Beautiful resort with scenic view at the peak. Not as convenient to walk around as resort was huge and u need to call for buddy services to move around. No phone in the room and u have to try your luck in getting the buddy service when u walk by the main road.

We’re very enjoying hear, good taste of breakfast and the room was clean. However, it would be better than this if the resort would offer a special discount on the adventure park rides to the guest or may be sold as a package of players.

The resort itself had it own view. Breakfast was good with many variety. Come in a group. Booked 2 room type hillview and cabin. Hillview room seem to be new. Everything is new and clean. Cabin type room seem had years . Furniture are old and toilet had some bad smell on our first night. Rather that that everything is good. Remember nt to open the light near the door. Else your will be flooded with thousand of insert in front of your door😅 We have comfortable night there.

The Location is good. Staffs are friendly. But House Keeping/Cleaning Service was not so good. Specially as SHA Certified Hotel. Hardly restock the Minibar and Kitchen. Need to ask for everything.

The house we took (Longlife 2) was good with two bed rooms and a living room. You can spend some time in resort, adventurous park and Peak. But it is not a very classy resort (rate is also less), with the price it may be ok. Breakfast is not very good though.

No wifi. Breakfast was horrible. Everything cold. Accidentally dropped the room key and the power supply card cracked. Asked to pay 300 baht for that which i think is not reasonable.

The resort room toilet heater not working and balcony sliding could not be closed. The breakfast was average. The Phukaew peak was nice with good 360 degree view , good for sunrise n sunset viewing

Service was poor, there's no intercom to contact the receptionist so we had to use international call instead. The place was rather big so going from our place to the front desk requires shuttle ride but we are unable to contact any staff. Breakfast weren't heated up and it was cold. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Traveling with 3 children so need a house or villa for whole family. Price is average .facilities is acceptable. But would stay elsewhere if travel as couple. Plenty of choices elsewhere. Breakfast is simple food maybe good enough for 3 star resort. Definitely not more. Coffee is horrible .almost undrinkable. Resort can do better for the price they charge.

The place of this hotel is big with adventure park. But too bad we didn’t get to play as the weather is too hot and our time is limited too! We stayed for 2 nights at the hillside rooms with our 4 friends. We love the garden and surrounding areas with lots of greenery. Phukaew peak is where we can see the part of Khao kho. The hotel provide transport in the morning for us to take sunrise at the peak. We would like to thank all the staff who have rendered the service to us. Not forgetting Ms Si the manager who have showed us around the place. Thank you! Indeed we enjoyed our stayed in this hotel. We will return the next time when in Khao Kho. Also will recommend friends to stay here.

We loved our 4N stay here! Resort is well maintained and has a beautiful garden. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved the location of this resort too. Convenient to go all the attractions. Phukaew Peak is within the resort and it offers a perfect view of sunrise and sunset. Staff are friendly too. We chatted with Nati - security manager of the hotel. He was very helpful and shared alot of information with us. Breakfast was a good balance of Thai home cooked food (rice and dishes) as well as Western styled (toast, eggs, sausages, etc). Strongly recommend this wonderful resort! they have large bungalows for big groups too.
