Really nice stay, staff very attentive to report (immediately change to other room due to first room assigned got problem with ac), breakfast is okay, not many choice but sedap. Really recommend for everyone that need to catch early flight from Senai airport, airport is walkable distance just at my time before, that morning have been raining so need to catch a grab, only min charges, also got airport transfer from hotel but we already late.

Plenty of choice for food delivery around the area too if too tired to go out and eat. Will definitely be our go-to hotel when we want to go to Legoland / JPO.

We checked in quite late for an early flight - hence early check out - so we didnt really have any opportunities to experience the hotel facilities as many of them started after we would have needed to check out. Some positives - the room was spacious so makes packing and repacking easy as there are plenty of room. Theres wifi. Staff are friendly and informative and told us what was available and what was not. However since this hotel is meant to be good for those hoping to go straight to airport (why its so close) I wished it would have extended some of its facilties to those who needs to leave the hotel earlier - we booked a room with airport shuttle but we couldn't even use it as shuttle service starts at 8am. Walking to airport from the hotel is not as straightforward as you have to switch from pavement to driveway a few times - so if you have a lot of bags this would not have been pleasant despite it being a 5 min walk. As well since travellers often need to check their bag weight early (to book baggage in advance - especially those travelling budget airlines) - perhaps it makes sense for the hotel to at least have some sort of weighing scale available. We asked the front desk if they have weighing scale in the room - they didnt. We asked if there was perhaps one available there - none. Having one at the lobby (even a cheap body scale) would have sufficed. Another thing is I wished the toiletries were better quality over single serving. It would be nice not to have to unpack all of our travel toiletries. Never mind the toothbrush and paste (this is okay). But the body wash and shampoo was not very cleansing and you almost have to use the whole bottle to feel cleansed - there two of us who needed a shower. I would prefer a better quality shower gel and conditioning shampoo from a bottle bolted to the wall (so I cant open the bottle as a guest) than to use lower quality shower gel from a tiny bottle.

Great for a short-stay for airport-goers”
Had previously stayed here under the Perth Hotel name for our early morning flight out of Senai Airport. Was an above-average experience. Chose to stay here again as we had another early morning flight out of the same airport. Was pleasantly surprised to know that breakfast was included. Arriving at the hotel and it looked like they did change a little of the façade but there was water leaking right in front of the hotel entrance from what seems to be a drainpipe. Poor location for a drainpipe to be, in my opinion. The entrance was revamped. It looks much cleaner and modern, with displays of their eSports Team’s merchandise. The lighting was also great for some nice photos. Staff were friendly and managed to check us in fast. There were a RM100 deposit. I had previously contacted the hotel with regards to their airport shuttle service and was informed that shuttle service was available from 5am. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff informed that shuttle service was only available from 9am. This is disappointing as the hotel should have informed guests already booked. Lift was also re-decorated to look nicer. Room was almost the same. Size did not change and the windows were equally dirtied with water stain marks, assuming from rain. Air-con was good and TV channels were of an average variety. We were not able to watch certain channels as it was too fuzzy. They kept the old wardrobe from Perth Hotel which was terrifyingly small. It was fine for a 1- or 2-nights’ stay. Breakfast, though complimentary, was above my expectations. There were juices, and a self-help toaster which was great! Variety of the cooked food was limited but it was good enough for a hearty breakfast. Managed to check out smoothly and received back my deposit. All in all, this is a good hotel for people who are having flights at Senai. Comfortable for a 1-night stay. The lack of updates with regards to the airport shuttle was disappointing but the other factors were goo
