Travel as a couple with a 2-year old. Great location, almost next to the namesake Wat Phra Singh. Great facilities — which we don't get to use as much because it's in such a prime location to wander around. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come again.

The location is very close to Sunday Market, around 5 mins walking. The breakfast taste good, not many kinds of food. The swimming pool is soooo good :) And the staffs are friendly and polite! Room was tidy and neat, with good smell. Everything provided! And the mini bar is all free! And free Netflix:P The hotel provides airport transportation (around 180 thb) One of the best hotel in Chiang Mai ! Good value of money.

No cons!! We were honeymooners and we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We fell in love with Chiang Mai because of the amazing staff, breakfast, and surprises! Very helpful, even at the latest hours! Luxury at a budget price”
This hotel is in a quiet alley just north of the main tourist area of the old city and is therefore quiet but accessible to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The mini bar was free as was bicycle hire and daily 15 minute massages. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and went to great trouble to book the most suitable tours for me. Sitting outside having breakfast in the fresh morning air was a daily delight. My booking earned a 70% discount so, with all the free extras, this was one of the best value for money experiences I've had.

The service is comparable to a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is superb and afternoon tea and treats are an unexpected delight. Rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Hard to imagine a better place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Positives: Great location in the old city. Loved to take the bicycle and go around. The bed was very comfortable and its nice to take a bath after a day of sightseeing. Very refreshing to take a dip in the pool. The staff was always smiling and very nice. The place brings a calmness to your mind. Loved it. Negatives: The hotel didn't have maps for the city. I found that shocking, its a hotel! Not everybody use google maps or want to take their phone with them all the time. There are no English speaking TV-channels. The bread served for breakfast was very poor, like something bought from 7-eleven. Why not just buy some quality bread at a bakery?

Very nice hotel. With the COVID situation right now, they were offering a very discounted price making it a good value now. I saw their "normal" price which would keep me from returning in future years! As the name suggests, the hotel is just a few minutes walk to Wat Phra Singh so be sure to visit there!

Hidden away in the old town, but within walking distance of the famous Sunday walking St Market. Newly constructed and architecturally beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with a really comfortable bed and excellent WiFi. We were there during the run up to Christmas and the hotel was festively decorated. We ordered room service and the food was good with quick service. They serve a complimentary high tea early afternoon which included some decadent cakes! All the staff we met were super friendly too.
