Good comfortable stay for Soi Dog Foundation Volunteers as the bus picks up volunteers each morning. It's a bit far from the beach, requiring a walk down a long alley with lots of scooter/motorbike traffic but it was manageable. I did have an issue with check-in, I e-mailed the hotel and also messaged on Agoda that I needed a late check-in and got no response. I was lucky that when I arrived, someone was sitting outside that knew the owner and was able to contact them. There is a phone number posted outside, but like many travelers, I only have a Thai data e-sim and cannot make calls. Otherwise, the owners were very helpful during my stay in arranging laundry and taxi service.
