“Great stay but book with slight caution”
Overall, our stay was exceptionally good. The rooms were quite clean and well maintained with awesome views. Most of the staff were helpful and accomodating but there were one or two people (particularly a big guy near the reception that was helping us with our bags) who were very very rude. The resort is on Long Beach along with several others, the main issue here is getting the taxi boats. Several times during the day especially during low tides it is very difficult to get the standard taxi boats (100 baht/per person). And the resort staff boats that are used for the free pickup/drop off will charge you 200 baht/per person which is absurdly high. Also the fact that if there are no boats at Long Beach you must go to Laem Tong Beach which is quite far away and takes a lot of time for the entire commute to the town. Nevertheless, at reasonable times throughout the day you will get something, albeit sometimes spending some extra money.
