Lovely location, peaceful and relaxing”

We had a very relaxing time at Phu Iyara. It's a great place to slow down and connect with nature. The staff don't speak much English but we had super local food at their restaurant and communication wasn't an issue. One day during our stay we drove to Thang Pho Phum park and also to the Burmese border. That drive was very pretty although there aren't any trails in the park so you can't really hike. The second day we hired a boat and boatman and when out on Khao Laem reservoir which was a lot of fun - it's a beautiful lake. Our two criticisms are: 1. The resort needs to put signs up in English directing people to the resort from the main road. We got very lost trying to find it and had to ask several locals before we found it and by then it was dark! I think there are roadside signs in Thai, but none in English! 2. The resort advertises trekking but we weren't given any guidance on where we could trek and there were no local guides available. This was a bit disappointing.

Nous avons participé aux activités sportives proposées (tyroliennes et descente en kayak), elles ne durent pas le temps indiqué par le personnel de l'hôtel : la moitié du circuit des tyroliennes était en travaux, cela ne nous a pas été indiqué et on a payé pour la prestation initiale. Le service de blanchisserie nous a facturé chaque vêtement sans nous en avertir, on a eu une facture de 1000 baths pour à peine 4 kg de linge contre moins de 200 baths habituellement.

Nature - Activité sportive & aventure - Personnel ”

Génial ! Toute la famille est adorable - Le cadre est somptueux - Quad dans la montagne - rencontre des ethnies hmong et lana, Accrobranche dans la jungle direct depuis l'hotel - Kayak sur la rivière ou le lac - Cadre magique dans la montagne. Seul bémol : Lit un peu dur / lieu assez isolé (d'où son charme) nécessitant un véhicule personnel.

ที่จอดรถกับล็อบบี้ก็ห่างกันมาก พนง.ไม่มีแม้กระทั่งทางเข้าที่พัก ฝกตกก็ไม่มีการบริการช่วยเหลือลูกค้าเลย ที่พักสะอาดพอควร แต่การบริการแบบนี้ควรปรับปรุงมากๆ
