Good time at Pattawia”
We stayed at the Pattawia Resort for 3 nights in Feb 2009 after driving over from Pattaya with visitors from the UK for a short break. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, although the beach only appears at low tide. We had a room on the top floor which gave us great views out to sea and across miles of palm tree plantation inland. The room was very comfortable with seating both inside and out on the balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. We spent some quality time on the loungers around the pool during the day, and either traveled into Hua Hin (20 min by taxi) for the evening, or just chilled out at one of the beach bars. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Best Resort Ever!!!”
My niece and I had a wonderful stay at Pattawia Resort and Spa. We stayed a couple of days there. We've got a seafront view, a gorgeous pool, fresh breakfast every morning and the whole surrounding was splendid! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. (Especially the front desk lady. You are excellent! She made everything goes smoothly the moment we arrived and departed 🙏) Keep up the great work! Pattawia Resort and Spa now is one of our favourite resort!!! We would definitely highly recommend to all our friends here in Bangkok this resort as a great place to come to relax to experience and enjoy the beach! *Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic, unforgettable, will be back!”
Our stay was fantastic. Although a pipe broke in the middle of the second night of our stay, the staff responded immediately and professionally, moving us to another room and helping us transition. The following day, they let us into the room to make sure we got all our stuff out safely. Whenever we asked for assistance/advice, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The pool was open late, making evening swimming a pleasant luxury, and with a short walk to the beach, daytime ocean swimming was marvelous. This hotel is out of the way, and out of the fray, which i what we wanted. The price was fantastic - we have paid far more in Hua Hin/Cha Am, and gotten far less. This is our new favorite destination.

Quiet surroundings, good for family”
The most attentive and friendly staff Iv'e met in Thailand. Dont know if it was because of low season and poor of tourist or because the hotel always is pleasing there guest like this. From reception to restaurant-staff, I only had smiles, asking If I was in need of something. The view is spectacular..All rooms have pool/ocean view with a beautiful sunrise (heading east to ocean). Though it is a beach hotel, the beach is not for sunbathing or swimming in the front of the hotel. Maybe up/down the cost a little bit further, so don't expect a dip in the ocean. But the pool area is good enough for this. The restaurant offer good various meals of thai and western food. There is something for everyone. This hotel is far away from anything, so its perfect for families and romantic travels. But for young couples going out or having fun, I would recommend a hotel closer to Hua Hin.

Great view, Great Room, Great Service ”
I had a nice stay at Pattawia. My room was great, friendly staff, nice hotel. The hotel was in the middle of rennovations, (which did not bother me, as I was gone during the day). The decking area at pool and outdoor area needs upgrading, and it is not suitable for children. I almost fell thru a piece of loose wood. My room was very nice with a big comfortable bed. Wi-Fi is an additional charge. The had a good breakfast buffet but was only set up on some mornings. They have a spa but outsource their therapists

Great but location was a let down (very remote)”
The hotel was great, but the location, not so much. There is not much to do there - my friends and I took a taxi into Hua Hin every night and the costs all added up. The night-life in Hua Hin is disappointing if you're young. Although the beach had ponies for riding and there were water parks that we didn't check out. There are probably tons of turist stuff to do, but we were looking for night-life in particular. There is a beach down the road from the hotel as well but it is empty besides some locals fishing and playing soccer. One more thing, if you ask the hotel to book a taxi for you, be prepared to wait almost an hour. Even though we booked at hour in advance - asking for a taxi at 11 am, the taxi guy came at around 11.45 am. Keep pestering the receptionists and if in 10 or 15 minutes they don't come, then cancel it and use the taxi service stationed down the road to the hotel.

we took our son,his wife and 2 young children for one week at the pattawia resort.we all had a great time. the manager and his staff could not have done enough for us. large pools and two baby pools made sure we all swam every day. hotel close to sightseeing places and we just had to cross ,a very quiet road, and we were on the beach. a clean beach. very good restaurant, only a couple of minutes away, served good food at reasonnable prices. all in all a very good holiday and a big thank you to the staff.

decor a bit tired but don't let this put you off!”
We stayed just after New Year so pretty quiet at the hotel and locally. Not a problem for us after Bangkok...Breakfast ok, typical Thai come western (attempt at the latter but hey its Thailand not England. We had great food at the Goodview a small beach front restaurant (turn right out of the front of the hotel) where the hostess speaks excellent english and the garlic bread surprisngly was one of the best I've had anyway. I had Tom Yum Kung which was delicious. At the other end of the scale we ate (starters) at the Evason Six Senses Restaurant which were very good and the service indulgent. We had drinks at the beach 'bar' at the end of the road (where you turn off for 7-11, Hua Hin etc)good music and staff. Finally a mention for Mr Korn who drove us from Pranburi to Hua Hin and who we then booked to take us from Hua Hin to BKK airport. Very reasonable price and a good driver - and there are not many of them!! He's near the ATM on the seafront and he keeps his car smart so look out for him and give him your business.

Quiet Family Get Away”
Had a nice time in the Pranburi area. Pattawia is a good facility. Breakfast good when set menu, just ok when buffet. Swimming pool is large and fantastic. Big kids wading section. Nice view of the sea from poolside. Facility is clean and comfortable. Room toiletries are more than in most places. Upper floors very quiet. We were there 3 nights late in the rainy season. A little busier on the weekend. The restaurant/room service menu is good and is reasonably priced. Other restaurants nearby. Very little beach at low tide, and none at all at high tide as a sea wall abuts the road. But beach areas are nearby. 6km "boardwalk" along the shoreline on top of the seawall. Beautiful, safe hiking. Some caves and parks a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to live”
As price and location are attractive, I feel like we should come back and stay longer than just 1 days. However, I would suggest smaller-size resort and spa if you have a plan to open another branch; nowadays, we, as travelers, perfer to stay in a small place, handful people, and no cloudy and a lot of voices involved in the area. That would be perfect for us.

WONDERFUL RESORT”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pattaya due to the fact that the staff was very friendly and accommodating and, since the resort was almost empty, I had the gorgeous pool all to myself. Unfortunately, that was also true at dinner so I found it better to go to Very Good along the road. The resort is quite far from Hua Hin...20 -30 minutes.

A good relax place for family...”
The resort location is very appropriate not far from the well-known Hua Hin that you can choose to change your experience and it is also in a secure location if you mind for this. The buildings, the swimming pools and the environment here were very impressive. The services here were also good though not so excellent. After all I and my family feel love this resort and would like to come back again in the near future.

Almost perfect”
I was excited to take my new sweetheart to Pattawia - this would be the second time I would have stayed there, and I was happy to return for this romantic, important weekend. Everything was ok, but they closed the pool early this time. Last time, I could go swimming until 10pm. This time, we tried to go swimming at 8:15pm and was told the pool was already closed. Why have a pool, when you are next to the beach/ocean, if it isn't for SAFE evening swimming? I hope they go back to their old policy. Otherwise, things were pretty good. I was happy to see them putting more effort into the cleanliness and care of the facilities than last time.

Great location but dirty pool”
the pattawia resort is a nice place, well located right by the sea. the rooms are large enough and offer a fairly good seaview. the beach area does not offer a good sandy beach but rather a rock outcrop. there is a little sand at low tide but to have a nice beach you have to go to sam roi yod or in pranburi itself. if you don;t drive, it will cost you to get to those beaches. the buffet breakfast is quite good. sad because it is a beautiful pool but swim in it at your own risk.

Pattawia Hotel, Friendly but poor facilities”
The Hotel is quite good hotel with full of frindly service. However I think because the cost reduction problem(may be staff reduction), there is still some problem in rush hour. You can find smiles from all of staff here when you talk with them or ask for help. The room is so nice, from all of rooms here can the sea. The facilities are full equiped. But some of it are in bad condition and should better repair it urgently.(Bath,Curtain etc.)By the way, I really love the bed here. This hotel is very suited for guest, who want to chill out and not in rush. However I believe that if they can renovate all of facilities in hotel and hire more staff to provide better and faster service, This hotel could become one of leader hotel in Pranburi and Hua-hin area. And also have to be sure that all student trainnee are trainned to interface with this job appropriately, because all staff can become the image of hotel.

Great location, generous rooms, excellent service”
liked the beach sea-view & location, the staff service, the pool, the large clean room and bathroom. the spa is good, there's even a tennis court, table-tennis & pool tables. the breakfast is generous with salads, fresh fruit, juices 'cona-style' coffee and a variety of cooked dishes, though it varies little from day to day. pran buri beach is still a lovely unspoilt resort area of long clean picturesque beach, a big choice of home-made thai food and bars within walking distance. all necessary facilities in pran buri town - 5 minutes away on a bike.

Worth it”
We were there on a long weekend. The room was older but nice and very comfortable for the price and the only complaints would be that the wifi was super slow and the resort was really busy on the long weekend. The resort gets really quite on Sunday or durning the weekdays, and there isn't much going on at the actual resort but it's basically on the beach and a short walk to eaterys and other resorts/spas. Overall great value.
