Beautiful Pavilion Samui”
We loved our time at the Pavilion. The staff are wonderful and thai people really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy yourself. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff decided to upgrade our room to a pool villa because of this occasion, a very generous gesture considering we were they for a number of nights. I would highly recomend it if you are planning on on staying close to lamai. One must check out the restaurant called the Patio, it has wonderful food and service and a great ambiance with simply wonderful live music. The resort was perfect for the second leg of our samui honeymoon, very glad we went. If you are interested in staying someone comfortable and relaxed with beautiful views and things to do and only a short walk away from the rest of lamai then the Pavilion is your place.

Hydro pool villa is a must!”
We booked a Hydro Pool Villa and it was absolutley perfect. Exactly as described and was in fact larger than we expected. Very private, clean, and with a shower to die for! Water pressure truly excelent. The location was good for travelling about the island (The resort being half way down the east coast.) But was not good for dining and having a few chilled beers. The area at the front of the hotel meets with the main drag of non descript shops and after a few minutes strole south the area is totally swamped with uniform 'sports style' bars. Each competing with the other via ever louder speakers. Its a big 'ol ugly sound clash. And fine if you like that sort of thing, but, hey, I can get that in my local town. In fact, in any town! Why would I travel thousands of miles to experience exactly the same?? Only on a bigger, louder, scale! For me it was the inner island, the secret coves, the coconut plantations, the ever smiling Thai people and of course, the beaches. Oh, and not forgetting Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort, Its a real corker!

Excellent Resort”
It is an excellent experience for me to stay in Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort. All the staff is very helpful, especially the manager in frontdesk. They helped me to make fleet reservation, introducing the nice place in Koh Samui, provide warm welcome to us. Besides, it is very thoughtful that they sent notification to every guest that a wedding will be held in the beach and as well as firework, so it may be a little bit noisy.

Fantastic experience!”
I’m never written a review but the pavilion deserves this one. My wife and I arrived at the pavilion for our honeymoon and were quickly greeted at our limo by three friendly Thai’s who made sure we didn’t touch our bags and were warmly greeted. It took just a couple minutes in their office to get checked in where we were welcomed with lemongrass towels to wipe down and freshly squeezed guava juice. We were then provided a personalized tour of the resort and room. Although we did do extensive research before committing to the Pavillion, they still exceeded our expectations. Just steps away from a wonderful and vibrant beach and in the middle of the Lamai beech strip, the shopping, massage, food and drinking options were more than we needed to spend our 5 days here. The facilities, food, pools and room were fantastic. Only downside was the bed which was a touch hard for us but on par with our other Thai hotels (Shangri-La And Hilton’s). Too many good things to say with only 1000 words!!

Value for money! ”
Staffs were very attentive, helpful, friendly and they made sure we were treated well during our stay there. We booked our room that comes with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was so spacious. Ideal for those who seek for relaxation during your holiday! We also booked their Seafood Dinner Buffet and it was worth every penny,i must say. Lamai Night Market (Sunday) is just mere 3 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast spread was not too many of a choice. Overall, we had a good stay and will stay again if we were to travel to Koh Samui in the future!

Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort”
I had a rest on Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort with friends. I and my girlfriend was accommodate at Plunge pool suite. It is Thai style house, comfortable and sufficient. But (!), the conditioner is noisy! And the fan (ventilator same noisy). This type of unit has a small yard and pool (about 2*4 m.) This is very romantic, but air space on the yard is closing. There is stuffy. The territory of hotel are very green, there are many different trees and bushes with flowers. Stuff are friendly. Special admiration for the beach near from the hotel and for all Lamai!

Pretty Good... Eventually”
We checked in here for our wedding night and were very disappointed to find ourselves in the room we had most definitely not paid for. Normally, I'd tolerate an ant or two on my bed in Thailand but I was most peeved because we'd booked a better room. To their credit, this was resolved the next morning and we were given a minor upgrade but no financial remuneration for their error. The breakfast was alright, nothing to report home about but the service generally was superb. The restaurant immediately across from the hotel (but linked to the hotel) was fantastic and we ate there more than twice. Very delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel transport was hard to get while nearby taxi drivers predictably tried to overcharge at every opportunity. Part and parcel of the Samui experience sadly. My biggest gripe would be with the gala dinner which cost 7500THB per person I believe and came with one solitary alcoholic beverage. The food was acceptable but I was expecting gold plated sandwiches for the price we were forced to pay for it in order to secure our room. Ultimately, I guess that money went on the entertainment for the event which was cringeworthy at best and downright awful at others. Never mind though, these things have become the norm in Southeast Asia and no matter what resort you find yourself at during Christmas New Year almost anywhere you'll get hosed for one of these dinners.

Great hotel, location and staff”
Will stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. Walking along that area of Lamai beach The Pavilions looked the best kept and most inviting of the beach front resorts. We have a small 1 1/2yr old and had no problems with him in this resort. Except, they do not offer childs meals in the restaurants (not that I could see). Staff were very friendly and often took our boy away and entertained him whilst we could eat our meal. Food is expensive but very good quality. Our room was clean and modern but a bit small and we only used the plunge pool once: It was too cold never had a chance to be heated from the sun as it was surrounded by high walls. This hotel is a perfect size and well laid out facing onto a nice beach. Location is perfect too. Only minutes walk to the bars and other cheaper restaurants. Gym is small but adequate.

Perfect stay”
Can’t say enough about this hotels. One of the best run resorts I have ever been to. The customer care and attention here was beyond reproach. Fantastic breakfast and well maintained facility. If I am ever back in Samui I would definitely chose the Pavilion. Make sure you stay for Sunday night for the night market.

Great stay in the heart of Lamai”
We stayed for 8 nights and had an awesome time. The hotel is very well located in central Lamai. Great room with little plunge pool which was perfect for our needs. The pool is very nice and they are in the process of building a second pool overlooking the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were some nice breakfast options. The only recommendation would be to make the rooms a little more private as other guests can see over the walls into your villa when walking past, but this did not lessen our enjoyment of the stay at all. We would definitely stay at Pavilion again in the future.

Best in Lamai”
We booked 2 plunge pool villas, and when we arrived we found out that the hotel upgraded us to hydro villa! So we got our private pool with jacuzzi nozzles it was so amazing! The room was big with a traditional thai architecture character, very high ceiling and open walls. We enjoyed the hotel very much, friendly and helpful staff, clean pool, private beach ( you will be able to see the beach of other resorts, Pavilion for sure has the best maintained beach) Recommend this hotel!

Relax in style in the best spot on the beach”
Overall, for the price we paid with Agoda, we thought the Pavillion Samui gave great value and we had a fantastic holiday. We were surprised to see the rack rate prices posted in reception (more than double the Agoda rates), which did seem a little expensive for the standard of accommodation. Although the hotel had a nice restaurant on the premises, we particularly liked being able to stroll down the beach to lots of other places, offering a huge variety of cuisines, as well as the usual Thai staples. The location of the hotel was perfect - in a very quiet spot at the less busy end of the beach, but all the shops, cafes and bars of Lamai were within a short stroll. If you are looking for five-star accommodation and service, then the Pavillion is not for you. However, if you want a comfortable base, with helpful staff and good facilities in a great location, then this is the perfect place.

Perfect place to spend a beach vacation in Koh Samui”
Great location, awesome breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The check-in and check-out processes were fast, smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. The service was fantastic. All in all, a perfect place to spend your beach vacation in Koh Samui. Highly recommended and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

perfect location for relaxation!”
lamai is a great location if you are looking for a more relaxing holiday away from the bustle of chewang. having said that, we went into chewang twice to go out to the clubs and it is a little more expensive to travel than say, koh phangan prices (400 baht one way ~ $13aud). hotel is amazing though, staff are all so polite, buffet breakfast is great & for the health conscious they can even cook up catered items for you (eg: egg-white omlette etc). gym facility is minimal but enough - beach is nice and long for runs. cocktails at the pool bar are above regular thailand standard. the room - hotel size rather than apartment but soooooo nice! don't need much more when you are out all day by the pool or exploring... plunge pool was big enough to paddle around a little and very private. excellent hotel!!

We Love you, Pavilion!!”
After a long day of travel to Samui, were exhausted and ready for bed. We hope check in would be smooth. We were greeted with a nice cold towel and some fresh guava juice upon arrival. The staff upgraded our rooms just because. The had someone walk us to our room which was across the street from the main resort. As soon as we walked in we were in love. It was so big and spacious and gorgeous. The food is amazing. We dined there everyday. The location on the beach is beautiful. There is not enough space to write everything we love, but we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff”
We had a wonderful stay at Pavailion Samui! I would definitely stay here again, the rooms were lovely, property was very well maintained and spotless. I can't say enough about the staff, they were wonderful and so nice! Really good breakfast and it's perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, but they were okay. Other than that...great resort!
