished. it most certainly helped that the bathroom contained a bathtub! i could not bear to leave when i had to. this speaks volumes about how delightfully comfortable i was at park avenue rochester hotel!

We enjoyed our 5 days stay at Park Avenue Rochester Hotel. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time we go back to the room at night to rest, we go back to a clean room. Many thanks to you Alin, who cleans our mess everyday. Only 5 mins walk to Buona Vista MRT. in Front of the hotel is the Star Vista Mall with a lot of eateries and a supermarket. This will be our second home when we are in Singapore.

One of the Best Hotels Within its Range”

Park Avenue Rochester Hotel is situated in a quiet and serene district of Singapore. There are parks and malls nearby, and the Buona Vista train station is just a 3-5 minute-walk away. As for the hotel itself, it is manned by a helpful and accomodating service staff. Initially, I got a deluxe room with NO bathtub (a feature that is actually advertised on the website, and I made it clear that I wanted a bathtub). I told them about it and they immediately changed my room to one that has a bathtub. The room I stayed in was clean, classic, and comfortable. The underside of the bed is a different story though. There's a buildup of dust and debris under the bed! Fix this issue and they'll be a hundred percent clean. One last thing, the bathroom doesn't have a bidet/sprinkler. It would be more convenient if they installed one. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. There's a big chance that I might stay here again in the future.

Very Worthwhile. ”

I had a complimentary upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite & it was amazing though it was just a 1 night stay. The guest officer at the Reception area upon my arrival, was very detailed & informative with the delivery of his customer service. Room was spacious & met my every needs to get ready for my wedding reception the following morning. Location is ideal, just minutes away from the mall & train station. Everything was just amazing. 2nd time staycation@Park Avenue Rochester”

This is my 2nd time to Park Avenue Rochester and this time we have chosen executive deluxe suite and we simply love it. The price was reasonable for a big room that can accomodate my whole family with big space for my kids to roam around freely. Nice cosy kitchen area for me to prepare food. Love the service provided by the hotel, from check in to housekeeping service with fast response and great initiative from them in ensuring the bathroom is in good condition to check out. The poolside was great too, with towel provided. Overall great stay for everyone, especially my kids. Thanks to the team. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing and cosy hotel”

It was an amazing stay at Park Avenue Rochester. The hotel is surprisingly cosy and clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the property is conveniently located, walking distance from Buona Vista MRT and nearby having many eateries. I was drawn to the idea of the hotel, being eco-friendly! Instead of providing bottled water, the drinking tap has been installed to reduce plastic waste! Thumbs up! The day of check-in, was greeted by the most helpful and pleasant staff named Iswaran who is very responsive. Thank you! Will definately be back again.

I've had a wonderful experience staying at this newly constructed hotel, locating in a new development area of SG! The design is modern and my room is equipped with all the amenities you would need during travel; free bottle of water (2/day), coffee, tea, slippers, even washing powder was there! :> Free WIFI is speedy enough and easily connected. A view from my room is also very nice, adjacent to the Rochester Park and the hotel itself is only 5mins to MRT and one of the loveliest Starbucks I've ever visited. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and not far away from the expat habitat where a number of chic clubs reside. The staffs had been friendly and very helpful, especially the guy (sorry I forgot his name ;_;) from the Luggage Storage who helped find my lost sunglasses. The only disadvantage I experienced was the distance between the hotel and some certain places such as Expo center. But if you're not a business traveller who must visit the place, it's not that much troublesome as MRT station is very close. Oh, and being such a very NEW hotel could be a bit difficult for a Cab driver to discover the building given that the signate is a little too small!

3rd Stay at the hotel”

I love having staycation at Park Avenue Rochester as it very convenient for me and I have always loved the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel. This should be my third time booking with them. I have always booked the 1 bedroom suite as it is spacious enough for my family and me. However this time round, I have decided to just booking a deluxe room since I was going to stay on my own. Upon check-in, the staff (Muhammad, if I am not mistaken) had pleasantly gave me a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom-suite. I was extremely delighted (though I believe I did not express myself well infront of him) but this gesture, made my whole day as I was a little off the mood when I got caught in the heavy rain. I am definitely coming back again!

Great Location for Star Theatre🌟”

Perfect for our one night stay in Singapore. We booked tickets to watch Josh Groban perform in the “Star Theatre” a 3 minutes walk away. Hotel Staff were excellent. Room clean, comfortable bed. Can drink water or make tea or coffee using filtered water straight from the tap. “Cali” Restaurant for pre-concert snacks and a couple of drinks ideal. Would definitely return. Theatre and performance fantastic. Thank you Park Avenue, Rochester.

Nice and Clean Room”

I visited Singapore to attend workshop at Biopolis, so Park Avenue Rochester is perfect hotel due to it location close to my workshop venue. The staff were friendly and they up grade my room. So I got spacious room with living room, kitchen and full equipment. Room was nice and very clean

Nice Large Suite but better with more facilities”

Park Avenue Rochester is definitely a value for money but the location is not that fantastic though. The room (suite) is huge and can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It is near Holland Village but will take you 15 min to get there. Hotel has the basic facilities like the swimming pool (which was not very well light up at night and does not seem to have towels at the pool - although the Staff mentioned that they do so - So we took towels from the Gym instead). The cookwares in the suite was of good quality but the cleanliness and upkeep of the room can be improved (saw specks of crumbs in my refrigerator and some lights not functioning in the room). Have to applaude Park Avenue Rochester for their innovative design in the room to maximise space.

Pleasant stay”

We were in Singapore for an exam, and stayed at the Park Avenue Rochester due to it's close proximity to the exam venue. The hotel itself is pretty far from the town centre but it wasn't a big deal as the MRT station was within walking distance. The room was clean , comfortable and up to expectations. Our only grudges are the poor sound insulation which resulted in us being disturbed by housekeeping's noisy vacuuming every morning. Also, there was once when housekeeping intruded into our room without knocking or ringing the bell, probably assuming that the room was empty (we had slept in late). That is really bad etiquette for any hotel, let alone a business hotel like this.

Great Service!”

I was there for a staycation to celebrate my fiance's birthday, and had requested for a cake to delivered to the room at midnight however I was unable to get any. Sabrina was very helpful and sent us a welcome hamper and also a complimentary upgrade. Upon checking out, I admitted that due to my clumsiness, I broke 2 wine glass and was willing to pay for it however instead of asking for payment, the staff was more concerned if anyone was injured. Kudos to Park Avenue Rochester for having such a great team! Will definitely come back :)

Everything was prim and proper when we check in. We ask for a Executive Deluxe. But was upgraded to a Premium without paying the premium price! Sooo nice of them! Would surely come back again in future! As usual i'm in love with the filter water that they have! Thumbs up Park Avenue Rochester!!!!!

Park Avenue Rochester ( pronounced Row- ches- ter) by locals and taxi drivers, must be one if the nicest place to stay . The hotel service is always amenable , the rooms are modern, cheery and overlooks a wide expanse of greenery , buildings, MRT and malls . Ironically , Rochester is secluded from the frenzy of people and cars . Tucked away near Rochester Park and the mall, you can actually read a book in one of the cafes nearby and not be disturbed . One of the best coffee is Doi Chaang . Artisan brew from Chiang Mai . Have a cup of flat white , get a good book and the breezy warm but not too hot atmosphere is so hard to describe.

Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Room - are clean and well equipped. Walkable distance to Buona vista mrt, and the mall with supermaket and resturants. Our second time staying at Park Avenue Rochester; and we had a great stay! Thank you

Great room”

We were at Park Avenue Rochester for a wedding at the restaurant across the street, so it was more of a staycation, but as someone who has stayed in many hotels in Singapore, I would consider it a great value for what we paid. The executive deluxe suite had almost a full kitchen and a smart phone that was free to use during your stay. This would be awesome for a tourist looking for a more cost effective stay or someone on business. The services was great and the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful secluded hotel with a touch of nature”

park avenue rochester hotel is not so much a hotel as much a service apartment establishment. what i really like about this 'hotel' is that it is outside the city center and has a real charm about it, that it is quiet, secluded and works very well if you just want to lock yourself into a room and not think about anything and rest. the surrounding areas are very interesting too, its right next to the biopolis, with a couple of interesting restaurants there. great for walks too. nearby is the famous 'holland village' where there are more restaurants. there is an mrt (buona vista) just 2 mins away from the hotel and it takes 15 mins to get to city hall. the actual space in the hotel is immaculate as it is very new. we got upgraded to a one-bed room suite, and the interior is huge, and comes with a kitchen, and a full sized fridge and a washing machine (!). the bed is super comfortable. the showers and toilet are great. all in all, an amazing place for its price.
