The property itself was great—it was clean and well-maintained. Accessible from SM Bacolod (there's a designated exit way from the hotel to the mall), Aida's Manukan is just walking distance from the hotel. It is also not hard to book Grab to go to different places like The Ruins, cafes, and restaurants. The room was nice as well; the staff were accommodating and friendly, but the service was slow. The in-room dining service took some time to arrive, but it was definitely worth it. I highly suggest trying their batchoy (it's not on their menu, but you can request it). Overall, I would recommend this place and would go back again, but hopefully they will improve their service, especially during check-in, as it also took some time, even though it was just us who were checking in at that time.

Pros: Nice location with easy access to transportation. Safe parking area if with vehicle. Clean and very courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was okay but you need to know to order some of the food that was not readily available. Cons: We may have stayed during peak period or they have limited staff but our experience was no available staff to help with luggage when we checked in and when we checked out. Even when we parked the car in front of the hotel, we had to haul our own luggage to thr car. The room we booked in was said that can accommodate 3 adults but honestly the twin bed can only comfortably support 1 adult. We had to squeeze in for 2 nights as the only available extra bed was on the third night. Calling the guest services takes awhile to get answered may be due to limited staff as well. My mom had to get angry to get what we wanted to have an extra bed and enough toiletries for 3 adults.

Everything was great! Except for one guard that does not allowed me to park at guest parking lot even showing him my reservation. But still we checked in with full of excitement but we were welcomed by unapproachable lady receptionist named Hannah with frowning face it was a very sour experience at the check in counter. The lady is very unhelful. Requested king bed during booking but she said since we "only" stay one night she is giving us the twin bed. I tried to negotiate but it was unnegotiable. Then she took my card and paid the room. But I'm still thankful to 2 Two male receptionist, they helped us transfer to the king bed guestroom. Then check out, it was Hannah again, she's still frowning with monotonous voice.

“A convenient stay at Bacolod”
The property offers fantastic amenities - being close to SMX and connecting to SM - it was a very convenient spot for us. Also, it's close to the Manokan Country so lunch and dinner is already solved. Their breakfast buffet offers so much variety that I was looking forward to it every mornings. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean although the only comment I have is their soundproofing. From our room - I can hear people's conversations on the hallway. Overall the location is perfect for exploring the area, booking grab to the airport and is definitely the best places to stay in Bacolod
